Grooming charges do not match Petco website. Staff are changing prices all the time. They are constantly adding long charges to the grooming price. It is a rip off.

I really didn’t know where I was going to take my Fur Baby for grooming but after knowing her brother goes to PETCO I decided to bring her there. The first groomer he had was Samantha and she really did a good job on making her do pretty. I love PETCO because of her having the same groomer and my Fur Baby has now gotten used to Samantha to the point of being happy to see her when we arrive. Samantha is good about having her ready at the pick up time that she gives us, along with being super professional.

They did a beautiful wash on my Pomeranian and light trim. I upgraded all my services and she came out smelling awesome. Even though there was only one groomer, the appointments must have been spaced out correctly b/c it was done on time.

I am usually not a Petco fan, but pets needed supplies and Walmart disappointed. Rachel and Mason made my experience wonderful. They were personable, professional and so helpful! Rachel, my senior Whippet is eating the supplement you recommended and is already feeling better as you said!! Thank you!!! Mason, helped me update my rewards info, so I can come back more!

My groomer was Kevin, I came in with our fairly large pup Tallulah, she is very skittish and timid. He took time to walk her around and make sure she was comfortable, not only was I impressed with her grooming and nail buff but at how happy she was when she came out! Definitely will be going back! The only thing is that I was supposed to receive 20% as a first time guest but never received the discount after looking at my receipt some time later.

I bring my pug, Toby, to the Middletown PETCO grooming salon usually once a month. Heather is his groomer, and she is fabulous! Ever since the very first time she took care of him, they had a rapport. She treats him like he is her own dog, and has made him feel comfortable and not the least bit anxious. She does an outstanding job with his grooming needs, and I never once have had anything negative to say about her or her services. I have highly recommended Heather and PETCO grooming to my neighbors, friends, and MOT community residents!

Kevin was very patient with Lily. He took the time to hear my concerns about Lily's skittish behavior since her bad surgery experience at a local vet. He reassured me that Lily would be taken care of and that he understood her apprehension. Lily looked and smelled great when all finished!

Kevin is the best and I love how he treats my dogs. I always request him for grooming and anytime he sees me shopping in the store he always says hello and asks how my dogs are doing (and always remembers their names!) I highly recommend Kevin!

Gibson's groomer name was Kevin. He was patient given Gibson's medical condition.Kevin advised me a Vet would be a better alternative for grooming. His kindness and caring attitude was well received.I'm going to miss PetCo.

Ashley and a gentleman that worked at the salon worked well together getting Watson secured properly on the table (he's a 125 pound Great Dane). Ashley was courteous at check in. The nail trim/buff was done well.

I'm very disappointed with Petco and their service. My dog has had two previous appointments and they have been at 10am in the morning however we did not pick him up until 5 and half hours later. This petco is full of excuses and on top of that my dog is a small terrier. Never again!!!
