Terrible people terrible service made my dog bleed on one ear and didn’t even tell me. I had to find out from the vet that it was an ear infection from shampoo water getting in the ear.

This New Paw Salon is now called Showing & Grooming and their the best Caitlin is the new owner and today she did an excellent job grooming my FeFe this new salon is such a warm and comfortable environment for your fur baby so glad I found them my FeFe seem to really like Caitlin thanks again Caitlin for doing such a great job if you want your fur baby to be treated with TLC this is the place to take them!!!

Had such an amazing experience here today! I was able to get in quickly and the cut for my pup was perfection. One major plus for me was that they allowed my pup to roam around after his cut in the playpen area. My dog has had very poor experiences being crated so I know he is much happier in the playpen environment. Will definitely come here again!

This place deserves more than 5 stars. The staff is friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. I have 2 large dogs and one of them is very nervous. She did great. Not only was she groomed perfectly; she was happy and socializing with the other dogs by the time I returned. I dropped my dogs off at 0800 and was able to pick them up by 1130. It was such a positive experience for both dogs. This is definitely my go to place to have my dogs bathed and groomed.

My dog came back with tear drop stains and stuff in her eyes , toe nails wasn’t cut and it took 5 hrs to groom her and when I talk to the owner his customer service was horrible and he yelled at me and hung up I will never go to this place again ! Don’t recommend!!!

So very happy with Paws & People Too. The place looks great. My dogs were groomed perfectly! Usually I have issues with the grooming at the vets but they did a wonderful job. The people were also very nice! I will be taking my dogs here only. If you need your dog groomed - give this place a try! Convenient hours and location!

Amazing and great! Everyone is so friendly and amazing with my dogs. My older girl has hip issues and they let her relax after the bath before they trimmed her. So thrilled to have found a place who takes the time and has patience with these oldies. All three of mine love going there and will continue!!! Definitely recommend.

I just brought my 4 shepherd mixes here today for the first time. All for baths, brush outs, bails, ears, and teeth cleaning. Dropped them off at 8am and they were ready 4 hours later. Very happy with the grooms, the dogs look and smell great and the staff was all very nice and friendly. Price was completely reasonable and fair! Highly recommend this place!

They did an incredible job grooming our cat. They are, in fact, one of the few cat groomers in the area. They took great care of our fur baby with lots of consideration towards her comfort and well-being. I can tell she feels so much better. She is so happy and clean and smells wonderful! A++++ I won’t post a picture because, let’s face it, cats almost never look happy in pictures. But trust me when I say that she is thrilled with her new “do”. Thank you!!

WelcomingMy first impression of this place was warm and welcoming. This was comforting because the last place we took the dog to be groomed was a bit scary as I could not see where the dog was to be groomed...it was cold and dank. But this place was clean and open, the staff was friendly and they handled our puppy well. The prices are compatible with other groomers in the area and they did a great job with his grooming. This is his new groomer!!

Edited for 2022 - the new owners are awesome! My review is changed from 1 start to 5 stars. They really care about your dog and seem like excellent people that are excited to have taken over this business. I have been very happy so far!_____________________________________________________________Old review:It is really a shame to see this place go into the dumps. First most of their employees left and now the store is unreliable and unprofessional. I had an appointment and the store never opened. Several other people were also waiting outside for over 15 minutes. I never received a phone call apologizing for the inconvenience or asking to reschedule.This used to be an amazing 5 star groomer but sadly no more! I guess the owner has found something in their life that is more of a priority than running their business.

Will never take my Irish doodle here again. I dropped my dog off at 8am had to call twice to make sure my dog was okay and it was 4:30pm. I was told they called when i never got a call or was left a voicemail. I was also charged more then what i was originally told when i dropped him off. Do not recommend!!!!

They're my all time favorite groomers! I have two covid YorkiePoos whom are not around people much. Kaitlyn and team are so patient with them. My pups look amazing after the team has groomed them!

I like this grooming salon. They recently changed ownership so right now the name and website are very confusing. The website takes appointments but they are not being booked. Apparently still in the works. Nonetheless, my furry girl got a great cut and services! I hope they figure out the website issue soon so they don't lose customers and the convenience it gives to self book 😊

My little Ellie bug looked just beautiful after her grooming at Paws and People Too!! ❤️ She has gotten groomed before at other places and seeing how amazing she looks after being groomed here, I don’t know how those other places stay in business! Billie did a great job- exceeded my expectations and I will not go anywhere else from now on! She also smells like a little vanilla bean :) Thank you for doing such a wonderful job on my furbaby!

We are so grateful to have found Paws & People Too! In the past, we had a difficult time finding a groomer where our two Maltese dogs, Pippa and Abbey, seemed comfortable. It bothered us that they showed signs of being anxious - both when we walked them in to be groomed and when we picked them up. That changed when we stumbled upon Paws & People Too. Anthony and his team are professionals who always do a great job at grooming our little fur babies. Their love for animals is apparent in the way they interact with our dogs and in the extra steps that they take to ensure our furry family members are comfortable, safe, and well cared for. The open groom environment is like taking them to a doggie daycare and both Pippa and Abbey always seem to enjoy going. There are no signs of being anxious when they arrive or when we pick them up. Their little tails are wagging and they sleep all the way home. Thank you Anthony and team for not only doing a great job but for also loving our girls.

I absolutely love the groomers at Paws and People too! I took my 4 months old sheepadoodle there after a bad trim I did to her (oops) and they graciously took her in and fixed her look. We went the week before Halloween. The groomers even put on a cute halloween bow and two hair clips on her for free. We adored her fluffy look after the appointment and can't recommend enough!

I called to get some information about grooming and they were so polite and knowledgeable explained it all to me so I made the appointment for My 11 month old cat who's never had anything done and they were absolutely amazing he came out looking good and smelled amazing and it didn't take long either which I'm grateful for with us living 40 minutes away we will be back

While the groomer did a nice job with our recent rescue, 2 issues that were inexcusable in our interactions with this business.This was our first time here and my wife made an error in the drop off time, called to tell them we would be late and arrived 30 minutes past the original appt time. We were charged a $20 late fee which if they wanted to keep the clients business in the future, would have waived since we did show up albeit late.When I did arrive to pick up our pet, he was secured tightly with his face close to a wall so he could not move or turn around. This was despicable and inexcusable. They claimed he was jumping on counters and on other dogs. Still unacceptable and for a business that supposedly cares about pets, the actions were unacceptable. Not a place we would want to bring our pet back to.

They did a great job with my shihtzu Sage. She had a lot of matts, which was my fault, we had a family emergency and I couldn't keep up with brushing her. But they took care of her, they took all the matts out and even though they had to shave her down they really made her look amazing! I love her new do! They even gave me advice on how to brush her the right way. We already have our next appointment set up. I will never go to another groomer. Ask for the young lady groomer with the pink hair because she was so sweet and showed me how to brush her.

Very nasty attitude from beginning to end. Set an early appointment and they didn’t even have him ready until the evening. And once I picked my dog up charged more than the set amount discussed when I dropped him off.
