I’m over it Already

This is by far the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. They never have medication. They don’t fill your meds in a timely manner. I received a messages saying my prescriptions were being filled. I received a text saying “ check to see if you can get your scripts earlier “ I checked and the next message was NO, I wasn’t eligible, and that I could pick my scripts up on 11.7.23 after 11:00am. I went to the pharmacy at 1:20pm. I was told my script was in progress. So I asked if I could have it . I was told, I could come back at 2pm… because they were going to lunch at 1:30pm. WAIT WHAT? So them I was told it could be expedited. 🤔 I could come back at 2. So I came back at 2 and received one script. Loudly, I was told the script by name was not available, is on back order, they haven’t had it for two months… She needs lessons in discretionary conversations. Very Very rude, ignorant and unprofessional. No one should know what medicine you are prescribed or purchasing unless YOU CHOOSE to disclose it. She needs retraining.my script had a 6 month refill. So I only picked up one in September. When I picked it up, I received a message saying my doctor could not send my script there anymore, and asked if they could contact my doctor. I said sure. No explanation. I went to refill the script and it said it was expired and I needed a renewal? With 5 months left on the script? So I stopped at my doctors office and explained what happened. They sent the pharmacy what they needed… a renewal. They send me a message telling me the info in the beginning of this disaster.Not to mention they had barely any staff… and now they have a bunch not getting anything done. This place is absolutely trash.
