Our experience from walking in the showroom all the way to the final competition was exceptional! Kay was our saleswomen, who was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and best of all not pushy! She kept us in the loop with all the details from start to finish. Our installers were professional and worked diligently, and gave us the exact outcome we could’ve asked for. The process of choosing our flooring was simple. The take home samples to view and the home appointment to measure was very helpful. Finally, the installation arrived on time, asked for input and then executed the task with excellence and efficiency. We are very happy and the floors are gorgeous. This is our third flooring project that we’ve trusted to Bob Wagner. Thank you Kay. It was a pleasure working with you as well. I do think you over estimated how much product we needed as I have 2.5 boxes leftover which is way too much.

My husband and I visited the Middletown location this afternoon, 4:15pm, 4/29/24. We spoke to the 2 associates seated behind desk-male and female, both white. The male looked at the woman as he slowly rose from his seat. He seemed to be surprised that people of our color would enter this store. He demonstrated such EXTREMELY POOR customer service that I told my husband that I was not interested in doing business with this company and we left the store within approximately 10 minutes.

I called last week to order flooring for our babies nursery and we needed it quickly because we had waited until the last minute. Ms. Kay was wonderful and had it ordered for me the same day I called and told me a week which was the best I had gotten from various places I called. Ms. Kay called me just a few short days later and said the flooring was in and we were able to pick it up and have plenty of time to get it put down before the baby is here. The whole experience was very personal and couldn't have been better! We will definitely be using them again.

My wife and I have dealt with WAgners flooring for several years. We were using swiffer products on our floors and they explained that we should be using Bona and the mop system they sold. We have been totally satisfied with the results. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They were great to deal with. Found the matching flooring for me. Initially ordered the flooring incorrectly, random width instead of random length. They quickly corrected the problem. Where do I begin….. The homeowners had a special floor which was installed by there father 40 years ago.They requested a floor for there living room and hallway but wanted the color to match as much as possible. Needles to say we tried the local home improvement stores but had no luck. We reached out to Alicia and she took on the task immediately. In a matter of hours she found a matching color and gave us the samples to show the homeowners. They loved it and gave us the go ahead for the install. We just wrapped up the job today and they are amazed at the results. From the LVP flooring to the shoe molding everything was perfect. Margaret and her team did the best of what i wanted and need. They listen and ask questions of what i want for like trim and such because other companies dont ask that, they usually give you what they want and push you to buy things what you dont want, but Margaret did a fabulous job and did research of the steps and flooring i wanted so everything can match. Still finishing up but want to give this company a 5 stars. They even beat the price of Empire and give me exactly what i wanted and the warranty is so much better. If i got to move and get new flooring, i deffentally come back here for buisness.

I have had several different experiences with Bob Wagner's in Middletown, DE. All have been positive experiences. They helped with the selection of new flooring for our kitchen, and with determining a suitable window covering replacement for our 4 skylights several years ago. And most recently, the window coverings had a manufacturing failure, and Kay worked with the vendor to have all 4 shades replaced at no cost.We will surely continue to work with Bob Wagner's and Kay again in the future.

I purchased hardwood to replace carpet in two bedrooms. Kay was very helpful in helping me with the selection as well as scheduling the measurements. Kay followed up with the date for install. She followed up after the install as well. The two young men who installed were ON TIME, neat, courteous and respectful. Great salesperson, professional install and GOOD price. UPDATE: Jack contacted me today and was very gracious and made things right! I can’t be more pleased. Makes me feel better for choosing to shop from a family owned business! Thank you!I purchased two boxes of hardwood flooring for a small project. I ended up only needing one box. I contacted the store and was told I could not get a refund. At the time of purchase I was never informed that the products were not returnable. Now I wish I would have gone to Home Depot, which carries the same flooring but I was trying to support smaller family owned business. Now I have a box of flooring that is unusable to me, not to mention the money lost. Very disappointed, will not shop here again.

I recently had Bob Wagner's Flooring America install 2 rooms with hardwood flooring. I had a great experience with Alicia helping me picking out samples to take home to see which ones I liked best. They were very prompt with an appointment to come to my house to measure and within 17 days my flooring was installed in one day. The workers were fantastic, my floors are beautiful and I have had many upgrades done in houses since I moved so many times but nothing as great as this. I even received calls from Bob Wagner to keep me updated. That is what I call very good customer service.

Our experience with Kay Kennel at Bob Wagner's Flooring America was fantastic. She made the shopping experience so effortless. Kay's knowledge of products is vast and her design and decorating ideas are wonderful. She helped us pick out tile and grout for our kitchen backsplash. Her suggestions were so helpful. The installation team was perfect. They respected our home and cleaned up so nicely. The best part was that they brought the tile and all of the materials here so that we didn't have to do any of that. The guys showed us two ways to set out the tile for a design which was surprising. Most workers don't bother to do that. Thanks again for a great job. We love our kitchen even more!
