I paid for my prescription online and marked it for shipping. They didn't ship it, its been a week. They did the same thing last time and I got a district manager involved. She said she would fix it. The woman on the phone today just to let you know for next time... I cut her off and let her know there won't be a next time with rite aid. Especially now where pharmacies are closing down all around the country they would be on top of things.

We just left the Rite Aid on Savannah Rd with the very best experience in the Pharmacy department. The friendly greeting through the front door was the first impression of pleasant customer service, and the attentiveness and personal interactions in obtaining the COVID and flu vaccines were the best yet. We've been to several pharmacies in 2 other states, and hadn't had the amazing service we had this day. Thank you!!

The pharmacy has earned a 0, in recent months. It used to be a 5, but they changed their personnel. This store is an excellent example of why Rite Aid is going out of business. It's extremely poor customer service and lack of ability to answer the phone has earned this rating. I'm sure this will generate a corporate response asking me to do something, instead of an actual person from the store trying to correct their error and inability to interact with actual customers.

Good location if you are going to the beach. The store is a bit dark and drab. Small. Limited inventory in my opinion. Semi-friendly staff.

Was recommended here by a neighbor & after a debacle at CVS in Five Points (review posted) I decided to take her recommendation. So far, I’m not at all impressed. I’ve tried calling the pharmacy 5x over two days to see if they received my dr request and not once has anyone picked up. After several rings, you are taken directly back to the original automated message to select your option. Quite frustrating!

The only problem I have is that nobody ever answers the phone in the pharmacy. When a doctor calls in a prescription, you have to call to get them to fill it. Why? I don't understand. The fact that a doctor has phoned it in should tell the pharmacist they should fill it! Please, for the love of God, answer your phone! It is so frustrating!

I went in there to browse around and buy some drinks. I am a regular and usually have no problems with the store but when I got up to the counter with my sister and proceeded to check out, the man with Brown hair and a beard who is usually working asks me "where's the pen you had". I was a little confused and he asked me the same thing again trying to insist I had took something? I actually felt insulted as to him thinking I would steal from a store that I go to on a regular basis. Worst customer service I have received in a long time..

For a small beach town they are doing the best they can. They have makeup and the hair products you left at home, maybe not same brand but you can get by. This store does try hard to pass the savings to you which is hard in the beach economy
