What a delightful little French bistro & bakery! They have an abundant selection of fresh breads and sweet treats. They also carry a selection of Di Bruno Brothers cheeses. The smell of their fresh coffee is divine! All the staff is friendly and welcoming. Lewes is lucky to have such a wonderful new bakery. Visit soon! You'll be happy you did! :)

Just a few blocks off the Lewes-Georgetown bike trail is the cutest, coziest spot! As authentically French as you'll find in Sussex County. The owners and their staff make everyone feel warmly welcome. Prices for the butter-rich pastry and croissants are refreshingly reasonable. Great destination to indulge your gourmet cravings if you're out on your bike and for everyone else, too.

First, food delicious. Secondly, nice atmosphere and clean. Lastly, the service was nice except for the manager/owner.My neighbors exclaimed about this bakery Saturday evening over drinks and I had to go! Fresh items for sale and friendly ladies serving. The issue…An older gentleman came in whitest I waited for my large order and we chatted and commented on the variety of wares on offer. He noted this too was his first time there and liked what he saw. He picked two muffins, one for him and one for his wife, and moved to check out. He mentioned to this manager/owner this was his first visit and she immediately offered him a bag of complementary croissants. When my order was ready she spoke to me and I mentioned to her my neighbors told me about this bakery and it was my first time coming. She thanked me for coming and walked off. Another young lady took over checking me out and I said to her, “wow. It would be nice to have been offered the croissants”. She agreed Ed and I paid and left. The young lady said something to the manager/owner and as I began walking out of the door she said, “thank you”. I got to my car and out comes the manager/owner with bag of croissants in hand offering them to me. I said no thank you.Now. This one-star review is not about the bag of croissants. This is about respect and a business having enough foresight to honor ALL customers. We live in an area of high-income mostly upper-middle class individuals spending a lot of money on things we like.If you are unable to treat me, African-American spending $60, as well as, Caucasian spending $10 the same…shame on you.

Nothing like it in Lewes. I have traveled the world for over 30 years and this is as good as it gets. Chef Ludo is the real deal and his wife Anita is perfectly lovely. Try the Paris Brest pastry and you'll be sold. From the breads to the pastries to the pizza there isn't one thing in here that's not praiseworthy. I thank you and so does my expanding waist line!!

YIPPEE!!! 👍👍👏👏👌👌🥖🥖🥖The Best Bakery in Delaware has moved to town. I went by at 5 AM on a run, and oh my goodness, the fresh baked bread 🍞 😋 smells filled the street. This fragrance twisted me around and lured me to watch the beautiful artisan baked goods being made. At 7AM I returned to a line of people having delicious pastries, breads, quiches, savory sandwiches, and simple yet delightful salads. I strongly suggest you try these well made and healthy foods.

This is a new bakery in the Five Points development. The bread is beyond great and the service is excellent.The baguettes are crusty, the pastries are delicious and the rye bread is great.I just wish they were open on Sundays.

Lines were long but moving. Everyone was very pleasant with the exception of one lady who told the women assisting me that she needed to move it along. Handle that in house not in front of customers. It was off putting. She was having difficulty with the register and needed assistance. Items purchased were very good. Also didn’t care for the fact that a dog was allowed in the shop.

We know it is a soft opening. But how do you run out of everything by 1:00, on a Friday. Besides myself. Lots of other people left upset . Poor Planning. Instead of a note on the door you should of had someone outside offering an apology. And to maybe take an order for another day ,You only get one chance to .make a first impression, and you guys dropped the ball.

I have had the pleasure of eatting chef's food in the past. when french chef was a culinary renounced chef at delaware local restaurants.
