Twice I have let a pharmacy technician know that I do not want my prescriptions refilled automatically. They continue to be refilled automatically. CVS must have the worst IT systems in the industry as none of the employees seem to know how they work.

Four days ago I make a confirmed appointment for the new COVID and flu shots. Come in on time to find out they are out of stock. Why I ask? Because they gave it to walk ins. Did I hear any sort of apology? Oh heck no and I’m being rude so the junior manager says. Did they even bother to let people with appointments know they gave the doses away?Of course not. That would be customer service and very frowned upon there. Things escalated and I will never ever deal with this store again. @Corporate CVS, either close this store down, fire everybody and start fresh. That’s your only hope.

Went to CVS on Village Blvd Lewes immediately after getting a root canal. Doctor had sent a prescription for an antibiotic. No one was waiting in line. Upon learning the reason for the prescription the employee said she would expedite it and please wait for 15 minutes. After 5 minutes she said they seemed to be out of the drug but would double check the shelves. After. 5 minutes more an employee said a shipment of drugs had come in a few minutes ago and they would open the box and check in there. Yes there was the antibiotic I needed. I thank the CVS pharmacy employees for their perseverance and customer service AND their gracious attitudes.

This cvs is amazing, the workers are very friendly & helpful. I have dealt with very long lines and wait times at Walgreens in the last few months which is by far insane. I walk or drive through into this location and it takes about 5 minutes. I will continue to get my prescriptions at this location for me and my family.
