It seems like in this part of the state you can find a Royal Farms every few miles. This one is an older design- although it is not old by any means. There are plenty of gas pumps and the food is goodThey do have bulk DEF and EV vehicle charging stations (they are out of service as of today - looks like they are still being installed).I enjoy stopping here for a bathroom break and a cup of coffee or a soda.

For some unknown reason this store's phone number is not accurate on the internet!!! I bought their 'Homestyle Chicken Salad' something didn't seem right when I ate it and I woke up with diarrhea all during the night!!! Ugh I would not be buying this product again! There new coffee ☕ concept should be scrapped! I believe Royal Farms should go back to self service like their competitor Wawa! Wawa makes/sells the best coffee ☕ Brandy is the store manager at this location in Laurel, Delaware.

Worst service at any store ever, Desiree (I believe is her name) is the worst employee ever. Tonite was just one of many times I have left this store irate because of this employee. Tonite wile I stood and waited for service she walked past me and went to count a drawer. I asked her to wait on me she said “in a minute” and continued what she was doing after 3 more minutes went by I informed her that I would go to a store where I could get service and although I live less than a mile away, I will never return to this store. This has happened with me or my family and other customers while I was there at least 20 times. I’m through, fire her or lose a large family of customers Royal Farms.

I order daily. Tonight I got told I have to wait 12 minutes for FRESH chicken. Waited. I ordered white meat 10/12 piece. Whatever it is. It was raw. The manager, a guy with a green shirt and long black hair tied back, is the one that served the food. I tried to call the number on Google. Low and behold doesn't work. Called the one on 13 and lewes gtown highway, and they gave the same number posted on google. I explained that number was not in service and the lady said that's funny. They trash our store but dont have an actual number for contacting purposes. My BABIES eat this food. Don't play!

We used the Diesel island, and I know they are never clean, but this station was so easy to use, and that made up for it being dirty. We got both fuel and DEF with a normal credit card, and we did not have to use our EFS card. There is plenty of room to turn our 5th wheel around to get back to the entrance. Prices are OK so for us it was all good. 5th wheel camper friendly.

The chicken was stale and the mashed potatoes had NOOOO taste, even with the gravy. VERY DISAPPOINTED, as I was looking forward to the food. I've been to other locations along 13..and the food was great. This location on Sussex hwy laurel, MD...must do better. Gave 2 stars because the food was hot.

Couldn't even get a simple order right then had the nerve to give me attitude when I told them I was missing a sandwich. Shouldn't have surprised me that they would mess up the order as well. I order no egg because I'm allergic but yeah, let's put the egg on my sandwich anyways instead of paying careful attention to the order. Thank god I looked. I wish I could have given a better review because most of the time I have a decent experience but lately they have a couple of employees that can't act professional whatsoever and would rather give you attitude. I don't think I'll be stepping into this particular rofo anymore until they learn how to be professional again.

When I ask you to use tongs when handling my food because I've seen your gloves cleaning fryer, walking over to get cleaning clothes from a door you had to touch to get it and then open that nasty door to kitchen ...y u get mad at me after unboxing putting the chicken back in basket with same gloves and retouching the chicken. Yes, I wanted it right and right would have been changing your gloves bro! That's a wrap!

I probably shop in Millsboro store four times a week. In the last month I wanted home style chicken salad sliders and they never have any chicken salad!! They had none tonight also!! Very frustrating

It was a very busy Sunday afternoon which is totally fine but there were four workers who dragged there feet around being completely incompetent. They completely ignored one lady asking for cheese sauce with her fries and when the lady asked another worker, that worker took 2 minutes just to walk over and get her a cup and then took the large factory bag of cold cheese sauce and filled the cup only half-way and didn’t say anything to the customer. We got two sandwiches, a normal chicken sandwich and a spicy sandwhich. The gentleman who was on sandwhich duty took two normal chicken patties, slapped them on the table while simultaneously wiping away lettuce, ham, and tomato from the previous sandwhich with his gloves…. TOUCH his face with his gloves…. Then slapped the sandwhich buns on the same unsanitary table. He then proceeded to take forver making the sandwiches, carelessly wrapping them up, not even caring that there is sauce all over the wrappers, and then calls out our number. When I walk over to retrieve my order I asked him which sandwich was the spicy and which was the normal sandwhich. He checked our order number as if he had no idea that we order two different sandwhiches and then mumbled under his breath “ehh we didn’t have the spicy sauce anyways” and then walked away. I’m speechless. I’ve never had an issue with a Royal Farms before, but this visit will be our last.Sincerely,A retired Royal Farms Customer

Best chicken at the beach besides KFC. And Popeyes. Love fast fresh food. This is the place to go. Gas for you body and vehicle. Electric charging stations and at some places a car wash. Love my Royal Farms coffee every individual cup is brewed fresh right there in less than 2 minutes. Multiple flavors. Everything you need for your day is here and I personally choose RoFo over wawa any day.

Very busy in the mornings but have plenty of staff on hand to help so you get through with fast service, amber always knows how to interact with customers to personally fulfill a customers request. And always offering a substitute if out of a product. Great customer service! Thank you amber for always smiling! I love my royal farms.

Evil old lady harassed me and my kids disgusting interactions from these human beings 😪 go elsewhere their sky rocketed prices alone will make u want to run back to your car. So the first time my husband and I got chicken from the laurel royal farms the breast wasn't done,pink inside,we let it go,last night my husband came home with a bucket of chicken,no top,just a pc of paper on top,I will only eat the breast,there again it wasn't done,both pcs was so pink inside,I called the 875 number got no where,I called the other number and no answer,I left my name and number and said what the problem was and still no return call today,I have called there three times and no answer.we will never get chicken from there again.
