The manager is so ignorant and unprofessional. I’ve heard her speak to multiple customers with such disgust. I mean calling customers fat, degrading customers & making customers feeling silly for not knowing which register to goto. She’s ignorant and disgusting and so is her attitude. How somebody like her can be a manager here is beyond me. The rest of the staff is pretty decent and nice. I refuse to let that lady serve me because she will not get an opportunity to speak to me in such a disgusting manner.

Very poor service, your associate gave my order to her friend instead of me even thro his order number was 728 and mine was 679 .then she lied when I complained to another associate and told them I wanted to wait for fresh chicken. I did not tell her any such thing.

The bathrooms and most Royal farms are disgusting.The Royal farms in Princess Ann Maryland have had the pump. Keep running all over the side of my vehicle and all over my clothes. 3 different times. Other customers have said the same thing has happened to them before. This could be a very bad outcome, had I been putting gas in my motorcycle with hot? Exhaust right underneath the tank. Other customers have told me they had the same experience in the past.Maybe they should just stick to cooking chicken..

Sandwich maker was extremely polite but rofo needs to figure out a way that when they run out of a certain type of chicken you can't order it,pay for it and then get told they are out... 3rd time in a row

Finally went to give rofo a try again after about a year of avoiding their food because of a few other disgusting experiences, decided to try the New* Overpriced 7$ "pot pie" that's literally just a biscuit with a scoop of gravy in a tiny bowl and a fried chicken thigh that's ripped up, the fried chicken was almost all gristle and disgusting. The skin was so nasty and soggy and the pot pie consisted of just the tiny piece of torn up chicken, the gravy, and the small biscuit thats the same size as the bowl, It was so small of a portion i thought they used the wrong bowl at first, for a 7$ pot pie i was expecting a little more than just a CHILD size bowl with soggy fried chicken, a biscut and spoon full of gravy, would give 0 stars if possible. Aint nothing PoT or PiE about it. 🤢🤮 Rofo food is TERRIBLE. Dont waste your money they still aint figured it out yet lol. Just get some chicken tenders or eat elsewhere 😂

I just happened to be in this area this past week for work and I dealt with a staff person- Kayla- I believe at this site! She was patient and informative! I asked probably some silly questions to others - it didn’t matter to her she just smiled thru it all! I was a bit lost and she helped me to the beat of her ability! I left w a fully belly and directions! True customer service can get lost in todays times! But not that day!

I understand the long term personal cars parked in truck parking area was unnecessary and a eye sore. On the other hand I parked my truck not even 24 hours had a note to tow. Crazy because I’m only home one weekend out the month and can’t park. I’d pay to park. As it is apart of the community we should be able to park our trucks but not hold spaces with personal cars

The cook did not even care to tear apart the the chicken on a simple bowl of Mac n chicken when opened it flew in the air because it was all stuck together. I hope I see that half bread cook again. Never getting food from there again zero stars

Never again. Went in for an 8 piece chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy with 4 rolls. Added on large cheese lips and a Mac and cheese. I eneded up with an 8 piece chicken made of 2 legs, 2 wings, and 4 thighs. No mashed potatoes but I got gravy. I did get the mac and cheese though. No rolls. $30 for dark meat that I won't eat and a missing side for my kid.

Workers are nice, shelves stay stocked, conveniently placed for truckers and rural travelers. Food is comparable to how old fashioned cooking tasted (with better health and safety standards of course). Gas prices are fair but sometimes are a few cents higher than smaller gas stations

Small truck stop. 15 parking spots with enough room to "squeeze" in another 15 trucks. No showers. Small, constantly full bathroom with 1 toilet & 1 urinal. The guy at the urinal was looking over the 5 foot partition and watching me wipe... eye contact is never a good thing in a men's room! At least when he washed his hands he left the hand dryer on and it made a nice warm breeze blow up my... Although not at all crispy, the fried chicken was pretty good for breakfast. Wonder how long ago they cooked it for it to be that soggy... Not really worth $3.59 a breast. about 10 - 15 employees in the store this morning. Two were helping customers, two seem dedicated to laughing at one another, not really sure what the others jobs are as the bathroom was dirty, and 1/2 of the coffee pots were empty. I'm giving it 4 stars be a use the place is super busy and there's the slight chance that I'm just grumpy, hungry and tired... and in desperate need of a shower... which they don't have

Filthy, stinking bathroom. Wonder if the food preparers use the same filthy bathroom? Every time I buy food there I am always missing something or the order is not correct. Bought and paid for an 8 piece white meat chicken today and when I got home and looked in the bag it was all legs and thighs. I live too far away to take it back. I will be checking the bag next time and I won't pay until I look. Why do they have to stock the cigarette shelves while there is a long line of paying customers? Couldn't that wait until they're not busy?

At 1st struggled with the self check. One of the cashiers Brandi walked me through the process. No I prefer it. The only reason I switched my stops to the Rofo is be cause of her. She is genuinely helpful and professional. I she will do well.

Let them know they were out of toilet paper and some one crapped on the floor a little bit. Response was giving me an attitude and telling me there's no one to handle it. There was 5 employee's in the stoee. 🤷🏼‍♂️ All I needed to do was use the bathroom.

The employees are very nice, but while I was waiting for my food order, I look around and under the coffee cup Station it looks nasty. Trash, food and whatever else. I love Royal Farms, so just clean it up.

Drop trailors have been there over 6 months. Local drivers park personal trucks in spot to reserve it for themselves when they come back. Manager has been called and refuses to do anything. Long liquid trailor on the end has been there 8 months. Corporate is gonna be called. Fed up with this mismanaged place

Decent Truck parking for a Convenience store wasn't expecting a Love's or Flying J atmosphere but it will do.. Also 98% of the time these places have restrooms and they are filthy why not because of the store but dirty people using them that have to respect for anyone else so why treat it with respect I can't imagine how these pigs live at home.. It's ridiculous.. They should charge to use the bathrooms 1.00 and 2.00 for a poop..
