Would give ZERO stars if that were an option. Staff does not understand how to be a pharmacy. Does not understand how to communicate properly with physicians and with customers. It is not only Harrington's location. They are one of the top worst, but I have noticed that a few Dover ones are terrible, Milford is bad, and so is Camden. Would not recommend. Please if you have the option to use a different pharmacy then avoid a Walgreens pharmacy at all costs. Even if your medication is "ready"... then they will say it is not. Every single time they make a mistake in your face they will not try to hide it or even apologize. Walgreens... DO BETTER for your customers. This is so sad :(

Recently, I had my prescriptions transferred here due to the untimely closing of the Rite Aid in Harrington. Stopped past on Saturday morning to pick up a prescription. I was greeted by a sign that said they were closed on Saturdays and Sundays. I can't believe what is happening. Is there a conspiracy afoot to cut off my access to prescription services?

This place sucks! Lines all through the store, 3 windows with 1 open, 6 people running around behind pharmacy and they just don’t care! Hours till 6pm and weekends closed! Poor customer service! Why are they allowed and the others are open! Those hours are only available for me on Tuesday only!

That manager is massive b word. Screams and yells at customers the way she does at her young employees in front of customers. Won’t even respond with words if you ask her where something is; all she does is grunt like an animal. I’ve never been yelled at by the manager of a store just for asking for a receipt. It’s all good tho since I don’t work there and since her behavior towards me was unacceptable…well, my turn lol

Great experience every time I go. I love ❤️ the pharmacy. I go within their allotted hours and miraculously get my prescriptions each time I go 👀 . I also recognize if I see a lot of people that usually means they are busy 👀 and not out to make my life harder. I feel pretty confident that if they could they would sprout extra arms like octopi 🐙 to get through the high volume times. (Think mailroom scene from Men in Black) Anywho thanks Walgreens and specifically the pharmacy team working 9/29 around closing time 😊

Standing in line for 15 minutes or more is ridiculous they kept walking away if they tell a customer that it's not ready then have them step aside not just leave them at the window waiting for it to get done worst pharmacy ever.

This locations hours are terrible. They are very slow to fill prescriptions. Heaven forbid you get there when they first open. The staff was very rude and disrespectful. People do not go to a pharmacy because they want to. It's a need due to whatever reason. The drive-through staff is as cold as my ice cream in the freezer.

This pharmacy is highly unprofessional and I truly hope it goes out of business. 4 different times has it closed randomly with the only notice being a note on the door or drive thru window. For reasons that I am unsure of I have a medication that I am to take daily that will only get filled when I have 1-3 pills left. This is a problem because their pharmacy is closed on weekends. I took my last pill on a Friday morning. I had requested the pill to be refilled the Monday prior to that Friday. They did not refill it until 11:45am on that Friday. I go to pick up the medication, arrive at 12:02pm, note on the door stating they were closed until Monday. So I was not able to get my medication nor have any to take for 3 days. This caused me terrible side effects because my body was thinking I was quitting it cold turkey. This is the 4th time in 2 years this drug store has closed with no notice causing me to miss medication. I have since moved to Rite Aid. I highly warn anyone to be leery on using this drug store.

The pharmacist (Sarah) is lazy and refuses to contact your doctors office during normal business hours if there is something she can’t understand on a prescription from your doctor. Kept telling me, “I left them a message.” Extremely incompetent and unprofessional so I have taken my business to hometown drugs that are more friendly and nicer. I will never pay for ignorance and that is what Harrington Walgreens has behind the pharmacy counter. What a waste of a pharmaceutical education. Take my advice and send your prescription somewhere else. I will be contacting my attorney

If you need your medication to live- DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS. AVOID IF YOU HAVE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT MEDICATION.My dr sent my script in on Tuesday- it is now Saturday and I still haven't been able to get my medication. Tried to transfer to Rite Aid. Rite Aid was put on hold the two times they called this Walgreens and they never got back with Rite Aid.They said that they needed to send one of my scripts to the insurance for approval, even though I have been using my same insurance for the same medication since september with Walgreens! It has been days since they "sent it to the insurance" and it's still not ready for pick up. My other medication is ready for pick up but trying to get it is the problem, you must wait for so long to get anything here. Walgreens employees are blaming their incompetence on covid, if you cant handle your usual business plus covid vaccination - then there is an issue! People need their medication. If you cant handle it all, then management needs to be replaced with competent employees/pharmacists.How come I have already tried to pick up my medication 2 times within a week and not to mention multiple calls, me having to go in person (3rd time) to show my insurance when that could have been done over the phone?Drive thru is a nightmare. First time I tried to pick up, vehicle line backed up 6 car length, no movement at all and i left. Second time I tried to pick up: One car was in front of me with 15+ minute wait, I left. Don't give this pharmacy your time or your money, let them lose profit and change management- corporate needs to look into this Walgreens. People depend on their medication. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy and normally Walgreens is great. This place deserves ZERO STARS.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would!! This Walgreen's is the absolute worst Walgreen's I have ever been in! I literally just sat in there for 2 hours waiting on a prescription to be filled. The tall guy back in the pharmacy kept trying to tell me I needed a new prior authorization when my prior auth is good until the middle of November. Every single time I am in there and he waits on me, he gives me some kind of trouble! Its like he doesn't know what he's doing!

Friendly staff, but the pharmacy hours are not very good. Closed on the weekends and not opened very long on the weekdays. Other than that it’s a great place

Ordered a small order for curbside pickup (3 items) and waited in the parking spot as directed on the email. Was told someone would be out to me in less than 5 minutes. I waited over 20. Called the inside of the store and nobody would answer. Called one more time and whoever answered didn’t even know the location did curbside pickup, yet there is a dedicated parking space for it.

DO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR COVID-19 VACCINATION HERE. After some time, I finally decided to get the Pfizer vaccine at this location because it was the earliest available. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!! The staff seemed either unwilling or incapable of handling the drive-thru and the counter walk-ups simultaneously, let alone a Covid shot!!!!! After twenty minutes of a few ladies peering through the window at me from time to time without saying a word,(maybe they were mute) I ran outta there like my @$$ was on fire!!!!! No way am I gonna let anybody involved with the $h!+ Show that I saw poke me with anything!!!!! Sadly though, that rag-tag group of employees has increased my "Vaccination Hesitancy" ten fold.

This is the WORST Walgreens on the planet & I love Walgreens. The management is CRAZY! One female manager with long brown hair who REFUSES to give her name makes up her OWN rules and polices for the store. It's the weirdest thing I've ever seen. I do like this store the employees are either really nice and have good service or are just goofing around in the store the pharmacy has tight hours that’s one thing I wouldn’t recommend closed 90% of the day has really good stock pretty nice store just hope that most of the employees aren’t there to goof around✅

Most staff is friendly but everyone is sooooo slow to do anything. If you need to go to the pharmacy you better give yourself 25 minutes to spare because chances are there is only one person working.

Walgreens is a Pharmacy well the Pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday and the drive thru closed during the week due to staffing issuesall convenience of this business is gone maybe time to close up the shop
