I was here ordering dinner about 10 mins ago and I became very upset when I had to tell 3 people how to do their jobs! Let me explain...I order 5 tender boxes WITH rolls. We go to pay get everything rang up and the card reader is broke on the self checkout THEY MADE US USE so then the lady made my fiance keep trying and was finally like I'll ring you up down here now mind you it's a $64 order so when she is done ringing up whatever she thought she saw the total was like $30 so I said look at the price on that self check out compared to what you just told me, so this guy comes over and they start trying to figure it out I tell them what I ordered so he starts ringing other stuff up AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME MORE THEN THE FIRST TIME WE TRIED TO PAY AT SELF CHECK OUT so this girl goes I'm gonna walk away, ok girl bye. So the guy figures it out and we pay he goes over to the cafe to try to figure out our order and low and behold they are missing one of my tender boxes. I'm fuming at this point. So guy gets it figured out I tell him thank you and we leave. Get home AND I DONT HAVE MY ROLLS THAT THEY NOW MAKE YOU PAY EXTRA FOR. this place is just as bad as any other on stealing from the people! And the bunch of idiots want $15+ an hour and can't even ring something up or make food right.

To the kind man working behind the hot food counter who told me he made my chicken slider with love… he made my entire night coming from someone that worked all day until 12am and didn’t eat anything all day, I’m glad everywhere else was closed.

The store manager Erin is really an asset to your company. When she was out of this store it was a huge mess. They were always out of stuff, terrible customer service, etc. Bringing her back was the best thing Royal Farms could have done for this or any location.

I ordered a ham and provolone sub today and instead I got a ham and American cheese sub. What made it worse, is the American cheese was hard. As if it had been months old and left out in the air. I was afraid to eat the sandwich for fear of food poisoning. I will never eat here again.

I am only giving Heather at Harrington Royal Farms. 5 STARS… She was alone working the night shift 11pm rush hour since the fair is in town and happens to close 11pm. She was running around completing orders, directing customers to items on shelves and doing her job very well!!! She had to bread my chicken and fry all while I was there waiting…. Where was the manager? Where was the extra vice president of Royal farms coming to actual earn the money he makes from Heather’s above her pay grade service!You Go Heather Keep up the good work maybe one day they’ll realize the good employee they have instead of taking advantage.*Royal farms has poor management skills and corporate.does not do any work just collect checks from the hard work and employees that hardly get paid anything and overworked. The trash cans were overflowing and one cashier because why can’t pay more to help we have to do self check out. Do we get a discount for checking ourselves out? Corporate business is like those are taking over and neglecting their employees and their actual business..

I’d like to commend the gentlemen at the hot meals section. Someone had mistakenly gotten my order and once they found out, they cooked a new order for me. I was coming in from a bus mealstop, I was rushing, so they cooked fast and also took time to talk to the bus driver to wait for me.The wait was worth it as the fries and chicken sandwich I got are great! Definitely recommend this establishment. Thanks for the excellent service!

I have been a regular at the location in Harrington and the staff is always unprofessional the store is always halfway empty and boxes will sit with merchandise by isles for days at a time the “upper management in the store should address some of the issues the store manager dosent know how to be professional talking as if she cnt be around civilians

The store side is fine as always, the 3 stars, but the fried chicken has lost the quality it once had 😔. This last time we purchased it, it was so old the chicken was almost like leather and it was cold. We were home & it was just a 2pc tender so not worth the drive to take it back, I gave it to my cat's. They wouldn't even eat it, that's how awesome the fried chicken, especially the tenders used to be, it made my cat's fried chicken snobs!!

There was no one helping on register and all 3 customers were stuck and needed help a girl just walked past everyone and went towards the back and another girl had to come help and I heard her tell a customer at this point I don't care whatever they asked or told her she was very short and rude with an attitude. Probably because nobody else in the store wanted to help do their job. Other than that I guess everything looked good in the store.

I have been to this location about three times in the last few months and each time the chicken was reheated, never fresh, so hard you could bang it on a desk. As well as the potato wedges. I ordered a box of three piece chicken and got one large piece and two small pieces both so over cooked there was no meat to pull off and feathers still cooked on the outside. The customer service was super but unfortunately i paid for absolutely nothing.

Last week I ordered a pulled chicken sandwich, it came with chicken, bacon, onions, pickles and bbq sauce on a potato roll. It was delicious. I just ordered 1 tonight and it was absolutely horrible.

I stopped in today to get a chicken meal. I was shorted 1 thigh and 3 dinner rolls. The mac and cheese was almost cold when I got home (10 minutes away). There was no way to check the meal before I left the store.

The chicken was tuff and dry and horrible and service was very bad! I was so angry with my visit with them none of the gas pumps were working right and had to pay double for extra cheese VERY HORRIBLE!!!!!

Just moved into town 3wks ago. We have now *tried* to run to this rofo now for the 3rd time. The cases are empty & things that are stocked are in the wrong spot, the store is dirty and smells like old grease, and the bare minimum on the shelves is disappointing. Will not be back again 0/10 AVOID THIS ROFO.

Their fried chicken is better than any other royal farms. For example the one in Milford usually makes it too greasy.

Disgusting. My bus stopped here on the way to Virginia beach and I ordered a veggie wrap. Even though I selected tomatoes, spinach, etc etc. all they put on it was canned items like pickles and olives. It was just under $9 for this garbage and a small order of fries.

Brother ordered me 2 sausage,egg,cheese biscuits.Paid for2 sausage,egg,cheese biscuits.When I got them to eat for my dinner I had cheese and sausage biscuits.Said it took guy almost 15 minutes just wrapping sandwiches.Why aren't people getting the right orders.
