I love HAPPY TAILS!!!! Why you might ask? The answer is simple.....because I Love EMMA!!!! She is the best groomer that I know and my Gus loves her so much, I do as well!!. Gus is my small cream poodle. Emma is a terrific groomer and person, she is the sweetest, and is so kind hearted she greets with a smile on her face and the loving personality to go with the love that she shares with my poodle. He actually loves going to get groomed now. And that to me means everything!!!! She does a perfect 10 every time!!! GUS-GUS (or G.G.) loves to go get pampered by Emma!!! All I have to tell him is...let's go see Emma and he gets so excited. My recommendation is... go to happy tails-if you want a groomer that you and your pet will LOVE-HAPPY TAILS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!! I can't give her enough accolades to express how wonderful her-her hubby and all of her staff are at happy tails. The atmosphere is joy--I would give happy tails a 100 if the scale went that high. 10 of 10!!!!!! #1 place to go for a Happy animal that looks adorable when they are done. I posted 3 pics of Gus-small cream poodle with black bow tie and another with a light blue & pink back ground. Like I said 10 of 10. Perfect score!!!! Perfect groomer!!!! Wonderful delightful atmosphere full of love for all the animals!!! Perfect place for my G.G. 10/10!!!!

My handsome boy, Chief, loves to come to Happy Tails! He is spoiled with products that are not only good for him but SMELL SO GOOD! Chief always leaves smelling amazing. The shop smells amazing when you walk in and is adorable! You can also see where the dogs are groomed and all the dogs and people who work there look so happy. The new owner and her team are wonderful and I will continue to bring Chief there to get loved on and bathed!

Unhappy with Happy Tails. I made an appt for my golden retriever at Happy Tails for this past Tuesday. Unfortunately, late last week my golden developed a bad hot spot on his face. I sent Happy Tails a picture of his face and asked if we could possibly reschedule for next Tuesday. Last night I noticed that my golden had another hot spot - this one is on his neck and has been caused by the cone he was wearing to protect his face. I explained the situation to Happy Tails and asked if I could please reschedule one more time. They charged me a $50 cancellation fee, even though I wasn’t cancelleing. I feel bad that I asked twice to reschedule but my golden’s hot spots are beyond my control. And even if I took him to be groomed, I’m afraid he would have a painful experience on his very first time being groomed. I’m sure many of you have had good experiences with Happy Tails … but mine was very disappointing. While I understand cancellation fees may be necessary for a last minute cancellation; however, I wasn’t cancelling and it wasn’t last minute (it was 3 days before appt). I was asking to reschedule for a very good reason. I would think a groomer must love animals - I would have thought she’d understand my need to reschedule so my golden could enjoy the experience and avoid any pain due to the sensitivity of his spots. This has been a difficult and expensive lesson learned from Happy Tails. 😕

Emma and staff provide outstanding care with amazing grooming skills. Our kids hair styles are very specific and Emma’s expertise nails their specific correct style every single time. Best groomers in the area we trave from Milton!! Worth every minute of every mile. Do not hesitate!!

I took my dog there to be groomed, it was terrible. He was there for 4 hours and 45 min. In the past he had both his hind legs opporated on plus he has joint pain. He has been groomed for 7 1/2 years, but never was treated like this. If you love your pet do not take it thereI would noy even give them a one star. They should not do this to any pet

This is a salon that cares about your dog. If they tell you your dog isn't a good fit, that's for the well being of your dog! It is much better than other groomers that will lie to you just to keep you as a client.I bring my boy Rocky here for nail trims. He is a nervous dog, but Tyler takes such good care of him and gets his nails cut in no time. The staff here is wonderful, and friendly. They care about the dogs they groom like their own.

They asked us not to bring our 8 month old puppy back because he wasn’t a “good fit” for their business. They made no mention of it over the phone when they called to tell us he was ready to be picked up. Instead they waited until we drove there to pick him up and paid for the service and gave them their tip.I’m assuming that was so they could get their tip. I think this was dishonest on their part. I would not recommend this place based on their business practices. Their grooming services were also only adequate. They left sections of his hair uneven. Sure, they can blame it on the 8 month old puppy or maybe they just aren’t that good.

This was my first time taking my dog here and I just loved it! Everyone was so nice, the atmosphere was great and welcoming. And as you can see from the before and after picture my baby looks FANTASTIC, I'm just so happy!

Out with the Old (dog), in with the New (management) - *Literally*.After patronizing this business for the past 6 years, I called to make Robin's first appointment with the new management.After openly discussing Robin's age and health issues with Nancy, I was told that, because they are a "high-volume" grooming business, and due to his age and his health issues, Robin would not "be a good fit" for their business.Obviously, that's very discouraging. He was just groomed there ten weeks ago (under the prior management), now I have to search for another groomer.So, if your dog is elderly &/or has health issues, don't bother here.

I was so worried about our 80lb rescue labradoodle getting groomed for the first time. He still has some puppy behaviors that at 80lbs can hurt someone, but he was starting to mat so it was time to get him groomed right. Happy tails owners were wonderful! They even had him come in for a meet and greet before hand. They were patient and they said he did great! He looks so dapper, the whole family loves new look!

Disappointed… when the owners told me they were retiring I was sad. They’ve been taking care of my dogs for over 6 years and always said “bring ‘em in” when I would call without hesitation same day. They told me when they were retiring that the new management would honor pricing for at least a year. It’s been three months since and I was told today that the $20 bath service (which was a great deal for small short hair dog!) is going up to $50! When I asked why so high I was told it’s because they are using more expensive products. So the actual service doesn’t change only the shampoo? I guess I’ll be finding a new groomer closer to home. Only reason I would travel 20 min to them was the great service and price. These new managers seem “friendly” but it’s disingenuous and fake, and money hungry.

Very unprofessional groomer; up-charging 50$ because they needed “5” employees to groom a 35lb bernadoodle. We specifically requested they do not shave our dog, go figure he came home shaven. Absolute joke of a groomer

We loved Jim and Mary and Jim did our dogs before he established the business when he worked for a mobile groomer. We continued going to him when he established his business and loved him and his wife. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end and the new owners say we aren't a good fit and refuses to do our 5 dogs after having a disagreement with my husband. Their feeling were hurt. They don't need our business.

My babies love pam I started with her at petsmart and I followed her to happy tails that's how great she is and I live in smyrna and I take my 4 yorkies just to her because she loves animals and they love her. I will never change. Where ever pam goes my yorkies will follow.🐶

We inherited our sweet boy, Tucker. I tried grooming him myself but I just couldn't do it. He was a mess. Happy Tails had groomed him in the past. They got him in quickly, and he looked so handsome when we picked him up. The people who work there are wonderful. I highly recommend them.

I have taken my dog there since she was not even a year old and is now six and have always been more than pleased with how adorable she looks and how good she smells when she is done. So please anyone that believes the person that gave one star would be missing out on a great experience! Visiting from VA, our dog immediately found the standing water on the farm and was a mess within seconds of arrival. She needed a bath in order to stay in the house we were visiting. I called at 3:30 PM when they were closing at 4 PM and it would take me 10 minutes to get there and the bather had left for the day. They told me to come in and they would bath her. They did an amazing job bathing her and were just the nicest people. My dog was loved on like they had know her for years and she was so comfortable immediately. Their prices are very reasonable and quality service is given.
