Went into this supermarket for the first time...was very impressed. The place is very clean and organized. One thing that really bothers me is when a supermarket floor is dirty or disgusting. This place had a very clean and polished floor. Very bright lights and nice displays. The produce section was well stocked and displayed, and the fruits and vegetables were good quality. Prices are good, but a little higher than Walmart.

Very clean and friendly staff. Just about everything you need is available except for a large selection. So while you can buy chips dip and soda. The selection to choose from is a bit limited. That is in comparison to say an Acme or Shop Rite. But because of that prices are kept low and very affordable.

Food Lion is a good store but people need to watch the pricesFood Lion charged me full prices on sale items and never took it off my MVP cardAlso most items don't match the shelf prices so someone is Not doing their jobs.People are being over charged at all stores like this Sorry but I for one don't have extra monies to give away to the store.

Shop Food Lion all the time. Produce really nice and always so nicely displayed and fresh. Never any issues there and love that they have later hours. Prep veggies as soon as I get home for my meals. Makes life alot easier saving time. Alot of this food and meats in drawer for 86.00!! Get a Food Lion card....save save save!!!

Wonderful service and absolutely amazing work stronged mind young teens that work there young teenager name Jay is a cashier and he is very strong minded and absolutely has a strong work ethic about him good spirit and just determined to not let anything cover his path to willingness determination faith love and care and respect for Himself and for others I told him just has long as he keeps the faith and determination he can do anything all it takes is faith determination and willingness with God in his heart nothing will ever keep him down from not standing back up on his own 2 feet again FOODLION of Harrington really has good people and good staff that work there my pleasure and honor to have been a customer there much love too all the FOODLION'S in Delaware and Maryland

Food Lion home office needs to plan their sales better. They advertise a lot of items, and most of the time, pricing is wrong, not shelved or not in stock. Clean store and the employees are always helpful. At least they still give you bags!

You asked me to update my review, I want to give a 5 star for the employees, but I know that's not how this works. The purpose of the ratings are for the company. Food Lion was once for the working person, I remember when they opened in Rehoboth, 30 +/- a year or two, it was cheaper for me to shop there, even with the added gas going from Milford. Now they aren't much different then any other grocery store. 😥

Thank goodness I only go to Food Lion for two things because this grocery chain has plummeted with their customer service.It doesn’t seem to matter which one you go to the women in the bakery department are miserable!To place an order they require 24 hour notice but when you try to place an order within this time frame it is a HUGE hassle to them they act like it’s the end of the world that you want to place an order?!This is the only place I know to get my husbands favorite cupcakes but they make you feel like your asking for a million dollars!In addition, there is this older worker that always treats me like a lower class citizen whenever she’s working when I try to shop there. I could understand her feelings toward me if she and I had a beef, but I’m new to the area, so it can’t be that? Yea, not thrilled with Food Lion anymore.

I go to Food Lion over Walmart when I shop for Groceries for one love the rewards card it really saves you so much money in food is so much cheaper so I choose FOOD LION EVERYTIME

I've been using the Food Lion To Go service and it's AWESOME!! So convenient and the associates are always so friendly when they come to my car. I love that there is designated parking as well.

The best Food Lion that I’ve been in in Delaware. Always clean and the staff is friendly. Only negative is that when they run great specials, it seems like they are always sold out of the item when you arrive, no matter how quickly you get there.

Good deals and selection of food and ingredients also a great place to stop in for food on lunch breaks and such. Deals aplenty and good service all around. But it is usually really neat and coordinated between product and place of things customers would need that goes with that product. Nothing really flashy about it, but a great place to shop regardless.

I like this Food Lion a lot! Nice customer service. Checker was friendly, efficient and, MOST OF ALL, careful with my groceries and putting them in my cart. Was really nice to see such care, and I said so. I've always liked this store. Nice, clean and usually well stocked. Best of all, especially during this health crisis, not crowded. And no long check-out lines.

A super market is a super market. This food lion is awesome when it comes to customer service. Every time I have been there, there have been employees stocking the floors (that we all know are bare in any store), someone asked me if I needed help, and the last time I had my cranky kids in there with me i believe they saw that and they were incredibly fast and easy to check me out and I was so grateful for the help.

Very busy this morning. Only 2 full service cashiers open. Long wait getting rung out. Too many stockers on the floor with cartons in the way for shoppers to get around. Stockers need to stock at night so shoppers can shop during normal business hours.

Bought a package of fish from the "Fresh Fish" department, brought it home and realized it had a sell by date of four days before. The one time I forget to check the date on something and it ends up being old fish! The one time I throw away my receipt and I end up wasting $20 on old fish. Why would you all still have that stocked?! Shows how often you restock and check your "Fresh Fish". Disgusting!

I called to the store to inquire about a productl that I assumed the store carried. I was connected to a very nice young lady (Kayla)who was more then willing to help me. She is a very valued employee who did not mind helping me. Very patient and concern about her customers.I tip my hat to her. She was getting my order together when I arrived. Great sale going. Well stocked in most items. Great selectio. I had a problem in finding an item, but young lady at register tried her best to locate. Unfortunately, the item I wanted was sold out, but was able to purchase in different size. Parking os no problem. Carts were being sanitized by am employee who was stationed there for that purpose. Great job to both of you.

Standard Food Lion arrangement and products. Items were easy to find but several sale items had nearly empty shelves. Stock people were actively restock across the store.Clean and spacious aisles that are well marked. Will visit again when in the area.

This food lion use to be always neat and carts were gathered! I said something to an employee about you have a new manager don’t you? She said yes! I can tell! The carts are all over the parking lot and not gathered, you will struggle finding one in the store! I use to gather for them and bring into the store! No more, they can’t gather them themselves! Out of water and ice pops and Italian ice! Shelves are bare!
