I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half now since moving from New York City. I’m happy to say that your establishment has become 100% better than it was the last year and a half. Cleanliness is so much better than what it was. Your new man Isaiah is on top of everything.Doing things that I never saw other managers do. Gail who works behind the counter has been just a friendly and helpful person And Kevin who works the registers has been so helpful, so I just had to share how happy I am with the running of your establishment.

I don’t usually take them time to rate a royal farms or anything similar. But I had to take the time to give these guys 5 out of 5. Employees were clearly hard at work had no communication other than getting everyone’s order out and lines moving. 12:15 lunch and I wasn’t even in and out more than 5 minutes. Good job guys.

I’m only giving 1 star because there isn’t an option to give negative stars… The customer service at this store is horrible! The clerk behind the counter Kevin is always very rude with not just me but every customer he comes in contact with. This morning wasn’t any different, he got an attitude with an older gentleman who was obviously confused in general but he didn’t understand how to work the self checkout so I helped the guy instead of listening to Kevin berate him and talk down on him like a child, finally when it was my turn at the front he was completely ignorant all because I couldn’t use the self checkout and get cigarettes for myself so he had to actually get off his chair and help. The way he spoke to all the customers was disgusting ….. I must say all the women behind the chicken counter were very nice and did a great job!

Im from Baltimore MD and i can say this is the most disgusting royal farms i have ever been too. The mens bathroom is so neglected and dirty the smell of urine will never come out. The toilet is busted. Standing urine all over the place in puddles. Im on vacation and this royal farms in the cutie little shore town has not been cleaned once in the last 3 days. And the flys are enuff to drive u crazy.the worst is its 4th july weekend.The front of house isn't any better. Every napkin dispenser empty. Soda staind on the floor by the soda fountain that's been there the entire time.

This location is an absolute dump. I live nearby and I only go here for gas and never go inside because it's filthy. I begrudgingly stopped in today because my daughter wanted a milkshake. We walked in and headed over to the machine and it said "Blender not working. See clerk to clear error." I asked one of the 2 clerks standing behind the counter doing nothing because the store is entirely self checkout and they told me that the machine has been broken for 2 months. Avoid at all costs. This place sucks.

For this being a fairly new location the "free" air for the Tires is always not working. Come to think of it, its that way in most royal farms! Is this a gimmick? Maybe they figure since you're there get gas or chicken. No thanks, I'll just go to wawa where the free air is normally always working! And the food isn't so greasy, and it's always cleaner than royal farms. Especially this one!

I ordered 70 dollars worth of food. It took over 30 minutes to get my food and they still didn't get my order right. I didn't get my potato logs, I was missing a mashed potato and the lady's behind the counter didn't look like they were in no kind of hurry to to get orders out in a timely manner. First impressions are everything and I've got to say this was a bad one. I will not be shopping at this royal farms again.

Don't even bother coming here. Their electronic system goes down every other week. You won't be able to pay with card without that. Their air pump isConstantly broken. It never puts air in my tires. The last few times I stopped by the damn thing didn't turn on. Their gas pumps are the slowest imaginable. It took a while 10 mins to just put $8 worth of gas in my car. You're better off driving to lewes or long neck for wawa. At least they know how to run a functioning gas station.

TERRIBLE customer service here. I ordered a hand pulled chicken sandwich and after paying, the guy literally took his own sweet time making it. He also, didn’t “hand pull” the chicken at all, just deboned it. And when he was finally done, he just put it up there, without calling out an order number or anything, then he seemed surprised when I asked him if it was mine. Also, you guys really need to put the orders in bags. It’s stupid that we, as customers, have to burn our hands just to either put it in bags ourselves, or carry it outside. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, they definitely deserve worse.

Air machine for tires is busted Don't get the hot chocolate it only dispenses water, and always go to the register to get cigarettes because you will he ignored if your At self check out, owner is nasty broke my wraps as he tried scanning them, wouldn't give me refund for broken wraps he did himself....

Might wanna clean every once in a while. There are computer screens right above where sandwiches are made. Looks like they haven't been cleaned since this place was built. I usually go to Wawa....always clean!

The food all tastes like really old fryer grease. All the food is crazy greasy. The kitchen needs some more management and employee training. Even an Italian wrap taste like really old grease. Worst chicken. They don't even cook their hot dogs all the way when you order them, just warmed. When they first opened they were great, then things fell apart. Worst rofo in de.

Staff was absolutely aweful. They were not stocked on breakfast items and didn't make customers aware till after they ordered. Horrible this particular store has gone downhill fast.EditTried giving this nightmare another chance, no food rude and lazy. I'm filing a baby and board of commerce complaint.

This is a new store that is already dirty when you go in. I've been in three times with the same results every time. They have ONE register with a human cashier along with three self checkouts that don't work. They do have a person standing there to help but it defeats the entire purpose of a "convenience" store. This is in a very busy location which makes it even worse with the checkout problems. I won't be stopping at this store again. Side note, the Royal farms in Georgetown, which just opened maybe two years ago, is also extremely filthy whenever you go in, I don't go there anymore either.

I know generally this spot specifically is a hit or miss, but shout out to the brotha with the dread locs. He made my Chesapeake sandwich like a boss when the person assigned behind the counter was not there. He was friendly, mad chill, and really put in the effort to hook it up. This ish hit the mfkn spot! Appreciate you big dog. I hope this makes it back to you! Talk about someone putting in pride and effort into their job…mind you…this was almost at one in the morning!!

This location is the worst store ever. We ordered chicken and potato wedges. They put our chicken on the counter and we asked if it was ours. He said yes but we are waiting for the wedges. He told us it would be five minutes. So we waited so another ten minutes comes around and another guy told us they still were ten minutes. If it wasn’t for our kids being hungry we would have left. The store associates were rude and were talking about us literally in our faces. I will never return to this store no matter how close it is. The associates are rude and not polite and could careless. They wouldn’t have told anyone there was a wait on the fries until I asked about it. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone

This place needs to be clean more often the door handles and floor and touch screens are really dirty!! The outside needs to be cleaned because there’s garbage and food stains on pavement it smells of trash!!The workers are nice. It just needs some TLC …

Always has no less than 5 employees in the store with only one manned register and they still have no drinks stocked in the cooler and the iced coffee machine is ALWAYS empty. Tried to get hot coffee instead and literally one had coffee in it and when I informed the young lady whiling counters she said ok and turned her back on me and continued as if it wasn’t 7am and people didn’t come for their morning caffeine!

Pumps are always slow. This is a sign of lack of maintenance. Bathrooms are gross. A discrace for a new store. This place should have twice the turnover rate at the pumps...

I thought we would give this new location a try since it is close to are home and I did not want to drive into town but I will no longer be ordering any food from Royal Farms anywhere as I had a bad experience with the store in Rehoboth beach and tried contacting the store with no response from anyone I also tried to contact the corporate office still no response I have a friend that works at the Royal Farms in long neck I told her and she let one of the district management know and I still never heard anything so I am leaving this response on here to say your chicken was old and nasty I ordered 4 biscuits and only got 2 but I would not have ate them anyway the 2 I got was hard yuk !!! And the potatoe wedges was just ok nothing I would brag on so next time I will drive into town.
