For the past 6 years we have been loyal customers here. We always wanted to support local and loved the glass they have. Well we went in looking a couple days ago and couldn’t decide. I said we would be back, and the owner said to her employee they are just going to go to Marley’s, whatever. This was uncalled for a rude. We have always given you our business but after that I’ll take your advice and go to Marley’s at least they aren’t rude like that.

Never had an issue until this last time me and my partner went in. We were asked for our ids and given the okay, but when we went into the adult part of the store one of the workers there just sat in the doorway staring at us the entire time we were trying to look. I understand that small businesses need to be wary of theft, but staring at a couple the entire time they are trying to discuss and look for something intimate is not only terribly rude, but also horribly uncomfortable. We could barely even focus on what we were looking at before we just gave up and left. If you're worried about theft, just get better cameras.

I normally like it here, but it smells of just dog urine and incense. The man working made my friend and I uncomfortable after we are looking at lingerie talking, said we look like our sizes are in another place. We had already said we do not want help, and I never said who I was looking for. Very presumptuous and uncomfortable. I will not be back here.

Was just asking questions about the products when the owner (which is meant to set an example for the customer service) totally interrupted me and was very rude with things such as scoffs, rolling of eyes, and intentionally sighs to make me uncomfortable I suppose? Just because she planned on closing early which how am I supposed to know without psychic abilities and your employees asking me to come in? Other employees were very sweet, never going again none the less

Where to start?!? Jenn and her girls are great! They are helpful and just great to do business with. I am always popping in near xmas and even if your not into toys, or smoke accessories there are other finds to be found. I got all my girls plush blankets last year and they even had matching wall hangings if that is your thang! Great atmosphere... I highly recommend checking them out!

i’ve been going to dragons Lair for years Jen and her staff are outstanding, very knowledgeable, and down to earth! The merchandise (which is selected by Jen) is excellent both in price and quality. If there’s something you have in mind and you don’t see it at dragons Lair they will try to track it down for you! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

Places like this are why Amazon is winning. I went 20 minutes out of my way to support a smoke shop and they made me regret it. The owners were both 10 mins late, I was waiting outside with two other people waiting. The Blond lady wanted to kick me out because i asked if she can stop her dog from biting my shoes, her answer, "that dog is $5,000, how much could those shoes be?" the Brown haired lady stepped in and finished my transaction.

The energy in this place is like a used car shop, browse the over crowed walls of priced gouged products being hovered by bigoted sales people pressuring you to buy but, they are too money hungry they rather lose the customer and more potential business over trying to make a deal/sale.

Went in today with my wife just to browse and said bong a few time's and one of the ladies there kept saying water pipe not knowing it was illegal to say bong in Delaware and the owner come running out yelling at me and being very unprofessional and her excuse was she was having a bad day. We were not being rude we just didn't know, will never recommend such a ignorant place.

Deff will be returning for more then one iteam ! Also has an amazing selection of women lingerie! All sorts of goodies ! Toys and everything

Hi, I bought some detoxify instant clean from dragons lair. It was 63 dollars a bottle. To all people who want to shop at dragons lair. Don't waste your money there on anything to clean your system out. Because it does not work and they will not give you your money back. Dragons lair expects the manufacturer of the detoxify instant clean to refund your money. When it should be dragons lair responsibility refunding your money. They are crooks. The only reason I gave them one star. Is just so I could write this review. I would not recommend them to anyone who is trying to help themselves and get clean. Because i wouldn't want them to get ripped off. There stuff is over priced and it is garbage. Best to shop online.

I think the owner needs to care about the customer more then she does. She did my nose and Marilyn Monroe and she put jewelry in that was for after u healed from the piercing and the jewelry was to small and went inside my lip . So when I seen her in a store and told her about my marilyn monroe piercing all's she could say was huh u took the jewelry out and I look at her like yeah I didn't want it closing up in side of my lip .Smh that's bad customer service. I will never go back in there ever again ! Bad customer service .

Over priced cheap crap. $50 for "leather" adult hand and ankle cuffs which were more like plastic or cardboard. The clasp broke within a minute of being used and they refused to take them back. "You wouldn't return used underwear would you?" Was their response. Horrible service and overpriced crap.

Stoped in on date night with Husband of 31yrs. People were extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Left with a few new tricks. As long as you are the right age it is the right shop for you.
