Just visited for the first time. The folks here are very knowledgeable about their products and are very friendly. They made many very helpful suggestions about treats, toys and kibble. The products they carry are from some of the best companies for quality canine nutrition. The manager has many years of experience with canine nutrition and the various companies who manufacture the treats and kibble. You can be sure you are getting the best products available for the health of your dog.

I took my dog in for a first time groom. He's a Yorkie Poo. Before his appointment I discussed with the groomer what I wanted. I asked for his face, feet, and hygiene areas to be cut. He's got a beautiful curly coat and I was adamant I only wanted it trimmed. The groomer agreed and made a comment about it being cold and him needing to stay warm. He came out scalped and shaved! He looked terrible and cold. He was scheduled for Christmas pics the next day, which I had to cancel. I called the minute I returned home. I told the manager, Donna, how upset and unhappy I was. I sent an email with before and after pics. It cost me 75.oo. I asked for a 50% refund, which I thought was fair. They refused any refund and they never returned my calls or emails, or offered an apology. They completely ignored me. I had been supporting them since they opened, even though they are pricey. I wanted to support a small business. The only business I will be supporting in the future is Pet Smart in Millsboro! In 3 years of getting my dog groomed, I have never been disappointed. This establishment was a huge disappointment!!

Just recently moved from Maryland and bought a puppy . She is a Shi Tzu and adorable in every way ! The groomer loves her as do the other employees! After her SPA visit she is beautiful and trimmed so well . Hair cut so cute , nails trimmed and filed, ears cleaned and trimmed !! Everything has been most pleasing and way above satisfactory, a 10 out of 10 . I will always have my Della groomed here.

Love this place!!! The people are very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. They carry good quality foods, treats and products for my dogs and bunny. I have been to the Georgetown and Milford stores so far and well stocked, but can order for you also.Love it that they have stores located all over the state. Very convenient! Highly recommend!!!

The staff is amazing and very helpful along with the grooming services. My dog is afraid of getting his nails down but Cherry Strunk kept him calm and made it better for him. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, who helped me select suppliments for my cats. The selection of high quality food, bedding, toys, and pet care items, is outstanding. The pet self-wash area, is wonderful, safely enclosed, and well stocked. I love the store, and recommend.

Went in looking for flea treatment for my pets was greated by 2 lovely lady's I forgot they're names but these two women deserve a raise helped me get my stuff and out the door genuinely awesome people decent price and extremely helpful

Hello I’m Leaving this review for those who have large dogs or maybe it’s just against us this would have been our 3rd time going and couldn’t get done the grooming because 1st it was the papers second time we were a minute late this time she says she doesn’t have time to do big dogs what is a groomer if they don’t do all dogs or why not say that in the beginning three trips down to Georgetown wasteful in gas I will not be back I felt the vibe and it wasn’t a good one I rate this business no stars but I can’t post without giving them a star also lied and said she been calling leaving voicemails and did not leave any type of message
