Great place to buy all natural food, self wash is great but don't use their groomer, expensive and will butcher your dog. That the hair cut they gave my dog awful cut

I am getting my first fur baby next month! I have no idea what I need. I went to the Pet Value in Georgetown and met Andy. She has been awesome!! She has educated me on everything I need. Every time I go to this store ALL the staff is friendly and helpful!! Thank you Andy, for taking the time to make suggestions!!

Love the dog wash. Really helpful staff. Super patient with my kiddo that asks a million questions. Wasn't planning to go so I used their shampoo for the first time. Very nice smell and cleans well.

I brought my baby boy here to bathe him after swimming in the ocean. He desperately needed a bath as he smelled like a crab and the sand was bothering him. The young gal working was a gem! An absolute sweetheart! She was friendly and bubbly, accommodating and very helpful not only with me but with everyone in the store! I am from Pennsylvania and Pet Valu has always been my favorite but this particular store made a lasting impression especially because of this special associate. ☺️

The personel have always been great to work with but I couldn't help but notice that the shampoo I was given to me to use in the dog wash was heavily diluted with water. I will still shop there some but will go to Tractor supply for my dog washes from now on.

Pet Valu always makes you and your pet feel welcome! They have wonder events for the community! I've gone in before with questions and they have answered all of them! I wouldn't go anywhere else for the things I need for my dog!

Super friendly staff, gave treats to my dogs and asked engaging questions about both of them :) Helped.me.set up the bath, entertained my mom while she waited for me, really nice big pet valu store :)

First couple of times I went, had really great service. Very helpful. Next time I went, they asked if I needed help. I told them I know what I'm looking for and where it is, just a quick stop. The whole time I was there, they kept trying to push other and more items on me. Went to pay, and they kept trying to uosale me on things I didn't want. It was non stop. I had my money, just trying to pay and get out. I've never been asked if I wanted so many things and to donate money to so many causes at one time before, ever.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, didn't know they had a dog washing station in the store for only $10.00, the sales staff explained how it worked and even showed me the products you could purchase to use to bathe your pet.

i have never bought anything in petvalu, because we just were looking around. So far so good though!! they get many customers and have a very nice petstore. the only low though is that they dont have very much hamster supplies.(tip to pet valu)i would suggest that you take out pine, cedar, and all nesting material because the pine and cedar contains an oil that can give them respiratory issues and nesting material is not good because if your pet ingests it it can get stuck in their intestines or get wrapped around their legs and teeth!!!

They are wonderful I found a little kitten she was less than two months old and wasn't eating they were a great help with her they spend over a hour talking to me.
