Got kicked out of the store for having a$100.needed fixed flat had a flat on my truck and they would not take the large bill.told me to go to Walmart. And never to come back in the store. The manager jen.is the 1 who won't let me return. For having a large bill.

One of my bags was left because it wasn't put where you picked up your bags after they finished packing them, I got home and noticed so I called but all I keep getting is a busy sound.

The staff is mostly pleasant. The food selection is not great. What they do carry is either been on the self so long there's dust on it, or the product is sold out within a day of being delivered and not replenished til next week on delivery day.

I picked up half a gallon of milk not thinking didnt think the sell by date really mattered. thought u atleast have a couple days till it goes spoiled but I brought it home poured a nice big cup with some cookies on the side. Took a big ol drink and almost threw up the milk was so spoiled. So I call the store to try to get a replacement or atleast my money back and the phone rang for about 10 mins straight and no one answered . Now I'm going back down there before they close and taking the empty milk jug and try to get a replacement half gallon. I'll write another review with the results of my interaction with the manager about this situation. I could've swore stores are supposed to take the milk out before the sell by date but I'm not the FDA so I dont know

Came in on a Sunday to grab a few things and needed to use restroom. Restroom doors were locked so my wife asked for key to use. Cashier told us they were both out of order per Peggy the manager. After starting to shop around a bit we became discussed and put items back replaced our cart and left. It was obvious the restrooms weren’t out of order, just aren’t meant for customers spending money. Who’s ever idea this is should be coached on customer service and public relations. If this is due to a troubled hand full of dope heads, the local police should be forced to monitor area rather handing out speeding tickets. If the restrooms are truly out of order the store should be temp closed and cooperate made aware of situation. Too many people put up with this kind of local BS. Stand up for yourselves family dollar employees, you can definitely find better employment if need be and show your management you and your local patrons deserve better. Or you can continue to help Frederica to be a broken down town of the past.

It was a good family dollar trip they ran out of my red mountain dew but they have a new black out mountain Dew so I felt a tad bit better on that situation 🙂

It seemed disoriented and in some disarray. We have been there several times over the year and always found it very pleasant. We made allowance because of the busy Christmas Holiday.

As soon as i walk out , the two eldrly woman working today around 3 o clock on a sunday of January 20th wanted to talk bad about me saying i was impatient and rude when i never showed any signs of impatient or rudenss what so ever . My husband was behind me and next in line and informed me about these woman talking bad about me. What kind of staff does that when i live 5 minutes down the road and come in on a daily basis and make them a lot of money . I am insulted and hurt. I should call management . Really if anyone was rude it was them on top of that there chip reader wasnt working i told the woman i tried what she tried to do already and she grabs my card and slams it in the machine and goes there ! Like seriously ? Excuse me ? Lol . Ok
