He was very fast responding to emails and with scheduling a time. When he arrived he was kind enough to take his shoes off in the house and fixed the carpet so fast! I’m super happy that the carpet is fixed and it looks good!

We had Jason over for a quote. He knew right away we were ready for an install, we were just looking for the right company. He was able to get us in a couple weeks later, even with custom ordered carpet, and install was super quick! He was great about working with our schedules (husband is on nights) all with his busy schedule as well. We've received so many compliments on the look and feel of the carpet. It's beautiful! We would definitely recommend and look forward to using him again for a future project.

Made an appointment for an estimate and was asked if it was ok to receive a text confirming the appointment etc.. appointment was between 3:30 and 4:00 pm and it’s after 4:30 with no text, voicemail is full and no callback from contractor. I’m going to chalk this up as dodging the bullet and will see those other reviews as nothing more than family and friends building reviews.

Jason & his crew were absolutely wonderful! We got carpet replaced on our stairs & installed in 4 bedrooms/1 hallways- he was very thorough and it came out amazing! Felt very safe & confident with him working in our home. Would recommend to anyone needing floor work done. Will definitely be using again for future projects!

Jason is outstanding to work with, we had an issue with our carpet right before we moved and he was able to fit us into his schedule quickly and get our carpet fixed. I can't tell where his repair is even though I know where he did the work. If you need great work done, definitely call him.

I reached out to multiple flooring companies to have the hardwood floors we found covered up with old carpet completely refinished & Cahall was the first company with reasonable pricing, (more then reasonable) & could work with our schedule to get the floors done on time for us to move in. He explained the differences in products so we could make the best choice for our lifestyle and budget. Cahall flooring replaced the Linoleum flooring in our bedroom and living room. The floor was cut short and doesn’t line up with one wall. There are several bubbles popping the floor up in different spots around the bedroom. The seam between the bedroom and living room is lifting despite all the glue that they left across the seam. There was glue on my walls and doors that they left. I was extremely disappointed in floor after Jason told me several times that his company was a 5 star company. The work we received sadly was not the quality of a 5 star company. Update.After a year of being told the floor would be repaired ( bubbles and floor coming by the wall)We have yet to have our floor fixed. I have emails and text saying that Jason couldn’t get to us for 6 months. Still waiting. I would give zero stars if I could.

We had already ordered the flooring, and when we ran short , they kindly accommodated by returning the day we were able to acquire the rest of the flooring we needed. Called on Thursday, came on Friday, carpet fixed on Saturday!!! Amazing service. Dog ripped our carpet up and Jason repaired it so now it looks brand new. Very impressed. Would recommend to anyone.

I called the company and they answered and told me they wanted some photos and the brand of the tile floor I was using. A few days passed by and they answered and asked if they could come look at it to give me a quote. Well, they never replied after I said yes for them to come fix it. They just left me hanging if they didn't want to come out to fix it why even ask?
