A very helpful experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer. The lady at the counter that helped me get my probiotics for my sick cat also definitely helped me with some ideas for my cat's new diet and she was very informative and sweet throughout the entire interaction.

Good local store with items for dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, reptiles and rabbits. There’s a self-service wash station for grooming your pet. Also a place to make tags for collar. Overall lots of interesting and unique products that you don’t find at chain pet stores.

Since I moved here in March, I have been looking for a store similar to Hollywood Feed in the south. What I found was much better! The prices, the customer service, and the deals they have going on. I love the ease of the self service bath. The dover team is awesome, specially the girl with round yellow glasses. She's very sweet. Everyone here definitively deserves a raise to match their kindness. Thank you for welcoming Link to the Y&B family.

Oh, my! The product stocked is just what a pet (dog for me) needs to be healthy. Staff is kind, knowledgable, and helpful. So much different than the national chain I visited. I love this place. It may be my favorite store ever!

This was my first time visiting as I was getting ready for a new puppy. They have LOTS of toys, food, etc. It's just a bit pricey. The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable about their products and patiently answered my questions. I'll probably go back.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a new pet store moved into this location. They have a lot of options for toys, food, and treats. When Pet Value closed I began ordering my dog food from Chewy because the other pet stores don't have quality food (in my opinion). Although this location didn't have my choice in dog food either, and I was unfamiliar with most of the brands they had, the women at the counter were very sweet and gave me four sample bags to try with my dog after learning of all of her allergies. My dogs loved the sample bags and were able to get sturdy toys as well. I will be back!

I bring my Lab/boxer service dog here for baths! They provide shampoo, apron, and a nice hose head. The water takes a bit of time to warm up but that's okay in that time I use it to try and get as much fur as I can out. I am able to bring any of my own supplys also! All for 10-15 dollars! Super nice staff.

My dog loves going to the yarn and bone for frozen yogurt! As a dog owner, I love going to the yarn and bone for their fun dog events and excellent customer service! Their self service dog wash station is an affordable perk as well.

This is my new to go to dog store. I got pill pockets and can dog food. Everything was a hit. Our dog had surgery and the food was a big hit. Will be back tomorrow to get more. Thank you for taking the time to talk to me. Nice shop. Plus I like when we get to see your pets too. Shows you really know your business and care alot about animals. Thank you much

Went today to wash my dog at the pet bath. I called ahead and tried to make an appointment. I was unable to. It’s first come first serve.People occupying only one bath said their dog was not good with any other dogs. The staff stated I was unable to use the other available pet baths even though there is plenty of space in between. With no set scheduling option, I am not packing my dog up again just to find out it’s not available so there’s really no point. This service is no longer convenient like it was before. I will not be back.

Went into this establishment yesterday to do some Christmas shopping for my puppy. I shop at this place every so often, so I know a bit about it. Two lady’s at the front desk greeted me as I walked in and informed me that the Christmas items were on sale, cool. I walk around the store, looking at everything as a normal shopper does and here comes some man who I have never seen in the store before asking me if “everything was making out alright”. I said yes, he proceeds to say “just deciding?” As if everyone doesn’t do the same thing I was doing when shopping. Pretty sure he was so concerned about what I was doing being as though I am black. Had I been a different race, white specifically, he would never be watching over my every move like he was. This made me very uncomfortable and I left the store furious. It’s sad to say that this company will never get my money again & I’ll be sure to spread the word.

Well I walked.out on some good deals for my pets but I was really shopping for Carolina Blue yarn for my grandmother and I couldn't find a crochet hook one and the manager said they don't expect any in!!!!!
