They’re great especially when you’re in a hurry and need gas along with food. I Just wish yall would stop putting the dressing under the salad in the premade salads. Please stop wawa, because im tired of digging through lettuce to get the ranch packet. Feels like a ghetto scavenger hunt. And honestly it just dont make sense. Please. Stop.Other than that i love the food, just plan what time of day you go there and be mindful if who makes what, because even with instructions some of them cannot cook nor make a proper smoothie. I dont go there religiously for food, usually just gas and maybe some smokes but its a pretty decent place.

I love Wawa. The variety of coffees and creamers are top shelf. They always taste fabulous, and the soups are always good and hot, a warm welcome after traveling on the road for hours. You can have your hoagies custom made, and a fresh donut will top off your meal. AND you have to get a pretzel for the road. I always buy a half dozen to take home, and I freeze them until I'm ready to eat one. There are no Wawas in SC. Hopefully, we will get one in the near future.

Every morning I look forward to grabbing my daily elixir or life. As I head into the Keller William's office to start my day, I look forward to my cup of Joe and checking out with a gem of a person. Leslie stands at the register facing outside on the coffee side on the store. She is always genuinely glad to see every single person in line. She starts my day off right. After working a 16 hour shift wawa is a lifesaver. They're always fast and the food is always pretty good for a gas station. I really like their subs. I had the toasted oven roasted turkey, provolone, bacon and bbq sauce. It came out great. Prices aren't bad either. Def prefer wawa over royal farms any day of the week.

I purchased two bowls of chicken noodle soup. At least that’s what I thought I purchased. I got home and popped off the lids to find chicken noodle JUICE!! No chicken and NO noodles! It disheartening when you buy an item to comfort a sick family member and then this happens. Oh forgot about the buttered bread. Well, it was supposed to be buttered…. I even asked for XTRA butter. No butter. I call the facility to speak to someone in charge and of course no answer. This willl be my last time giving my money to Wawa. $12.56 for two bowls of Juice!!

Wawas menue has come a long way and IMHO is a good place to grab some food to go, fill up the bike and blast home. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It would be nice if they had a few tables though so you could eat and chill out there like their main competitor because for the most part their food is a lot better and service is good.

Ordered pizzas on the app at 5:30 pm to pick up at 5:50 pm. Got there at 5:50 and paid for my order. Stood around waiting for 20 mins past when it was supposed to be done, nothing. Asked and was told it was done. I stood for 5 more minutes and order still was not done. Asked for a refund, got refund and left the store. Waste of time and nothing to show for it except disappointment.

This store is extremely busy but well staffed. The parking lot can be treacherous at times. Recently, keeping hot coffee stocked in the evenings seems to have lost priority.

My Mac and cheese was literal soup and I ordered BUFFALO chicken Mac and cheese. They hardly put any buffalo. This place has gone down hill really really bad. No wonder I never go to this location 💩💩💩💩💩

I especially love how fast the curbside pick-up is. Inside the staff is always friendly, genuine, and polite. I've never, ever had a bad experience in the last year that I've been using this store.

Wawa is awesome. They do sometimes run out of chips because they have no restocked but it's a great place stop and get food at. The breakfast sandwiches are really greasy for some reason so you can do better at another fast food spot for breakfast. The lunch and dinner menu it pretty good if your in a pinch. Be careful because the food prices can creep up on you. Some of that stuff is $6.99 just for the sandwich. Hoagies are top notch though.

Any Wawa is great when you're working night shift and it's the only place open that's close to the job site. The food is usually pretty good. The service however, leaves something to be desired. No one working there overnight moves with a sense of urgency. It would seem as though the employees think that everyone has all night to wait for their orders. Tonight was about the fastest I got my order. Still took roughly 10 minutes. Heaven help you out they're busy. You could be waiting for 20 minutes or more to get your order.

Still waiting after 25 minutes for a curbside order. Called while sitting here and they say they're "working on it." It's literally just mashed potatoes and chicken strips. Been seeing people go in and out with orders, yet I'm still waiting.Edit: After 30 minutes, I went inside and it had been sitting on the window by the kitchen and no one thought to grab it and take it to my car. No apologies and tried to serve me cold food that had been sitting out for who knows how long. Just go to another location if you want curbside pickup.

I used to love shopping at this Wawa for sandwiches and coffee but after today I will no longer. I stopped in to redeem a free latte reward. I placed my order and redeemed my coupon with the cashier. I went back to the area to pick up my order and no one was there and I had to wait a bit. I saw a lady in the area where the coffee was made wearing gloves and washing some things in the sink. The area was swarming with flies! Finally she came over to the drink station where specialty coffees are made. She saw my order, pushed the door with her gloved hands and went in the back to get cups. Came back and made my drink. No hello, have a good day just called my order number. My issue is not that she was not courteous. Maybe she was having a bad day. My issue is that the same gloves she wore for cleaning were the same gloves she wore to push the door to go in the back to get cups. The same gloves to dump the coffee grinds in the trash and the same to make my latte which I threw in the trash. I am so disappointed in this service and will never shop here again until it is cleaned up and some training is done on safe food handling. Very dissatisfied with this.

The pre-covid this location was pretty good but now they have not only scraped the bottom of the barrel but taken rejected people to work there. If the sign says breakfast from 5-11 then have it but they seem to halt most things at 9:30 and when asked it's a different excuse every day. HIRE New people that are worth hiring otherwise close the place and just sell gas.

I see several complaints here about similar things and I can tell you all of those can be found in at least this one employee.Mariyaeh; miserable, negative, bad attitude, slothful, unkempt, appears unclean, rude, dirty looks, mumbler, clearly is unhappy with her job. Why have her there? I'm sure there's plenty of people that would be happy to have the job, be an asset, and be pleasant. Everyone else I've delt with in the store is always so nice and helpful. But I will stand in a line 10 times longer than Mariyaeh's, before I give her the chance to ruin my lunch break with her strange angsty attitude. Lol. Seriously, she can't be good for business.

My 3 boys and I love wawa slushes, shakes, and snacks. Today we went to wawa and the slushy area was un normally messy and not properly stocked we where in some what of a rush. I went to the shake making section and than noticed she was about to begin my shake. I asked the young lady could she please get us a few lids So the boys could began making their slushy as there were no lids and barely any cups. She proceeded to make the shake without asking for anyone to get the lids nor getting the lights herself. So I asked her again if she could please get me a few lids so that I could assist the boys and making their drinks. I still hadn’t paid for my items and as I said we were in a rush. eventually did call someone over to the counter I went to go and purchase my things and expressed a little frustration to the front line cashier he then apologized and gave us 2slushies on him! This made my day the customer service is always so terrible in Dover. He was very kind I’m sad I didn’t get his name.

I would honesty have to give a one star review simply due to the attitude. I enjoy coming to get food from Wawa but I don’t appreciate it when someone acts like I’m giving them a hard time just for asking simple questions about my order. All I did was ask if I could get some jalapeño chips on my quesadilla as well and the woman responded to me, “It’s already in the oven” with the rudest remark in her tone as if i ruined her procedure entirely. As a current fast food employee I understand how it can be with people sometimes and you’ve had a long day doing something over and over as you deal with the public. However, it’s unreasonable to respond to customers with a full blown attitude for literally no reason at all. I then proceeded to just ask for chips on the side and when my order was ready, she just threw the order on the counter and continued to bark about her experience with me in the back with her fellow employees. I can’t believe I have to say this about Wawa, but customer service is still important.

I would have given this Wawa five stars if it wasn’t for the poor food service. There are only two people out of the entire staff that will follow your sandwich order perfectly. Their names are Lauren and Crystal. All of the other services are sublime as well.

I use this Wawa when taking my wife to work in Dover. This Wawa holds up as an excellent store and everything you expect from a Wawa. Heading east it’s simple to enter, heading west, you need to u-turn.

I have no problem with this location, food is fresh to the wawa standard. Night time can get a little sketchy at times, but overall its a good wawa. Oh and bathrooms are relatively clean compared to alot of others.

Don't ever buy breakfast ! EMPLOYEE PURPOSELY MESSED UP MY ORDER ! I was waiting for 20 mins for a sandwich and asked the lady did she get my order and rolled her eyes I asked for a western and I get back a big cucumber on my sandwich on a bagel thats it ! If you dont wanna deal with people and making sandwiches a living and miserable enough to mess up peoples orders than quit your job ! Ignorance i swear! Not only that the cashier was coughing all over my sons food at the register and my drink very disgusting !
