Stopped in for a quick and cheap lunch- the location is SOOOO clean! And the pizza combo is given in a slice box in case you want to take it home)my local one does tinfoil on a paper plate). They also slice the mega slices in half for easy handling. The staff is very friendly. If I could rate it higher, I would!

First time here in a long time and I was not that impressed with the selection and prices compared to Costco. They did not seem to have any specials like Costco does or if they did they are not well marked at all. Of course there are different selections between the two stores and I'll go here for my year membership but I'm not sure how long it will last.

I used the Scan & Go new tool from Sams where you scan your products, pay on the app ans Go, skipping the exit line. However I was not allowed to skip the line and was told by the staff and the Manager that I had to wait in line like all others. It feels like false marketing since the billboards say Skip the line, but that is not working.

Never buy milk from Sam's Club in Dover. At best it goes bad in a couple of days but today I opened a brand new gallon of milk and it was bad. This tells me that they are not keeping it properly refrigerated and if they can't keep milk properly refrigerated what else in their cases has the same issue.

Plenty of handicapped parking, lots of help inside, never a line. This place is very disability friendly. Larger aisles for wheelchairs, walkers and. mobility scooters. And the friendly employees are always keeping an eye out and oystering a hand with heavy items.And even when they are busy, no lines. They have plenty of self checkouts and staff to help folks use them.

I really like how organized this particular store is, located right off of 1572 North DuPont Hywy nestled in the heart of the business district in Delaware’s Capital of Dover. I just loved the snacks that they give you, from the peanuts to the chicken nuggets.

Had my tires replaced and paid for a tire warranty.. called tire and service on the phone when I had a flat tire was told I would have to put on a waiting list for a month to get this tire repaired or replaced … so then when I asked the customer service representative admitted their warranty is worthless.

Ordered a cake for a birthday, it was delicious.. but the Caucasian woman at the Sams bakery (yes, in DOVER) with the reddish hair needs to GO. How are you so unbelievably rude and NASTY? I hope management sees this. God forbid someone actually rings the bell (that THEY put out for you to get service when all the workers are in the back) This woman lost her mind. Get a new job away from the public. IMMEDIATELY.

Scan and go is probably one of the best things since sliced bread -No more waiting in line! Scan your items and pay in the app before walking out of the store. A huge selection of groceries, home goods and a discounted gas and tire center. Bulk liquor also available. The parking lot is crazy on the weekends!

While coupons aren't honored at Sam's, by buying BIG or rather, in bulk qty you can save regularly. And most items are available as such.

This Sam's club has very friendly and professional staff. The store stuff is as good as it is in any Sam's club. The location the very easy and good. Customer service is also good. Returns and exchanges are very easy and quick. Bakery and fresh produce is of good quality. I went recently and they have themed up with Halloween and Christmas and is full of winter stuff. Recommended definitely!

My first visit as a customer. So far I like it. I only went for a single item, which I'm afraid they're discontinuing (not sure yet), but then I got a pretzel and soda at their small restaurant. Both were good, but it took me three tries on the soda. First one the Dr. Pepper was almost clear, second one it was flat, third one I got a Pepsi that was fine.

We got at Sam’s after checking Christmas Eve hours which online and app said opens at 9AM and at club they told us it’s 10AM. There were many people waiting and all had to leave. Bad business.

I am generally elated with the service I receive at Dover, DE Sam's Club but Sunday, September 10,2023 not to pleased. I ordered Curb side pick up. All of my groceries were loaded in the truck for me. I bought 3 apple pies and when I got home the pies evidently were placed on top of other items and had completely fallen over and where all out in the floor upside down. I could not even salvage one of them.

We go to Sam’s Club a lot for pet food among other things. The other day I was in Sam’s they had only 5 bags of cat food left and 2 of them were ripped. I took the 3 bags and left the others. While I was waiting to check out a young lady with blonde hair asked me if I needed help I thought that was weird but I was disappointed about the cat food so I asked if they had more in the back. She checked, came back, and apologized that was all they had in the store. She went back, got the 2 ripped bags, taped them up so food wouldn’t come out of course, and even offered me a discounted price. While I was checking out she asked if I needed help outside. I could have managed probably but she called a young man to help me. Amazing customer service! I did not get her name and I wish I had but she was awesome. Very pleasant experience! I wanted to acknowledge her because you don’t get that kind of service in most grocery stores.

Found what I needed, grabbed gas also, and I would recommend using the scan n go app. Scan all your products, pay for them with your connected credit or debit card and skip the first line.I've done this several times now and it is super easy and efficient. You'll thank me later!

Order for curbside pickup has taken a nose dive. Slow service. Waited 20 minutes and nobody came outApp said call a number that is busy with high call volume. Last pickup is had too go in and staff was standing around talking and ignore me for 5 minutes.

Friendly customer service starts at the door with a clean shopping cart ready to roll with accuracy at Sam's Club, Dover. Today, I had to return an item (tuna) at Customer Service and the professional staff (wish I got her name!) could not have been more respectful, kind, and helpful. What a great way to start my day! I located my favorite products, always in-stock, and headed to the cash registers. You can't go wrong with self-check out where I like to confirm prices, items, savings, and cash-back options. Okay, like you, I am anxious for some real sales/savings to unfold during this awful inflationary period. Kudos! to the always-friendly voice at the door; and Yeah! for the roomy parking spaces in the lot.

Though some parts of this store is convenient, I find this Sam’s club to be way smaller and way less options compared to the one in the last state I lived in. I probably will not be renewing my membership just because I can find better deals and more options elsewhere.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE. I call and it rings and rings. Then a guy picks up and says hold please. I say, no big deal he still puts me on hold anyway (second time), only to be hung up on 8 minutes later. I guess its time to let this membership drop!

Well stocked, clean. Being able to use the app to scan my products while I shop and walk out the door with virtually 0 wait is what shopping should be in 2023.
