Bought candy from this place. Please check your shelves.. the machine didn’t print a receipt and I am out candy and money. Thank you for the “service” phone doesn’t work either tried to call to have the candy pulled. Get it together..

Their food is good but… NEVER get coffee from here. Half the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. I ordered a coffee, a staff member gave me a cup, then told me I got the wrong cup and insisted I needed a soda cup. I ordered 24 oz and they gave me 16 oz. Their creamer seemed very unhygienic and I did not want to touch it.

Counter people are always so kind and pleasant. Store manager is really nice too!! Always happy to stop in for a quick bite or drink, see their smiling faces, and have a nice conversation.

They are always out of everything. No sweet tea, no coffee, waiting on tenders, waiting on fries, always waiting. If they have anything in the case it's stale and old. I only come here because it's across the street from my job. In the pictures you can see what a 5 piece tender meal looks like. More like chicken nuggets smh. They are always short staffed as well. Place is normally dirty and the outside trashcans are always overflowing and need to be changed. If you have time, go to wawa instead.

Dirty, rude staff, insensitive Store manager, shift leads that don’t care for customers and talk about them behind their backs and to their faces. Tenders are never fully cooked and y’all keeps serving them to people. If you hire and new store manager Hector would be a great fit, because he does his job amazingly.

Went into the rest room it was awful. You could smell it outside the door. All the stall were filthy. I guess no COVID protocol for this store. If my nephew didn't have to go in an emergency. I would have went some where else. Very surprised at the condition of the restrooms. The men were better so my passenger stated but not that much better.

I was not pleased with what I came in to because I cleaned the handicap bathroom by myself just to be able to go to the bathroom but I can give a good word to a man named Rodney in store 151 ... he was very generous and he also did what he needed to do at the moment of crisis and he also because of my cleaning of a toilet he payed for my products which was very appreciative of him even though he did not have to do that .... he should be recognized as someone that is here to help and he is very well deserving of his job and if I'm being honest he needs a raise because I don't think I've ran into anyone that was that helpful and generous in a very long time so thank you Mr . Nice employees. I’m a truck driver and went inside to ask the manager if it was okay to park until my load was ready which is just down the road. Manager was nice enough to let me park here, as long as I wasn’t blocking people from anything. Also the chicken is pretty good. Needs a littler more seasoning( only cause I’m from the south) other than that nice, clean place.

I visited Royal Farms for the first time while visiting family in DE. I had the 3 piece spicy chicken tenders with fries. I was so taken away by the spice and flavor compared to most convenience store offerings. Much better than KFC and Popeyes for less. If you love spicy chicken but find most places lacks the kick , try Rural Farms, your go to place for a budget meal for the family or after church for lunch.

Had to wait 20 minutes to get 2 pieces very small chicken and fries and paid 7.68. Very fine checking me out but very unhappy with food purchase over priced for food and gave me 2 pieces 🍗 barely had any meat on beast and leg and had to wait 20 minutes for order to be prepared very unhappy.

Your chicken is delicious but different places cook it differently.Chicken at the Saulsbury Rd. Dover, DE store is usually very good but today the wings I bought was not crispy and tasted uncooked all the way. UGH...I was so hungry and anticipating eating some good tasting Royal Farms chicken.

I ordered the new vegan chili; if you like bowl of peppers, then this is for you. This does not taste like any kind of chili I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. I am sorry to say all I could taste was green peppers. 👎

Stopped in at 7:20 am. Went to get coffee. The Colombian was empty, so I tried Dark Roast, and it was empty. I finally tried Mocha iced coffee, and it was empty. What a joke of an operation. Went to Wawa, and had any choice I wanted. Ten wasted minutes of my time I’ll never get back.
