I went in hoping to get the cold beverage any size for $1.50 and some fries. Get to the register and my cups were regular price. After I paid and got my fries, I noticed the date on the graphic on the window saying the Anysize Beverage deal was only until 4/8....today is 4/16...but anyway. I get home, and begin to eat my fries with my wife and after the first bite, they did not taste fresh. I picked up another and you could smell the old grease. It smells like burnt toast. Come on man.... the only thing that kept me from giving a 1 star is the staff. I think I'll be skipping this royal farms from now on.

Wow, Store 119 what an amazing change. I stopped at this store today after having promising myself I would never go again. So glad I did, it's now a clean Rofo with friendly and helpful staff. I found out they have new management and it's definitely making a difference for the better. Great job.

I go to Wawa almost every day on my way to work. Recently, the refrigerated beverages have left me empty-handed. I love Wawa. This morning I decided to try Rofo because it is also on the way to work a bit farther down the road. I dreaded it because the store had gotten totally disgusting and I stopped going there. Well Holey Moley what an AMAZING change!!! Clean parking lot, clean, organized store! Stocked everything, it was such a pleasant surprise! I asked if they got a new manager, and there he was!! Thank you! I will stop again for sure!

Wawa - Get your gas receipt plus fIll out a little survey and get a free coffee or fountain drink, or win a gift card. Royal Farms - RECEIPTFAIL..... and if you get there at 7pm , and want some chicken tenders or western fries, be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes because I swear they close up the kitchen in hopes that no one orders anything or refuses to wait that long for food. And everything else there is so much more expensive, except their milk gallons. They're usually cheaper than anywhere else. And you might have to go to 2-3 gas pumps before you find one that reads your card. I think they gave up on the air machine. Not clean. Many times the outside trash cans are overflowing with trash. Never any fluid where they keep their squeegee's to clean your windshield. Bathroom rinks of old urine, so strong it'll make you choke up upon entering. The coffee always been horrible, they couldn't get rid of it when they used to have free coffee days. Now their coffee is more expensive than Wawa's coffee. It's really sad.

Go to this location for fuel regularly. I also purchase lotto at this location. I have two suggestions to the management of this store: first, the ventilation system in the store needs to be checked. You can smell the grease in the air the moment you open the door. I understand that fried chicken is one of the main products and I believe you can offer these products without the overwhelming stench of hot oil if your ventilation system is working correctly. Second recommendation is to pay attention to the cleanliness of your gas bay and the need to fix the machine for tire air. It's been broken for many months with no signs of effort to make it functional.

Stopped by at 2:37 pm on 6/5/2022This place is the worst. Husband used the bathroom. Men's restroom was very disgusting. S**t in the toilet, urine on the floor and tissue in the urinal. Bathroom had a really fowl stench and had flies. Ordered two turkey and cheese subs with lettuce and tomato. Ended up getting mayo on the sandwiches that we didn't ask for, no tomato and almost half a head of lettuce. Also ordered a chicken wrap with lettuce and tomato. They put chicken tenders in the wrap because they didn't have grilled chicken. No tomato, very little lettuce, mayo that we didn't ask for and very salty. Couldn't even finish it. Got a cheeseburger sub. Really disgusting. Photo enclosed. Bought a Pepsi and a 7-up. Advertising said buy 2 for $3.75. Got charged $2.39 each. When I asked the cashier, Keda, she walked away from the register and went to the cooler to grab a 7-up and went back to her register to check the price. Never said, just a moment, I'll check or anything. Just walked away with an attitude. She then tells me that the buy 2 promotion is of the exact same item. Not same brand or company. That's faulty advertising. Lady at food prep area had an attitude when my husband told her the bathroom needed attention. When we asked her for napkins she directed us to an empty dispenser. I informed her that it was empty so then she says there's another one at the other side of the counter. Place had flies flying around and the order kiosks we're very dirty and seemed like they hadn't been wiped down in quite some time.

Receipts at pumps NEVER work so I’m forced to go inside to get it. Employees aren’t real happy to have to stop what they’re doing for that (which I understand) and lately the music at the pumps are HORRIBLY loud.

I love the chicken and the mac n chz. But I ordered the 4 pc chicken meal, they then said they were out of drumsticks and would substitute it for two wings. But they only subbed in 1 tiny wing for the drum which is less meat. Also the garbages were overflowing, and the floors were dirty. The clerk was very friendly though.

2018. This place is normally clean with friendly service. The restrooms are indoors and fairly clean.Feb 2019. Good customer service but not all the pumps have windshield squeegees. None of the pumps have paper towels. So not a very good place to go to clean your windows.April 2019. Out of 8 pumps, 4 did have a windshield squeegee. None of them had washer fluid or even water to use them with. None had paper towels. Only 1 employee there, so he could not go out and fix the problem.

Poor customer service. The cashier and the manager are bad with customer service. I had trouble with filling up my car. And I asked the cashier for some help because I paid with a gift card, but the fuel wasn’t coming out. I asked her twice if the pump is ok and she gave me stupid attitudes. I went to the manager and she also gave me attitudes. Both were rude as f*** At the end of the day she helped me out but with stupid attitudes. You are there to help customers and to give good customer service. I don’t know how this people could be in the customer service area. They are terrible. I usually fuel at Wawa but this time I had to go to royal farms because someone gave me a gift card for royal farms as a present. I hope someone gives good customer service training! I work as well giving customer service and I’ve been taught how to treat with them. You want the customer to come back!. And if you don’t like your job, get another one or suck it up! Customers don’t have to receive stupid attitudes from you because you have a bad day! I won’t come back again!

Customer service is terrible. I went there last night to order chicken the kiosk were turned up in the air so I continued to place an order. A lady came from behind the front register and said they are closed..I didn't understand because I see a bunch of chicken. I said is the whole store closed she said no just the deli. I just walked out. This place has really fell off. On another note the place is dirty they need to renovate.

Absolutely disgusting inside. Coffee area looked like it wasnt cleaned all week. Barely any coffee lids or cups. Everything I touched anywhere was sticky and gross. Thank God I wasnt starving and trying to get food from the menu. Never will i go back i got some snack bags of food and got out. Forgot to add that my husband used the bathroom and there was bloody tissues and for a guy to say the bathroom was gross it had to be really bad!

Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a RoFo, cook refused to make more of the food that was ordered for 3 of the 4 people I was with . We were there for a solid 10-14 minutes and both fries and tenders weren't supplied, when asked why no fries were made his response was "I'm too busy"... There was nobody in there, we were the only 4.... Best part though? They wouldn't even refund me my money. Will NEVER go back. 5th time I've beimg in there, 8th time getting TERRIBLE service

My husband was in the purchasing some chicken and some other items and I was in my car waiting. As I was waiting I could see inside the deli. SO in the deli everyone was wearing a mask except 1 person and it was a African American female with glasses and long hair I think her hair was in a ponytail. But she was the only one not wearing a mask.she should not be working if she cannot follow rules.

I have gone there 4 times recently to get chicken. They never have any ready. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day . They asked me to wait 45 min one day twenty tonight. This is not acceptable. The service at this store has really gone downhill

The Rofo rewards program is helpful especially when you use it as your payment form. I save $0.10 on every gallon of gas up to 100 gallons a month. The points can be used to be other products in the store. Their chicken products are worth the stop.

Place doesn't do product rotation, most of the freezer products are a good couple months passed their best buy date. In the case of a Halo Top ice cream I bought for example that prompted further investigation.

Hit or miss. Sometimes food prepared correctly and fresh. Other times food is horrible. Prepared using lettuce with black slime, spoiled lunch meat, frozen fresh bread.If you get prepackaged items you are usually safe.

Very dirty dead bugs on the counters near the chicken display case ,and the old man at the evening and night shift has the rudest aggressive attitude I’ve ever seen. I’ve worked at rofo in Maryland and they would have never allowed any of this to go on . Plus there was no window washing fluid , or toilet paper.

I walked in to the store and bought chicken and potato logs. The chicken was spicy and I ordered an 8 piece of chicken and ended up with 7 and potatoes were also spicy as well.

Today is a new day. Let's enjoy it.

It’s dirty, they don’t clean the bathrooms. It looks like they only have 1 worker, It’s horrible. They always get my orders wrong and the coffee area is treacherous.

Went there at around 12:45 am, got a chicken tender meal and a large western fry. The chicken tenders were dry, and there was about 5 French fries in the box. There was about 8 fries in the LARGE western fry and they were stale. This is why I go to wawa.

I come to this royal farms daily and for the last three months they haven't had any ice ! Now I have to drive 15 mins out of my way cause their machine breaks down every other week.. it's bad enough that all royal farms have the worse lines but this tops it all
