It was my 2nd time visiting this location. I was looking for turtle neck tops. I found 1, and it was very reasonably priced. Ross, like its competitors are hit and miss stores. You never know what little gem you will find. This turtle nect wears well. The collar stands up well, and it layers well.

This location is clean and organized, employees are helpful. Great store, friendly staff, you will find unique products for the home and your furry family. The lines are super long, and move slowly, due to lack of cashiers.

Ross is a good place to buy affordable clothes but you need to check the stores frequently to get the good collections. Even the home decor items are really good out here.

This store has a lot of great deals on a variety of clothing items, among other products. It's generally easy to find whatever you're looking for here, and it is quite clean. Just be mindful of what time you go, because it can get quite busy here at time, and you could be in line for a good while.

Took some little people to Ross Dress for Less and although the holiday season had just about cleaned them out, the kids were able to find a lot of great clothing. The staff were very helpful, and the prices were exceptional. Tons of brand names always available at amazing low prices.

The selection was very poor and store not as neat. I purchased a gift bag that had no tag on it when I got to the register. I took it home to only find out, someone had to return it. It had a whole in the crease and no name card. They must take anything back in any condition. I purchased a queen bedset to take it out the bag to find what appears to be oil spots on it as if it was sprayed with something. I understand the prices are decent but, I do not want used items.

The place has some nice stuff but i won’t be shopping there again because of the rude staff- there was a lady with long black hairI wanted to make a complaint and she refused to give me her name or tell me how to make the complaint.She said i don’t have to.. I hope someone from the management will comeback to me - she was truly out of line.

This store is not the as clean or as well stocked compared to other similar type stores (though their shelves are never bare, they just have less). Their quality of merchandise is sometimes great and sometimes meh. But their prices are ALWAYS the lowest. When looking for something for the home or for clothing or sneakers, I almost always check here first. I don't always find what I need, but worth a look.

Very nice visit I found what I was looking for and the Associate she was very kind and helpful with my transaction. I absolutely love Ross. The store is always so clean and the Associates are always pleasant. Thank you for a great visit.

Fitting rooms are unavailable today. I spent about an hour searching for clothes only to realize I could not try them on. Employee said they will be closed all day. Manager says it will be every few days for cleaning. You may want to call ahead to ensure you are able to try on clothes in this store. Price tags missing from many items in store and management is unable to price compare with similar items. Management claims they can only use generic codes and marked my item up about 40 percent compared with almost identical items.

I visited this store twice this past weekend. On Saturday the very young cashier was so helpful when I asked if she thought my 18 year old daughter would like the Calvin Kl. perfume gift set. Then on Sunday while I was checking out at the first register, the cashier at the second register was being so polite nice and very sweet to a woman who was yelling at her because she wanted separate bags for separate things. The cashier explained that they were running low on bags. The woman kept yelling why wouldn’t she do what she told her to do and why wouldn’t she listen. The cashier never lost it with her and acted as if she was totally unphased by the woman. Good thing it wasn’t me checking her out. That cashier deserves one heck of a raise.

I’m in Ross right now on a Saturday and the store is busy. They only have 1 dressing room open! I’ve been standing in line to try on clothes for 20 mins and still have a family of 4 ahead of me to try on clothes. This ridiculous. This is my first time shopping in Ross and will absolutely be my last!!!

I love Ross and always walk out of there with more stuff than I anticipated. No bags at checkout but I always bring my own bags when shopping. Prices can't be beat and I always get great bargains there

They have great deals on their inventory especially on Tuesday for seniors. They don't have bags for your purchases and had a sign on the door. You also can't take the cart out of the store. So you'll have to bring a bag because otherwise it's very inconvenient to shop for more than a few things that you can carry by hand.

My wife and I really like to browse at Ross. Be prepared to spend some time, searching through the racks of clothes. Lots of parking there, clean store. To bad they never reopened the fitting rooms, probably a lot of shop lifting going on.

I love to go here occasionally. It's not a store that I go to all the time but when I do I always get a nice little deal. Got my mama bear slippers today. So cute. Great price. Caught them on clearance too.

I went to the store today because on the website it says it closes at midnight, I got there at 2255 hours, I was stopped at the door because the store opens at 11 pm and the clerk said it will only be open until 00 hours only Friday and Saturday so I should clean up their website is on the other side of the city because I researched that the store was open until midnight every day, a lack of respect for the customer.

The racks are never really stocked. It's all unorganized. Which is a shame because prices are good. Just you go in expecting one thing an it's another. You see flyers with clothes or commercials an then go in this store an nothing of what you saw is there.. I'm giving 4 stars because the pricing is good an staff is friendly . Hopefully soon they will have more

Their clothing selection isn’t great at all which is very disappointing. Fortunately there household selection makes up for it. I found something I really liked, but it was missing a piece that came with it so when I got to the register I asked the young lady if she could discount the item or make up for the missing piece and she proceeded to tell me that there’s no point in buying it because it’s considered trash. I’ve worked in retail for years and discounting a damaged item to make a sale is usually the goal. She was very rude and unprofessional and seemed to have a problem with my request.

Other managers at this store were seemingly always pleasant or reasonable however the manager Stephanie is extremely rude and overall unprofessional. She might function working another position that certainly does not remotely involve customer service or customer relations. I refuse to ever shop at this store again. The manager Stephanie absolutely acts as if she has a chip on her shoulder, does want to be there, and has zero competence in the area of customer service.
