We are so lucky to still have a store like Ace for our home repair needs. Every time I go in, the staff is present, knowledgeable, and helpful and I don't have to search to find an employee that will help. They know what they are talking about when giving me answers to questions I have...even when I might not know what I'm asking for lol! They have such a better selection of various products instead of one name brand like bigger diy stores. I absolutely recommend going there when you need anything for your home!

Rommel’s is well stocked, but best of all is the helpful staff. I’ve picked up two big ticket items and the young man who assisted made sure that everything was ready and in good working order before I left the store. Dover is not a convenient location for me, but the service has made me a repeat customer, totally worth it.

It's nice to have it close to where we live. They have a good amount of stuff you need. Some things, not all items are a little pricey compared to Big box stores. People are very helpful to help you find stuff. It takes a long time to check out at times. Still it's nice to support small businesses like this so I do often.

Ordered a Traeger grill online. I used the delivery from store option because I wanted to surprise my husband with it ready for him when he got home. Scheduled it on the website. I received a call Monday that went to voicemail about needing to reschedule. Ok no problem. Took 6 calls of repeatedly being hung up on(you could hear the click of them hanging up) before I could get it rescheduled. It was rescheduled for today and I was told I’d receive a phone call and to just wait for that call. Well 2pm rolls around and I’m like I haven’t gotten a call that’s strange I’ve been waiting all day for this delivery. So I call the store to be told I need to be rescheduled again. I asked why no one called to let me know I’ve been hanging around my house all day waiting for a delivery when I have stuff to do. Now I have to break the surprise to my husband cause I need him to go with me to pick it up with his truck because I don’t want to wait another week to get it and deal with another chance of this happening. The most unprofessional deliver experience I have ever had.

Came in today, Saturday, they were busy. Joe and Emily were both absolutely amazing in helping us with a very large purchase. He spent almost an hour helping us. He also answered all our questions quickly and completely. Great customer service!

Great selection including hard to find items not stocked by the 'Big Box' chains. Very knowledgeable, attentive staff that are friendly and not overbearing or obnoxious. The prices are a little higher than other places in general but you can't put a price on quality, knowledgeable service and a wide product selection available when you need it. Ace has always been one of my favorite trips but this particular store is exemplary for the brand.

This place does not cut your keys. That is not the reason I won't return. That rests on the shoulders of the assistant manager. I have purchased all my Stihl equipment and my rental supplies from the store as often as I can, but when I asked for the customer complaint number he told me that they didn't need my business. I left the store still not having received the complaint number. I drove across town for this. Lowes is much closer.

Bought a brand new craftsman weedeater. Salesman talked me out of the Stihl, I used it 2 times and it won't run. I called the store and they wouldn't help me in any way because the 30 day warranty just ran out less than 12 hrs previous. I called the night before but it was after their hours.

I purchased a STIHL weed trimmer. It runs well, but not satisfied with the spool head. It doesn't dispense nylon. It has to be manually untangled and pulled out. Spoke with ACE management and working the issue. The staff at ACE is extremely helpful and courteous. Great customer service. This is more of a manufacturing issue.

This store and all its employees are great. I've bought 3 chainsaws from them they are always helpful, and the store has a good selection. They've given me a few good deals as well when they didnt have exactly what I was looking for by upgrading to the next model. Thanks Rommels keep up the good work.

A nice hardware store. However, the selection is limited compared to larger hardware stores. Nonetheless, super convenient for the local area when you need to grab some emergency spray mosquito repellent when your BBQ is overrun. The staff are super friendly and that's always a plus.

The paint staff took the time to talk to us about the right type of paint for our job. They also were helpful discussing floor refinishing products. Best part of this store is it is small and reminds me of the local hardware store of days gone by.

Great Ace Hardware and friendly. I am greeted when I walk in and asked if I need anything to come get one of the staff. The odd hardware section of nuts blot and similar is amazing and they always have what I am looking for.

I've only had to visit the store a few times over the last couple of years because they were the only ones in the area who stocked what I needed. Every time I walked in they were paranoid that I would steal something and even though they have no legal right to ask me, they requested that I put my backpack at behind their front desk.The last thing I ever stole my life was a candy bar when I was 10 years old. These people think they have something so valuable in their store, but they really have nothingI have personal knowledge that the Home Depot loses at least four to five hundred dollars a day in inventory due to theft. But these people are following me around because I'm looking for a bolt for the nut that I have in my pocket.Essentially they hire the lowest of low employees. They're incompetent and if you ask them complex question about how many windings are around this particular model of electrical motor that is employed in a Ryobi leaf blower. They wouldn't have a clue.

Good selection. Excellent Staff: helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. At times when EVERYONE ELSE is out of snow shovels or salt for icy pavement this Ace location somehow gets more inventory. Even in the middle of the storm.

I was surprised that during my time in the store, about 30 mins., not one customer service person asked if I needed help. Especially since they didn't have a lot of customers in the store. Usually I know what I want and don't need assistance, but, today I did. Left store and went somewhere else.

They do not stock lawnmower covers. They told me "they don't want to be caught in a "Coverup' ha, ha, ha. They have a good store, I have shopped there B4 and rcvd excellent service. ACE IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!

This store and its employees have never failed to help me find what I need. There have been few times this store has not stocked what I was looking for. Today it was four sets of posts with screws, and through a conversation with Bob about what I was making he find what I needed.
