I am so happy I chose Pierce Fence. They care about their customers and made sure I was informed and understood what was happening every step of the way. They are a family-owned business and I was very impressed when the owner, Bob, came out on the first day to discuss exactly what I wanted. Everything after that fell into place. Detailed paperwork, approvals and phone calls were handled quickly and efficiently. They answered all my questions,  returned phone calls promptly and always arrived on time. When I called or visited the office I mostly dealt with Emily and Kaitlyn but anyone I spoke to in the office was knowledgeable and caring and I knew I was in good hands. Joey came for measurements and markings and knew specifically what I wanted and was happy to explain everything to me. They made sure I was informed when the materials were arriving and I was notified when the driver was on the way. And when the install day came Chris and Bill went over the plan with me and made sure that everything was lined up and perfect. When the job was completed there was a final walk around to make sure it was to my satisfaction and that any questions I had were answered. I was so happy with the way it turned out that if I could have done a cartwheel I would have! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and a beautiful enhancement to my home. I highly recommend Pierce Fence.

My experience with Pierce fence was good from start to finish. Mr. Bob Sr was very professional and kind when coming to view my yard to give an estimate. He proactively reached out afterwards to ask if I had any questions and responded very quickly to the many questions I had. I must say that everyone I spoke with was very professional. From Kaitlyn who is in the office, Joey who did the layout, the driver who delivered the materials, and Donnie who installed the fence. This company was very helpful and made the process very easy. I was kept up to date in regards to the wait time, and advised when the project was pushed out a Few weeks due to rain. Pierce Fencing company put up a 4 foot aluminum puppy fence for us.The job was completed in one day by Drew & Blake. They did an excellent job with their expertise. The girls in the office keep you updated on the whole process in a professional manner.And Bob the owner greeted us on the first day to do an estimate. A very friendly and informative person. Pierce fence is an amazing company. I was looking to have a fence done and someone recommended them to me. They didn’t disappoint the work and timing of getting everything done was phenomenal. Pierce fence is amazing. So easy to work with and they keep you informed during the entire project. With the current inflation on everything I wasn't sure I could afford a new fence. Bought my fence in 2021 guys came out and got it done within an afternoon and the morning the next day I’ve had no issues other than when it got super windy and a part of my fence came loose , I reached out to Pierce Fence and it’s been about 3 years since install and I was still treated like a new customer .Trey and the other foreman Andrew came out tightened everything thing up replaced some damaged fencing and also pointed out something I wasn’t aware of and fixed that issue as well , they were great ! I’m glad I decided to go with Pierce because after all this time it’s good to still be appreciated as a customer after a time span that most company’s kinda forget about you . I’d recommended Pierce to anyone looking for a good fencing company !

Pierce fence installed our aluminum fence last week. Every aspect of this purchase has been professional and and well communicated. The initial evaluation and proposal were well done and timely. Pierce handled all the details. Once the materials were available, a crew came out to map the exact location and work out any details. From the first call to the last this company provided the best customer service! I had a project that had to be complete before the fence could go up that was having weather delays. Not only did they work with me on scheduling, they came out and took down the old fence to allow the other project to be done.All the gentlemen that came out to work on this project were professional, knowledgeable and just good people. I highly recommend Pierce fence company. They were reasonably priced, the quality is great, our fence looks fantastic. They present themselves professionally from the people you speak with on the phone to the people that come to your home. Nice, courteous, and friendly. And if you are in an HOA, they do their best to assist you with that. I had Pierce install a wood style split rail at my home and they did an awesome job, I’m very excited with the final result. The whole process was seamless and the girls in the office did a great job keeping me up to date with everything as the process went along. Bob came out within a week of my first phone call to get the estimate put together, and after I gave the go ahead, the layout tech had everything marked and the material was delivered and ready to go over the following few weeks. The day of install, the crew came in and knocked the job out (275’ roughly) in a day. The price was very reasonable, the end result turned out great, and my dog can enjoy the yard without being tethered now! The fence is up and looks great. I don't understand tho how they could leave us with hard clumps and piles of the clay dirt all along the fence due to the post holes. Since that's apparently the dirt here we said we would pay if necessary. It makes me mad Everytime I look at it.

Pierce just installed a 6 foot high privacy fence around our entire back yard. They hit our irrigation lines three times, then let us know that they would not take responsibility for the damage. When we had the system repaired, we realized that they actually continued to destroy the lines without letting us know.Additionally, they installed the fence without the gate, left without saying anything, and didn’t come back for two weeks to finish.The only time they were responsive was when they wanted payment.Service: Aluminum fence installation

Even though we changed our plans mid way through Josh and his crew rolled with the punches. They walked us through each step and ran decisions through us. They maintained professionalism and stayed courteous even though it was blazing hot outside. My husband, our two akitas, and I absolutely love the fence!!!
