Chelsea is so wonderful at this store along with associates Alexa and Jyani. Not realizing my little guy would want to get his dad balloons for Father's Day in addition to what we already got him, I called today and they didn't have any but gave me a couple options over the phone. We stopped in and they were all so wonderful. We bought way more than I originally intended and Chelsea's suggestion made our patriotic dad balloon a flying success!Plus Chelsea even helped Liam blow up his spiderman bop it. Liam loved it so much he gave her the biggest hug ever. We had a blast and my hubster loved his balloons.They also helped us last week with Liam's graduation balloons. I ordered online and the stock wasn't updated properly. They texted me other options. I never heard of a store doing that. They totally saved the day and again I added another dinosaur bouquet to our preschool kindergarten one!Thanks Party City! We will be lifelong customers!

I seriously want to know, are you going out of business?? I have never, in my whole life, been in a store of any kind that was this messy. At least 3 people 'working', not a single one acknowledged my presence even though I was the only customer in the store.

Great decorations for most occasions. If you need help finding anything in the store the associates are very helpful and Curb side pickup is great! Party City can do beautiful huge balloon/decoration arrangements. Also you can save money with very price friendly balloon assortments. I love shopping at Party City!

items were substituted when I clearly checked the box that said no substitutions. I also asked for the balloons to be split evenly into 2 large bouquets. But I got 3 smaller bouquets. I couldnt return anything because I had my order delivered. When they delivered my balloons they had them in trash bags. So I didnt notice until much after the balloons and other items were delivered. Not worth the time to try to return the items. i will never order from them again. I paid over one hundred dollars and my balloons and accessories were not what I ordered.

This seems to be the only Party City left in Delaware so I guess I expected it to be as put together as the one that closed. Realizing it is graduation season I was still disappointed in the empty shelves at a reachable height or just the lack of inventory. Several of the items we were looking for were high up on shelves out of reach, the empty shelves below had not been restocked. There are many items in the store without prices so we had to keep asking the cashier to price check for us (we were the only people in the store on Sunday). The cashier and person blowing up the balloons were very nice and were able to get stuff down from the high shelves. The store was also a bit in disarray and kind of dirty. Since it is really the only party supply store we will probably visit again.

I’ve waited over a month for a refund. Made an online order, an item was missing and never received the refund even after they called an stated they would process it. It was extremely annoying especially since it was my daughter’s 2nd birthday. Now I’m in the process of filing a dispute for my money.

Balloon order wasn’t right and when I mentioned it wasn’t right, a staff member wasn’t very nice about changing it. Which was fine accept I ordered in advance and really just wanted the order to be right. Especially because I spent over $190 in the store. Then they still did arrange them correctly so I did it myself once I got to the location. Other than that it was a good experience.

I would give it no starts I had picked up a tub of taffy waited in line just to be told that the tub is not for sale and I would have to get the taffy from the candy holder and when I said I'm okay with paying whatever price it would be for the tub I was told no even though that would have ended up getting them more money then me picking the little few taffy they had in the holder it was dumb and I will never be going back there to shop again

Great place for stocking/ Easter basket stuffers! The store was a bit messy and the employees seemed far to interested in bad mouthing other employees but you get that practically everywhere these days. They had a wide variety of unique and wonderful products and I highly recommend it to be a first stop for goody bag shopping and for smaller gifts and such.

First arrived, was greeted by a panhandler knocking on my window for money. Reported to young lady at front counter. She said “oh really”? Ok first strike , did nothing about this at all. Ok went in needing things for 60 th birthday decor for my husband . But not much to choose from. Asked about a few certain things I could have bought, low stock no 6’s or 0’s. She wasn’t really knowledgeable or helpful. 😞if u want to shop and be on ur own it’s ok. If u ask any questions u aren’t going to get much help. Should have, could have , would have ordered off line if I had more time. Very disappointed. Prob won’t go back. Unless I am in a pinch. Lucky I gave 2 stars.

Who doesn't love this place? The store was clean, staff is always friendly at checkout. However, it was not well stocked. I assume because of the current shipping delays.

Although we found what we were looking for, the store looks like someone didn't clean up after the party. Either the company threw upholding standards out the window or that's the look they are going for. Be careful and good luck finding something you're looking for past the dust and dirt building up in just about every nook and cranny of the store.

Everytime I go in this place it's disappointing I think 3 days ago will be my last time. Back we're I used to live I loved party city. The cards aren't 50% off in this one. When the online store tells you can get something in this store when you get there it's not true and it's differently put together and it's going to cost you double the money. The staff is lazy there's box of product blocking were you walk and it's just sad that this is the party city here thank God there's a Michael's and AC Moore not far.

The store isn't very well organized and there's always open boxes of inventory laying around. I don't think I've ever received an offer for assistance while in this store or had anyone pleased to be serving the customers. The prices are very fair and there is a large selection of party supplies.

Was very disheveled and unorganized. Staff was all gathered at the front desk and would shout at people if they needed help instead of being on their floor and actively asking people if they needed help.Product was strewn everywhere and either broken or ripped open. Store isn't awful but could Definitely use a makeover.

Waited over a half hour to get balloons filled, i fwlt dismissed, the staff was very distracted. Other than the girl who eventually helped me the rest of the staff seemed like they didnt care about the customers. Used to shop there often because i throw many parties both for work and personal but due to customer service im looking elsewhere.

Ordered balloons for my granddaughters LOL Surprise Party online Saturday with curbside pickup. Got a text that they were ready and to call when I get there.. Easiest transaction ever with the nicest and friendliest employee who delivered to my trunk. 😊

Staff is generally friendly but the cleanliness is poor and the neatness of the store is worse. Just another retailer trying to save money by cutting hours vs increasing sales by servicing their customers. On line shopping here I come!

Went there for balloons. It was pretty backed up. Didn't think getting a few balloons would take a half an hour and then didn't even tell me when they were done when I was obviously waiting in the store. Employees were still friendly

What a fun place to shop. We were shopping for party favors, plates, napkins, etc in a pirate theme for my husband's ??? (old) birthday party geocaching event. Two employees were very helpful. One guy was on a ladder when we asked where the pirate stuff was located. He got off the ladder and walked us to the right area.Upon check out, Maggie was the cashier. We couldn't have asked for a more positive check out experience. She was fun and efficient. The turquoise dipped hair was great in keeping with the happy, happy, happy atmosphere.I almost want to have more parties just so I can have an excuse to shop here again.

A party store on a Saturday with no helium. The best part is when I went to the BALLOON counter at the PARTY store, they said and I quote..."We don't have any helium besides we are not taking walk ins".Really? you don't take walk ins at a RETAIL PARTY STORE? You are not a friggin beauty salon...and don't worry, I will NEVER WALK IN your store again. What a joke.

The workers don't have to wear pasted smiles but can do better. People are preparing for a happy occasion. Bring the positive engery when you help a customer.
