Awesome place for arts and crafts, as well as supplies. They have a great selection of paints and brushes. I went there looking for specific colors and was able to find everything. The place was organized and clean and easy to find what I was looking for. The employees were friendly and courteous as well. This store is easy to easily accessible since it is right on Dupont Hwy next to Best Buy and the Bally's casino. A great place for any artist or diy person.

I grew up in Dover, and I've got to say, Michaels is just as good as I remember it. There's always plenty of parking, which is a real plus. And the store? Never too crowded, always clean, and the shelves are well-stocked.This last time I went, they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but I found something else that I thought I'd have to go to the mall for. So that was a nice surprise.They even had a craft table set up right at the entrance. If we didn't have a birthday party to rush off to, I would've let my kids sit down and start crafting. It's those little things that make Michaels special.Despite hearing negative things about the city since I moved away over a decade ago, it's heartening to see that Michaels and the surrounding shopping strip have retained their quality. Five stars for maintaining consistency all these years.

They are really stepping their inventory game up. LoL. I was shocked to see the new rhinestones. Little pricey but if in a rush and need asap for a project....Michaels now has your back!! I absolutely love Michaels. I'm in there at least 4 times a week. The employees are so nice and always smiling.

I love to craft so I love this store. It’s got EVERYTHING you can or will need for any crafts out there. They have a great bead selection, great paint and stencils, wood burning, soap molds, basically any crafting project need and the best marker/pen selection I’ve ever seen anywhere. And if you sign up for their rewards program they send you tons of coupons for 20-50% your shopping trips. You can’t beat this place. I prefer it over Hobby Lobby for crafting any day of the week. You won’t be disappointed.

Well stocked, friendly staff. Cashier very friendly and helpful getting online order. Employee in framing helped me with questions about colored pencils as I am going to start trying out drawing as a new hobby. Very knowledgeable.

Absolute blessing of a nearby arts and crafts store that keeps me from having to order what I need on Amazon. If I have an urge to make something, or I need parts for a quick and sudden emergency jewelry repair, this place is my first and immediate thought, and about 9 times out of 10, I can find exactly what I'm looking for without any hiccups.

I went there to pick up an online order. Once I got there rang the assistance Bell for service twice. I waited and waited and waited. I stopped and associate and asked her if there's someone who could help me with my online order and she said she will call someone. And then watched her go back and forth from where they keep the orders to the registers several times and then she just stood at the register. So I waited a few minutes then I asked her if someone was going to come out and help me with my order. She says something into her mic and said someone would be with me shortly. So then I waited and waited and waited. They were confused I guess because there was more than one pickup for my last name so I told them what my last name was and my first initial. It then took them another 5 minutes and get me my order. This service was ridiculous and time-consuming. I would say I waited for no less than 15 minutes. I'm sure it was probably more than that. It was 15 minutes from the time that I started timing them. So I've never had bad service like that at Michaels before.

I stopped in Michael's for one item and found clearance spray paint for my crafting. What a surprise!. I bought 10 cans and now I don't have to run to a home improvement store. Oh, and the silica gel, that I originally went in for was the absolutely best price out there, including a price check on Amazon!

Cool little place.. They have a little of everything. Not too overpriced but it's no amazon. We still shop for the experience, so our children don't become weirdos. It's cool, understaffed though. Not much help when walking around. A very quiet arts and crafts store. You meet quite a bit of different kinds of artistic people which to me is always fun. Quite a few discounts and online sales also. They have my melt and pour soap base at a good price. Good art project supplies to keep the kiddos busy and engaged. I recommend going and browsing around a bit. It's worth it.

Michael's is always a treat. I find what I am looking for yet walk out with other items that i found. I have never been disappointed with their staff, store brightness and cleanliness, and stock. Even during holidays, they keep everything flowing and stocking until they are Sold out. I enjoy it even when not having a reason, browsing the store. The classes they offer are very good. Visited yesterday to purchase some foam sheets to make highways for my model train layout. Happy with my purchase I recommend them for all your craft projects. I also like their selection of picture frames.

Nice place. Stayed more than 1 night. Wished the cleaning people would have emptied our trash and gave us fresh towels. There was also a dead bird in the pool that I told the front desk about but after an hour of waiting for someone to come fish ot out and no one came, we left.

Was ok. Fairly clean. Everything was easy to find. Halloween stuff wasn't all out or was sold out by the beginning of October. Wanted to buy some bracelets and charms but no available staff to unlock it. So I decided to forget about it. Checkout was quick. They had all registers open. Didn't really get to buy anything important.

Updated: They made some improvements the last time I went. They now have the "premium" stuff and the "affordable" stuff for most items. Thank you!!!!Much appreciated since inflation on food has been eating a hole in my pocket... Also I (still) wish they would get things for photography like cameras, lenses, tripods, drawing tablet, developing chemicals and things like that. They have 3 aisles dedicated to framing photos but nothing in regards to taking the photo. Is photography not an art? Nor craft?

Really nice store with wide aisles. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of items 70% off. Collage frames are 2 for the price of 1. Checkout was fast. A good shopping experience. I would recommend this store to friends and family. I will definitely be back.

Love going to Michaels. So much variety! I actually went to look for journals and yarn. They have so much yarn that I fell in love. While Joann's has some, Michaels and Hobby lobby have the space available and all types of yarn that you could imagine! Beautiful! Doesn't hurt that I've made friendships with some of the staff. Friendly and helpful.

I always find something here. They have a good collection of items for all kinds of crafts. I rarely gocin for a specific item and come out without it or a good alternative. While I go here during the year for various project items, Halloween and Christmas are my favorite times to go and check out what they have in the sesonal decor and crafts.
