KITCHEN - If you are looking for a kitchen remodel, look no further than working with Michelle Porter at Lowes in Dover Delaware.Michelle did a fabulous job designing our new KraftMaid kitchen Cabinets; Cherry wood cabinetry with a Chocolate finish. We love our new look, here is a picture of the work in progress, hopefully it will wrap up in the next 10 days.Michelle is a pleasure to work with and she know how to get you to the finish line with everything you want in your kitchen!! Thanks so much Michelle for all your efforts - we love our new kitchen and so does everyone that stops by to get a glimpse of it too!!!!

Always love going to Lowe's. Usually have just what I need and staff are very friendly and helpful. Buy most of our large appliances there + they honor vets with a military discount.

Customer service and staffing is terrible! Needed to purchase a new refrigerator asap. Could not find anyone to help us, and when we did, there was a line and long wait. Lastly, the associate who ended up helping us made us aware that her shift ended in 10 minutes, so don't get invested in getting any help. We left and bought one at Home Depot.

Kevin was a huge help start-to-finish in my dryer purchase. He is extremely friendly and made sure we got my delivery all set up properly.Lowes should recognize him for being a tremendously customer-centric employees!

Purchased washer and dryer- when they were delivered they weren’t balanced correctly. Washing machine turned and hit wall on the first load. Literally spent hours on the phone with Lowe’s customer service to have someone come balance appliances. Went back to store twice and was laughed at by assistant manager. Returned items and was price matched at Home Depot. Delivery drivers hit tree in my yard when picking up appliances. Complained to customer service and was told that the store would work with me to make things right. Still haven’t received refund and still haven’t heard back from store. Worst experience of my life!

I went to Dover Lowe’s after Camden Lowe’s had not fulfilled an on line order. I needed a particular wall tile and grout. Fortunately for me I found Curtis who was excellent in helping me get the tile and grout. He is an excellent worker who made my day after being disappointed at Camden. He’s five star and then some!

Welcome to Dover Lowes went to the store at 7:30 in the morning to look at a dryer and dishwasher on 12/30/23. Unable to find salesperson went to front desk and was told no one would be in until 8:00 a.m.. Then associate turned around and walked away. No let me get someone for you or anything else. Called Lowes customer service desk was told this was unacceptable and not what should have occurred and the manager would contact me. Decided to go back and try again found a very helpful salesperson. Want to give credit to the salesperson Nicole as this was the only bright spot of this experience. Bought dryer and dishwasher to be delivered on 1/1/24 with pickup of old appliances between 8am and 8pm. Received an email update that delivery would be between 2 and 6. So at 11am I went out to Lowes to pick up some parts to install the dishwasher. While there get a call from my wife that Lowes was at the front door with the dryer. My wife fell going to the door as she had just got out of the hospital. Being no one had called to say the delivery time had changed . Dryer was left in driveway and old appliances that I had moved outside for them where not picked up. Oh and that dishwasher was not delivered somehow it got moved to another day with no notice. Called customer again to find out what happened and no one seems to be able to figure out what happened. Note the manager was supposed to call me. Manager put in a note tried to call mailbox was full. Now I do not know but my cellphone would log a call and my voicemail is empty. My house line had a message from 1/1/23 on with a total of 13 messages. So did they call or just fill in a form and go on their way. Do not go to this Lowe's. Stay away go anywhere else. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences in my 50 some years. I feel the fool because I went back and bought from them expecting it to get better not worse.

Your lumber area is a MESS!! I am disabled and couldn't get down most of the isles, they had lumber carts in the middle of the isles making it impossible to get thru. Not a single employee was helping. Lots of employees but no one offered help? I did find the lumber I needed but I had to struggle getting the item into my cart. After going thru the other part of the store looking for, still lots of employees but no one helped so I went to check out. Then you had NO one checking anyone out, just some guy who stood in front of mt cart, so I asked if he would check me out, he had an attitude and again blocking me from inserting my credit card! Totally disappointed!!

Had an excellent shopping experience at Dover Lowes today had to get some tools and a Pro employee helped me find them Lee Keisel quite a well mannered Lad he is will definitely be coming back 10/10 shopping experience 10/10 customer service especially from the pro team Chuck and Lee

My wife and I ordered new kitchen appliances through this location and Domm has been amazing and helpful since we began. We were new homeowners and she was very knowledgeable and happy to help us. We’ve had a few problems and had to return and exchange some of the appliances and everyone we have dealt with with has been friendly and very helpful. Tonight we were once again helped by Domm and Lamarr and I wanted to shout them both out as they were both extremely helpful in exchanging an appliance we ended up not having room for another. Would highly recommend going here for any appliance purchase.

Little to no help buying a bathroom vanity, sink, mirror and faucet. Employee gave us the wrong closing time. Son went home (20 round trip)to take a measurement. We thought we had an hour + before closing. Nope only 10 minutes and no help lifting anything.

Only lowes in delaware that you will spend 20 minutes trying to find a cart. As well as putting the slowest cashier possible on the pro check out area register.. where the people who don't get paid hourly check out.

I would like to **commend** Wayne (sorry, forgot last name -euro origin) for the OUTSTANDING customer service that he provided my husband with, purchasing a gas grill. Last month we were in store, and saw a grill that was on sale. We were told we could not purchase the last model. Now, that is really strange. We were told that there were a few left in Middletown DE, only to arrive and learn that NONE, were available. I give this 2 STARS. At least the reps tried. Seriously, though. I know about inventory, but these are large grills! (plus this ended up being a 3 hour tour, a 3 hour tour....as we are in MD.)The 5 STARS goes to Wayne! He took my husband's call the next day - and listened to the 3 -hour- tour -bummer- story. (Not going into all the details.) In the end, he found a nicer grill, at a better price, and put it aside for pickup. He really went out of his way to take care of us. The next time we are in this store, we are going to look for Wayne - lol, said my husband, also named Wayne. Thanks Sir. You know who you are!

you can barely find people in the store to help you, and if you need to call them, it's even worse. I needed an appliance replaced, ordered on line for delivery of the 20th. When i called the automated system says the 13th, but i can't get a hold of an actual person to tell me whats going on.

Worst customer service if you are trying to call. No one answers, they put you on hold for 10+ minutes or transfer you to a department that just rings continuously and then hangs up.

Amazing customer service, but as we are in a pandemic cleanliness should be increased which did not seem like the case. My wife and I had to use the restrooms which they looked as if covid-19 was crawling all over the room. Highly recommend a deep cleaning.

I have made two recent trips to Lowes and neither time was there a cashier. People were being directed to the self check out.The first time I went to the contractors area and checked out. The garden center was closed because they didn't have enough people to open it. The second time, I left my merchandise and went to Homedepot.

This location was clean and stocked. Employees were friendly and helpful. I needed a key made the cashier working in lumber called for someone to come help me several times. No one showed. This same cashier came and helped me as soon as one of her coworkers came back from lunch so they could cover her. I appreciated her assistance with getting key made. Definitely more assistance I have received from the Bear Lowes.

Its a Lowes, they have wood, dirt, rocks, the usual. Let's not forget the houseplants section complete with unmarked plants so we have to guess what we're getting!

This is still my preferred store to shop because it's clean and well organized. HOWEVER, their ability to provide proper customer service has decreased 100% over the years. Today I found myself having to go through the self checkout. There wasn't a single regular register open inside the store. The poor lady who supervises the 4 self check out registers, had to do the work herself because I made it very clear to her, that while is was not her fault, I did not work there and I was not about to check myself out unless they gave me a discount for my trouble. This is a trend going on in every store these days. We as consumers let it happen. They make more profit and we get less service. NO, i will not be a self check out customer now or ever. So if Amazon starts selling wood, I might just order it from them. Why should I go thru the trouble of going to the store, picking my materials and then having to scan them myself at check out? Then loading them in my car, (no help there either) and taking them home?Enough already. I demand OLD FASHION CUSTOMER SERVICE!.

I have been shopping at Lowe's for more than 30 years and I have never been treated like I was today by a person at the customer service desk. I wanted to speak with someone about purchasing a lawn tractor, I asked 4 times before the young lady stopped arguing with me and got someone else to help me. I still bought the tractor after a very nice young man answered some questions for me. I am just extremely disappointed in the service at the customer service desk. I do know her name but will not drop it here. People working with the people need to have patience and manners.
