I love this place. Super affordable prices on tools for just about any job. I have sensitive skin and needed a coverall to slip over my clothes before cleaning up the yard and found what I needed for 5.00! I also love the grab boxes near the entrance that has randomly handy inexpensive items. Thank you!!!

I got a rolling sit down creeper and a 3 in 1 jump starter. Customer service was great. Creeper was easy to assemble. Jump starter easy to plug in.

I recently had a friend that had a flat tire, and the Jeep compass had no spare tire or a jack and he need to be towed home.(a word to the wise don't buy a car that doesn't have a jack & spare tire)I then had to use my jack to remove his tire to bring it to the tire store to get a replacement tire.Since then, I have been looking for a tire inflator because it can be difficult to find an air station when you are on the road.So, I went to harbor freight, and they have the Pittsburg air inflator on sale for $24.99.reg $39.99(04/13/2024) and it works great. It's just a little insurance just in case you need it.

The customer service is always on point for me. The employees are always friendly and courteous & are available for assistance, guidance, and any questions as needed. When I have a particular situation, everyone is very knowledgeable and experienced while giving excellent advice or options towards my subject matter.I had wanted mini caster wheels for a project, however, they 3x the size wheels I needs. When speaking with the employee about my purchase, he thought based on what I was doing, these would work for my project. He also said if they didn't work, I could return them with my receipt.

Decent inventory, good if you want something cheap, I really hate the location though it’s in a sketchy area. If you can fight your way through the random bums and junkies orbiting around the store and its parking lot you’ll be alright.

I went there yesterday to pick up a few tools for work and my experience with the manager was excellent! She has helped me choose the right tool for the right job. She provided excellent customer service, the store merchandise was displayed and fully stocked! Will definitely be going there again!

This has become my favorite place to get tools of any type. For the longest time I only went there to get tools I wasn't going to use much due to the lack of quality but super low price. However recently they have upgraded many of their tools! They still have the cheap inexpensive stuff but they have both wrenches and ratchets that rival snap on and 20v cordless power tools that rival tools like Dewalt. The prices of these tools are much higher than the cheap stuff (you can still get if you want) but they are still a good bit less than the tools they rival. They all come with great warranties too. When it comes to my worshop needs for drill bits, router bits, clamps, saw blades of all sorts, wratchet straps, impact bits and much much more Harbor freight has quickly become my favorite place to shop.I figured I should mention they also have a good number of large tools too. Drill press, wood and metal lathes, tile saws , bench sanders and grinders, presses and a wide variety of air pumps. I have purchased a few of their larger tools and they all do what they are made for (and some) well and still work. Some of them like the scroll saw gets used a lot more than I thought it would and still works great. I can't complain.If your in need of a tool it's a wise choice to check harbor freight first.

Do you need a basic/cheap tool with no frills or extra quality? If so, Harbor Freight is the place for you. I mean this in a good way... some times we just need a cheap screwdriver, hinge, or clamp. No reason to over spend, just go to Harbor Freight!!Also they have decent tool cabinets for a good price.

I Love the Store. The Manager and the Staff was Extremely Educated on everything in there store. I went to the one in Seaford De, I was asking some questions on spray paint, it was like pulling teeth from them. I would drive 45 minutes out of my way to go to the one in Dover always.

Best place for low price tools that you may only use a few times. HF is trying to move up scale with new tool brands. I don't plan on buying them. I buy my better tools from the big box stores when I need one. HF does try to improve most of their tools even the cheap ones. They do follow their warranty well and I have had tools replaced without any problem.

Clean store. Friendly service. Easy in/out location. First visit to this one, so more later.The franchise you know. No surprises.If you need what they have, and know how to pick a good (enough) tool for the job at hand, get it, you'll save money.If you're handy, but not sure of the tool quality, talk to the staff. They'll let you know if what they have will stand up to the job.

Textbook harbor freight. Nice people. You want cheap a$$ tools? This is the spot... You want good tools, maybe not. Personally, I like the tools... if they break, I get a new one. They are 1/3 the price of high end. I break 2 tools and still break even :)

Very friendly staff . A large selection of Inexpensive tools . As a professional mechanic I spend a lot on tools. Their larger tool boxes are very well made and well worth the money . If you know what you are looking at you cant get some good deals here on hand tools . With that being said I would never buy power tool here because a company I worked for yrs ago tried getting grinders and out of the 12 we had none last a whole month . A couple didn't last the first day .

I like harbor freight. People give them alot of flack for selling cheaply made tools, but unless you're using them everyday, these are perfect. You really cant beat the prices for their stuff, especially considering they always have a 20% off coupon in the paper. I've bought so much stuff from here and have never had a problem with any of them. The store is always clean and the employees are really knowledgeable about what they have and where they have it.

We went to the Middletown store to purchase something. They didn't have it in stock but were very helpful in calling the other stores and we had to travel to Dover to get it and they put it aside for us so that it would not be sold on our way to get it. We needed it right away so that is why we traveled so far. Both stores were very helpful to us. The Dover store employee put it in our car by the front door. My husband just had to drive up to the front door.

Good selection, cheap prices! Live the Harbor Freight coupons! Every time I go, I use the free gift coupon for batteries or lights or gloves or tarps, it's always changing but stays similar in many ways. Recently purchased a laminate trimmer because I left mine in Texas and was doing a last minute job in Rehoboth Beach. Home Depot has laminate trimmers for about a hundred dollars, but I picked one up here for about $25! Well worth the drive, and I got a pair of free gloves as well!

You just can't beat the prices and selection. Stock your truck toolbox or garage with necessary tools for a low cost. No, they aren't Craftsman or Snapon tools, but your wallet will that k you. And you don't always need a high quality tool to get the job done.
