PLEASE THUMBS UP IF HELPFULThis is the first time I've come to this Goodwill location. I found it had a large variety of clothes and household items. Larger items that I don't normally see at my local Goodwill. The biggest concern I had was the cost of the majority of items. Prices are much higher than I've seen in the past >/=$15 in the household section. I was also the only person I noticed wearing a mask in the store.

Some items are EXTREMELY overpriced. Prices have been skyrocketing, you can’t even get an outfit (a single shirt and one pair of pants) with a $10 bill anymore. Saw a $50 coat here once. At that point… just go to Walmart.

I always like goodwill, but their prices can be a bit pricey at times. But I was able to find a Samsonite carry-on suit case for $6.99. I was really in need of a case for an upcoming trip and there it was. 😅

They charged me $2.99 at the register for a children’s book on fairies because “it was thick.” Changing pricing at the register is gross and with thrift prices rising all the time, this location is definitely one to skip.

It's really messy, unorganized, and has a musty smell to it. The prices are kinda crazy considering almost everything there is either broken or missing pieces. I wouldn't recommend this goodwill to anyone. The floors are disgusting too. They are all stained up and kinda sticky. You could buy some stuff at Wal-Mart cheaper than here.

Great Inventory Turnover.....However, they continuously increase the category prices! Individually priced items are usually something incredibly high for second hand. If an item's price is unclear, they will consistently charge the highest option available.

This store was a great place to shop at one time now the prices are outrageous on some items I don't know who pricing it's ridiculous I won't be donating here anymore it's a shame at one time you could feel like your saving money but now might as well go to Walmart

Nice store. Organized and categorized to be able to find things easily. Good prices. Found a beautiful large framed picture for only $19.99 original price tag on the back was for $180. You never know what deals you can find. Lots of name brand clothes.

I luv the fact that everything is so much cheaper and convient, also the employees are so helpful & polite I am always in Good Will department store. It is worth it they sell brand new carpets I am and always be a good will fan I luv to shop for appliances, carpets, and purses, it is worth it come on down to the G W you won't be disappointed. Thanks G W for being you on Forest ave, and Salisbury road in Dover, DE luv you guys

Went to apply for a job got there 10 min before they opened thought would be a great time to introduce myself and fill out an application talk to management she was too busy to come and talk told me to come back when they open not off to a good start ....wow

They keep raising Thier prices. There's really no point in going anymore. The color of the week is never in the floor. I honestly think they remove those items during that week so you can't get the discount. Don't waste your time.

Was at this store recently and the selection was great and prices were low. Picked up some Nike LJs for $20 a pair, some nice tshirts for $2.50 each, and a few other goodies.

This store, on the West side of town, is similar to most Goodwill stores, i.e. items of every type, style, size and condition. It appeared as though the staff was reconfiguring and reorganizing the store, so racks were being moved, display cases dismantled, etc., which made shopping a bit of a challenge. As with any store, some items are overpriced, while others are incredibly reasonable. It's always a hunt for good stuff, if you like that kind of thing.

Wonderful place to shop for clothes and other items as well. Friendly staff and no attitudes ever. You never know what you will find at the goodwill. Happy shopping.

I went to go see if they had an iron but they didn't. I'm glad I went because they had some things that I could use I found plates and some lovely baskets there.

A good size Good Will Store with nice or products and friendly staff. However I find their prices on clothes comparable to other good will stores, but the other products they carry I find are quite pricey compared to other stores of this type and if the same name.

Awesome store if you want to pay $12 for a stained shirt. They put a higher price sticker on anything brand name regardless of condition, then hide it in the rack with the regularly priced clothes so you get a surprise at check out.

Disappointing i dont go here anymore it doesn't have a selection it doesnt have different size clothing just one size prices are high i use to go here when they had everything and anything but i wouldn't recommend this place not until they get better stuff and lower their prices its goodwill not kmart or target if i want expensive attire i get namebrand colthes at the mall the whole point of going to goodwill is to get a deal and save money on bargins but i think they forgot that must change the way of thinking prices and selections etc. Then i come back until then no thankyou sorry😆

We had to take an electric wheelchair and a lift over there today. A close friend passed on Wednesday. Goodwill staff were very kind and helpful and it made this difficult task much easier.

I bought a couch, and my landlord told me I couldn't bring it in the apartment for whatever reason, so I decided to return it. But, I was not informed that the $125 purchase I was making would be un-refundable. When someone is buying something that expence, you should at least tell them it can't be refunded. So now I'm out 125, and I can't even keep the couch...

There's some extremely poor organization in this store and the staff interact with the customers as little as possible. Dropping items off at the store is quick and the staff that help unload do it quickly.
