Fantastic customer service. They gave me an appointment for the same day, actually for 3 hrs after I called them to work with my schedule. The staff is friendly, professional and was considerate of the comfort of our little guy Scooter. It was his first time here and he came home happy & handsome. This will be our groomer for all future appointments. Thanks to the entire staff, they are awesome!

If I could give this place a negative trust me I definitely would the owner can’t be trusted at all my dog was cut in 3 different places while being groomed here and I called back submitted pics and the owner hasn’t once said I’m sorry nor offer any type of empathy for my dog and the pain he experienced as he was sore to touch and bleeding when I contacted her she says she has a video showing g him being groomed and he wasn’t cut there my dog had long hair before I dropped him off I know mistakes happen but own them and that’s were the problem lies for me she never sent video as she promised to me and my daughter she hung up on me now they are avoiding our calls and text I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB which this business isn’t registered with I advised her I was gonna post what they did she said she didn’t care she post video ok so post it if it takes me to publicly shame you and your wreck of a company to get answers about my dog then ma’am plz post them as you have promising since Wednesday I don’t advise anyone to drop nothing to this place let alone your beloved pets

This is the best groomer. Jezy is always so sweet to my dog Nadia. Nadia is super friendly weenie dog but gets scared of clippers and noises. She is always a good pup with Jezy and only lets her and Marquia cut her. She also makes sure my pup smells cleans and always gives her a treat. 10/10 would recommend!

My dog needed a quick nail trim, buffing. After 2 days of attempting a diy, I gave up and called around. This place took walk-ins, and I could get nails trimmed and sanded for less than local pet shop. The groomer did an excellent job, even with my scared puppy not wanting to cooperate. The place itself was a little claustrophobic but there was no waiting long.

My chihuahua mix is terrified to get her nails trimmed. The lady who took care of her was quick but patient. We were done in 2 minutes so My Lady was not stressing for long. She did a wonderful job. Petsmart will not trim My Lady’s nails so this is a relief that I have found a place that is great! Thank you.

Can’t say enough of good things about Diamonds Place Dog Grooming from the super friendly and caring staff to the value of service provided. Was there the first time back in December for a nail trim. First they were able to get me in the same day which was amazing since no one else in the area was. While they’re made an appointment for a Full Service Bath about a week later. Today took for a full service bath, nail grind and some other services and can not be happier with the service. My Lady is so soft and clean, nails trimmed and smooth. Asked for a shamrock to be put on her and they attempted however her fur wasn’t taking it, so they took care of it another way. These folks here are top notch and can’t say enough great things about the service they provide. They treat my Lady like she their own. Highly recommend anyone with a dog that needs grooming or bath needs to them.

I've had my 9 1/2 month old puppy for 4 months. Diamond's was recommended by a neighbor, and I'm extremely satisfied. Said puppy rolled around in a big pile of pine needles shedding sap 😲 and I called to find out what to do. They saw him almost immediately and cleaned him up beautifully. He's been groomed and nail trimmed several times. He loves going to the groomer.

Humans were really nice and great service. I don't think that I'll go back since my dog was gone after by a dog while they had her in their control. They apologized and said that they were training the other dog and only had it for 2 weeks. If it's a pet care facility then they should know not to take a rescue around other dogs until they know that they are socialized. I fostered for 15 years and that was rule #1. If it wasn't for this incident I would go back because of the great service. I'm just not sure of my babies safety.

My little dog was so long overdue for a full groom since we moved here and I could not be happier with the results here. Super friendly and welcoming environment that makes not only your pet but you yourself feel comfortable. For the services they provide they are really affordable as well! I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Great service. Today was my first time ever at this groomer and I was nervous because my dog fluffy was with my previous groomer for 5 years. Well let me tell you, when I walked in everyone here made me and my dog feel like family. We were greeted everything was explained and they were 100% honest. I truly would recommend them to any and everyone. They are now stuck with me and considered family.

First time using them today for full service bath. At first glance, he looked okay. Upon closer inspection, his nails are dirty and long. His belly and front back looked okay but while petting, I noticed two areas of dandruff still present. Usually, he is groomed at the vet without medicated shampoo. I thought I would try someplace new. We will be returning to the vet groomers.No one asked me how he looked or if he looked okay. It was crowded and chaotic when I picked him up. A young man even ran after us as we walked through the parking lot asking if we checked out and paid when we had. He stated , “It wasn’t written down.” Maybe less bookings and more attention.

I looove this place! They are so friendly and inviting and are so good with the dogs! The staff really cares about the animals and their well being and does well with scared puppers. One of mine is a little sassy and the staff are so careful and gentle with her. I travel from Elkton and it is worth it every single time. I highly recommend them!

They always take such great care of my baby. Even when I went away and snowflake got matted they took the time to get all of the tangles out of the coat. (Which is a ton of work) The de mat fee for my baby was a fair price considering the work and time that goes into that type of thing. They understand life happens and babies get tangles. I wish I could give them 10 stars but what they will get is a returning customer who is always beyond happy. Thank you guys!!!

Too much to say. 1st off the place is overcrowded. 2nd he was groomed on.his belly & back . His legs & paws are still ungroomed & his ears as well. By his paws & toes no groom . On top of rhat he smelled so bad like a cheap perfume, which now my home completely stinks from that horrible smell. Our dog is a complete itch ball trying to get the smell off him.Had to shampoo him to get the stink out. Now we have to spend more money to get him properly groomed. Totally unhappy with the service ..We spent over 80.00. for nothing but a headache.Update-we had to have him groomed last Saturday again because he wasn't groomed well at all. Had to spend another 80 something Even the professional groomer couldn't believe it. We have contacted you days ago about a refund with no response. We will be there Saturday for a refund.. 👎👎

I have groomed there for over a year we treat your Dogs with love and compassion the word compassion goes a lone way I have over 30 years of experience compassionate care is always there at this shop humanity over vanity sorry I must post you cannot expect a groomer to do a 5 hour brush out without paying you drop a channel bag and have perfect nails and hair and not expect your groomer to do it for less you your argue your mechanic or Plummer for services rendered? Diamonds is so AWESOME! My Pepper girl was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Very professional and friendly staff. Very clean establishment. The owner Jeezy asked the questions she needs to know before she grooms your furry baby like a Veterinarian. My Pepper has allergies. She read the label on the shampoo bottle I brought. They call 10 minutes before they are done. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this place. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Diamonds a 20! Thank you sooo much

10/10 recommend! Both of my pups are long haired huskies and lots of work, and one of them has been described as "cantankerous" before lol I got there to pick them up and both of them were just hanging out behind the desk. We will be back!!
