They just lost a customer until they hire a better cook that can actually read the tickets correctly and stop messing up orders. This actually happened a few weeks ago to us where we ordered the 5 peice chicken basket and two double burgers , and we only got two single burgers and three pieces of chicken...... the manager made it right. Today the ticket definitely read no ketchup I am allergic and it was all over my burger. Get a new cook or teach him to read!!

Horrible experience! 1st time customer and we will not be returning. Wouldn't honor the 6.99 chicken strip basket price via TV commercial we saw and decided to come get, drive through employees especially lady with red hair were VERY rude and basically told me "bye" after I questioned the price and why it didn't mention the sale price even on the app as they stated it was "the only was to get the deal" I have never been treated so rude in my life. I should have read the reviews because we wouldn't have even come here if we had. Clearly this location needs new staff or hospitality coaching. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Always good food and great service at this location. This last visit, the app updated and did not seem to have the deals I've gotten used to. But, since it had just updated, I will hold judgment, check it out later in the week, see if it's back to normal & update my review then. But even without the coupons, the food still tasted great 😃.

Thought I'd try the DQ Grill - I felt like having a burger. My order was for three cheeseburgers and a 1/3 lb double, a large fry and large onion rings. To go. After several minutes at the counter explaining the order and then correcting the order - my order was for 3 cheeseburgers and the double. I was very clear that I was ordering 4 sandwiches. I ended up with two cheeseburgers and the double. I had to create another order for the third cheeseburger. OK - I can deal. I got home and had one cheeseburger, two hamburgers (no cheese) and the double. So, a long time working through the order at the store and it was still wrong. I'd even specifically had her add the cheese to my cheeseburgers. So - food quality? The fries and onion rings were in open top containers in an open top bag. So not particularly warm after the 5 minute ride home. One of my party told me she had to choke down her cheeseburger, that it wasn't warm. My double was only slightly warm but wasn't particularly tasty. So, not great food. Polite and pleasant service but inaccurate order. Low scores from me.

We stopped in for a quick treat and it was delicious! We went through the drive through and the staff was very friendly! The service was quick and efficient especially since they were busy, we didn't have to wait very long at all. We got the cheese curds, which were hot, crispy, and extremely good, and two blizzards. I LOVE that they flip the cup! We will definitely be recommending this location to our friends and family. We will most definitely be coming back again!

Delicious ice cream. I haven’t been to Dairy Queen in ages, there are none where I live so this was a treat. They have some new things to choose from so I decided to try something out of my comfort zone and get a cotton candy Blizzard, which was really good. The ice cream itself was tasty but it had little pieces of a cotton candy flavored add-in, almost like Nerds, but it wasn’t Nerds. I was really surprised it was not overly sweet and the crunchy candy did not bother me. I’m pretty sure I’m going to be coming back to get another when I’m back in the area.

Very busy, lines moved surprisingly fast. 80% of my Blizzard add in treats were on the top not blended in. Price wise ... I could have purchased 3 tubs of Ice Cream for what i paid for a 12 oz Blizzard.

The food is consistently good and the staff is friendly. I did have an issue with an app order. However, the manager on duty (I'm embarrassed that I forgot his name) solved the problem quickly and ensured my complete satisfaction. He is a definite asset to your organization. I'll have to return to get his name so I can update my review. Great job everyone!

We normally have a great time coming to this Dairy Queen. However tonight when I came at 8:56 I was told sorry no food because we are closed. Your closing time says 9pm. If food is not going to be available until you close you need to be more specific in advance. When we looked online it doesn’t say anything about this. It’s comes across as lazy and unprofessional.Edit: After I left this review and emailed them, the locations owners reached out to me immediately to make it right. Thank you for making situations like this right.

Dillion Chadwick is a very good manager. I have ordered 3 special order cakes and he has helped me and was wonderful. Customer Service was very good, clean, drive through was accurate and friendly. Great experience.

The place is awesome! Of all the Dairy Queen’s, this one was by far my best experience!!! Very customer oriented and i felt like they really cared and knew a lot about their products. Will be coming here much more often to get my dog the pup cup! Love this place.

Great service... friendly workers and food was good even though they just opened up.... great job, DQ.. lady working was very patient with us because it took us a few to order... thanks again... stopped in again today with my kids, and again, service was exceptional. Whoever the kid was working the counter... Charles was his name.. I looked at the receipt.... Thank you Charles..

Growing up my family and I were always busy and between sporting events, and after school activities we ate at many fast food places over the years. This being said this Dairy Queen has blown me away! Not only does the line move quickly, but the staff is of the highest caliber. I can’t wait to return again soon Dilly Bars have always been my favorite ice cream treat!!

Had chicken tenders 6..toast, ff . 2 milkshakes..terrible food... placed order drove to 2nd window paid..handed to me. Quick but.greasy; warm. Butter on toast tasted like an oil. Ff were ok.... Milkshakes. Strawberry..chocolate delicious. My husband & i threw Chicken, etc in trash after trying to eat.. not a good experience & costly. Usually only get milkshakes there..they are the best!!!!!.nice people at window. Thank u. Cost me $25.00.

The order taker was rude and rushed me though my order. There were no cars at all behind me so this was not necessary. The guy in the window was even worse. Unpleasant and unfriendly. My fries and tenders were cold as well as the happy meal. Won’t be back!
