My insurance will only cover prescriptions at CVS and I'm about to just pay out of pocket. I tried transferring my prescriptions online and got no confirmation and twice I have tried to call and 25 minutes of terrible music and automated messages about vaccines and not one person picked up the phone. I'm a cpht and worked in retail pharmacy... UNACCEPTABLE!!

Did not receive prescription yet even though emailed 1 and a half weeks ago that they were processing it. I f I went with the way I normally put my prescription in I would already have the items
