Since you can't get a human being on the phone, I made 4 trips to drug store on Forrest St in Dover for a prescription they claim they never received. They got the first one but said it was missing a quantity. That's why I'm sure doctor's office had the correct info to get it to them. Three return visits to the doctor's office and as many more tries by them to submit the script and still, CVS says they didn't receive anything. Now, 5 days after the initial submittal of the script, I have to leave the country without the prescription. On top of that, on one of my trips to the store, I tried to make another purchase but after 5 minutes, no cashier was in sight, so I left the item and walked out. Won't be using CVS again anytime soon!

My wife has been trying to get her prescription filled for the past week or two and they have not had a pharmacist at their location. At least that’s what they claim. They tell us you have to call, you can’t come in but then when you call they’re supposed to get back with you within an hour and they never do and this is unacceptable. My wife needs her prescription. If anything happens to my wife, there will be a lawsuit. Her doctor can’t even put the prescription anywhere else because they need to fill it first. After she gets her medicine, we are never coming back here.

One of the slowest pharmacy’s I have ever been to, you fill your prescriptions and they take a week+ to be filled and leave you with none till they decide to do it, they don’t even answer the phone they have a voicemail that they never return the calls for and when you say something it’s sorry we are busy so am I but I still have to go out of my way to fight for me meds every month I will definitely be switching to Walgreens after the same headache every month! They just all sit and chit chat and laugh in the back and don’t care to actually do what they are being paid for, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

Would leave ZERO stars if I could. The pharmacy is ridiculous. So, so slow. Zero customer service. Zero sense of urgency. People could literally DIE waiting in line for prescriptions. One poor woman running around filling orders while 10 fools stand in back doing apparently NOTHING.

It’s a CVS I don’t know what you expect. They’ve got self checkout so half the time there’s barely anyone there. Went in one day and the security alarm went off and told me to wait for someone to come check me… nobody came. Because there wasn’t a single worker in the main, non-pharmacy area. The line is always long. You’ll be lucky if there’s no line.

They offer a MONEYGRAM service and don't have much control over it. The phone needed to be sanitized. NO one available to help in store...low staffing. I do give this CVS props for having a place close by for EXPECTANT mum's or mum's with little children to park.

Called to have my prescription transfered to this store. 1 week later my husband stops by to check on the status of the transfer. Never happened. I told husband let me talk to the pharmacist. She refused to talk to me. So I called rite aid. They did the transfer smoothly. Wouldnteven by a pack of gum from them.

Called in RX at 10 am. Received a text stating it would be ready at 1pm. At 4pm I arrived at store to pick up prescription. Was informed I could wait or come back and it would be ready in 30 mins. Came back 30 mins later and waited in line for 42 mins before I could get my prescription. If I didn't need ot today I would have left and changed pharmacies today.

A worthless store. I took a rapid antigen test on June 13 and they promised I would receive results in 2 hours. I needed the test so I could travel to Colombia, South America. It is now almost twenty-four hours later and I still have not received them and do you think I can get a real person to talk to? I don't know what I'm going to do when I get to Colombia this evening and still don't have my test results. I've been going around and around with the recorded message only to hear "the pharmacies voice mail box is full". DO NOT USE THIS STORE IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE. I spent $69.99 on a test that is worthless if they don't give me the results.

They have the slowest pharmacy service and they always seem to have trouble finding prescriptions. Hire more staff, this is ridiculous!

The retail portion is well organized and well stocked with a large selection. The products tend to be priced much higher, so the store Extra care card or Carepass are essential for coupons and discounts. The pharmacy tends to be understaffed with limited hours, long lines, and long waits. I have received prescriptions filled incorrectly on multiple occasions, many times having encountered out of stock medications that need to be ordered. Oftentimes, not arriving as promised, requiring multiple return trips.

Once again, the store is under stocked. The staff is wonderful and so helpful and friendly, but the CVS corporate goal seems to be to starve the stores to try to move people towards ordering online. Another way to put people out of work.

This location's pharmacy department is severely lacking. You call the pharmacy and they NEVER pick up the phone and if you leave a voice-mail they NEVER call you back. Also, if you go there, you wait on a long line and the drive up window is randomly closed from time to time.

Why does it always take hours / days for medication to be ready? You are asked to set up Auto fill; you go in to get the medicines that are due and they are STILL not filled. You must be standing in front of them and waiting for them to even complete the order and even then they take forever. They use the excuse of staffing and Covid but I have never seen them actively recruiting. I’ve met people waiting in line who say they know multiple people who have applied and they never get a call.Also, drive thru is never opened!!!!!!

This place is HORRIBLE.Sat on the phone for 2 hours and 6 minutes before I hung up.They always have an excuse they are short staffed even when 5 people are working.What is the point in auto refill if it is never filled when you get there.I am finding me a mom and pop pharmacy to go to. CVS SUCKS.Corporate is a joke as well

Incompetent and Rude Staff. Why does it take 1 day 2hrs and 40 minutes to fill a prescription? What does this store's Covid-19 testing have to do with filling customer prescriptions? Best to take your business elsewhere.The pharmacist is EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful. She saw me a Black man and totally saw an opportunity to disrespect me in front of her staff and customers.I will NEVER give CVS my business ever in any state. I wouldn't even purchase a pack of gum from any CVS. When I asked to speak to a store manager at Forrest Ave, I was told the manager was not at work.I called to another store in Dover (Rt. 13), I was told by an operations manager that that manager was not at work. That operations manager at the store on Rt. 13 who took my complaint and promised to escalate my complaint to a district manager.Please be warned! DO NOT GIVE CVS YOUR PRECIOUS TIME! The pharmacist and staff will make you seem like the bad guy while disrespecting you in the process!

Just arrived to pick up prescriptions that were called in at 10:15am and it’s currently 5:11pm and I’m told “the pharmacist is still processing them.” She asked if I wanted her to put in a request to expedite them. Really??? These should have been ready. No excuse. Pathetic. Believe the negative reviews.

Wow! What an incredible difference after the Milford, DE CVS totally dropped the ball on providing critical meds for my wife's eye surgery. The pharmacist at this CVS was incredible! She helped me resolve my issue, was incredibly compassionate, helped me get a discount on the pharmaceutical my wife needed. I wish I could give more stars! Fire the total incompetents at the Milford CVS! I'm writing a letter to Neely Montgomery about both my positive and abysmal experience with this chain. Please, for your personal safety, stay away from the Milford, DE CVS!

Checked online before I visited the store- and says they have in Stock at 988 FORREST ST.Skelcore Deep Tissue Massage Ball went inside and did not find, found a nice gentleman stocking shelves, said someone else had already asked and they have none, recommeneded I buy tennis balls-lol-Bad website info, reserved at CVS on dupont Hwy, reserved and picked up, what a waste on forest st.

Scripts take forever to process. When u call u on hold forever and then get disconnected. Right now on hold 40 min. Cvs/Caremark couldn't even get through

I pulled up to the drive thru in a bit of a hurry ( hence the reason I took the drive thru) and sat there for almost 10 min and no one came to even say anything to me. One woman, who made eye contact with me when I pulled up, just stood there typing on her cell phone the whole time. The other two workers that I could see, were running around working. By the time i finally just left because I was tired of waiting and had somewhere to be, there were two more cars waiting behind me. Who knows if they ever got service, but now I have to take an extra trip back later this evening to pick up my prescription. I will never be using this pharmacy ever again. Future customers be warned.

Maria the pharmacist is awesome and this is a person who loves what they do and are truly there to help you. Not like most big chains pharmacies. Walgreens across the street horrible. I am needing a antibiotic , apparently this is still pandemic shortages. I need asap, an hr + after called in , said will be another hr. I am struggling with this infection and their website says 2+ hrs.. ahhhh
