This is a great place to shop for basics like t shirts, athletic clothes and things like that. Most clothing is just ordinary. You can find reasonable priced items for those gifts for weddings or house warming. The staff is always nice and helpful.

Today I took my 99 yr old mom to the Boscovs shoe dept in Dover. Her feet have been swollen and she needed a wider shoe. The sales associate "June" was amazing & very patient and found her a comfy shoe and style that she liked. The only color they had in that style that fit was dark navy and June offered to order them in black. But mom was ok with the navy. Thanks. It was a pleasant experience.

I visited the store a couple of years ago and the prices were very low. There was also a 75% off sale on many items. I stopped in last week and the prices were crazy high. What happened? This was a store that had prices that were lower than Ross and Burlington. Now it is a store that is the same as a Macy's, JCPenny and Kohls. Unfortunately I will never go back. A polo shirt was $7-$10 a few years ago and now it is $49.99 and higher. Boscov go back to being the bargain store it was please.

Been going to Sarku Japan forever. When I lived in NY as well. This place is always busy , so you know yoyur getting fresh food all the time.

The store is very nice. Sales are great. You can find almost anything that you want and need.The only concern I have is that it just takes one employee to spoil a beautiful day for so many. I won't name this person. The salesperson already knows what she is doing, and she doesn't seem to mind spoiling a nice day for others.

Favorite store ever! Service is OK, not great, but not poor. Despite all, their product variety is vast and prices are awesome. The quality of their products is good and their sales top all in my opinion. It's my absolute best shopping trip, I can spend hours in the store.

The dresses are really beautiful there, I usually find what I'm looking for there is a wide variety of clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry. Found this beautiful blue dress on sale 50%off this item was purchased at Plymouth meeting mall sorry for any inconvenience

First time here it was glorious!! So many selections in this Department Store. I didn't even have time to go through the whole Store. But they have ever price range for anyone from normal clothing to High-end products. I Definitely will be back and spend more time there and in the Mall That has all kinds of Store's

I love going into this store.This store has really cute clothes. They are kinda pricey, though. I went to the Dover Mall location. They do have regular lower price clothing and also have nicer brands like nautica, etc, which are more on the pricey side, of course. When they have their sales, they are pretty darn good lol.I've also been to the Concord Mall location as well in Delaware and that one was really nice as well. This location is the first one I've ever visited.

Store is clean and well stocked. Most employees are friendly and helpful, however not all. Some items are overpriced, so have to really look for those that are reasonable.

I’m so disappointed I went to the store to purchase a couple of things and I asked if they did price matching to their own website and was told no. Why wouldn’t you match your own prices that doesn’t make sense so I end up leaving the store Nothing because it didn’t make sense for me to pay more, but it was disappointing that I didn’t leave with the items that I wanted.

Haven't shopped at Boscov's in a long while. Found out that the Dover location no longer gives out daily military discounts. Not an issue! Actually the steeped up, you now get a permanent discount bar code. Good deal!

Everything you can imagine is here and usually on sale. This store is a cut above a Walmart but somewhere well below a Lord and Taylor. They have a vast selection of clothing in all sizes including petite, women's, and plus. For some reason I am always able to find something that is very nice for a good price. I wish they would upgrade their fitting rooms as they are shabby and worn out but the staff is friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask about additional discounts. Browse the housewares department for bargains. The Dover store has an abandoned side patio for Garden merchandise. Seems that the big department stores like this one are struggling to make it. I hope they do so hang on Boscovs!

For the type of department store it is, nice merchandise and most of it is useful one way or another, when stuff is on sale you see the difference between wholesale prices and sale prices.

Only real department store in Dover Delaware. There's a Penny's, but haven't found anything in a Penny's in years and their prices are higher.Boscov's has everything we need, great sales and always well stocked.Get their credit card for additional discount coupons in the mail.LOVE BOSCOV'S!

First trip there last week and I was really thrilled with how nice this store was. Very well stocked with new fall merchandise neatly displayed and so clean. Sales staff was very polite and helpful. Can't wait to go back.
