Poorly organized and.not well stocked. The hours seem to change frequently and sometimes they are closed with no reason given. Not sure if the issues are due to mismanagement or incompetence, but I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Today July 23, 2023 3:15 pm I went into the store purchase some items left my credit card home ask the attendant to hold my bag at the front she had no problem doing that she says I came back five minutes later I was instructed that I had to go back and pick up the items I asked her to hold for me also I was told That she checked out a young lady with a child and another lady with her who Intel took my bag as well as their bag on purpose so the attendant told me there was nothing she could do but make a report as far as I’m concerned either she was lying or either in on it or you just let two people get away with theft I will never shop there again

Nice family dollar with great buys. I love their wall hangings at this store. They have so many to choose from at great prices. Nice glassware too! I got several stemless wine glasses for $1 each and receive compliments on them. They are very nice and in colors.

I don’t expect much from stores like this but I do expect the governing mandates to be followed.Employee Melissa at register refuses to wear a mask because she’s too hot and can’t breathe. When the manager told her to wear it she refuses. I reiterated and she told me to meet her outside when she’s done work tonight.This was after she yelled at a customer who asked for prices protection for an item he purchased that was labeled wrong.The manager in the store told her to go to the back but you can tell he fears her.

Items are scattered all over. Some items are fairly priced, if you dont want to spend too much on items you hardly use this is the place to go and buy otherwise pass on this one

Whenever I call to get information about a product and/or price, no one answers. It just rings then hangs up on me... This store is always messy, doesn't seem to give a flying F about how it looks. I worked at a high-crime, high-volume Family Dollar in WV (the highest shrink volume store in the region & part of the country), and it worked better than this store.

Make sure to use the digital coupons when shopping, I am not a couponer but the $5 off $20 on Saturdays, makes it worth a trip, you can combine coupons for bigger discounts. Wish the store was cleaner.

disgusting. everything is everywhere, you can't get by, employees nowhere to be found, and when you do see them their either playing on their phone or not doing their job. they NEED new workers.

Not open when I visited last but it should have been opening according to the sign on the door stayed in the hours of business but the doors were locked and no one was in there

Always a mess customer service is a joke and mentality of the workers is what you would expect in a dollar store. Dont get your hopes up, get in buy your cheep supplies and get out. Dont expect anything more then that.
