Ordered 3 pizzas for the first time, 3 came but 1 was wrong. We ordered no cheese on one due to dietary restrictions and the 3rd pizza came with cheese on if after carefully reiterating for no cheese (as confirmed on receipt). As we called to correct this change and have the correct order dropped off it took 1 hour exactly for the correct order to get to our house and when it arrived it was cold (pictured) as if we were being punished for calling for the correction. This pizzeria is a 4 minute drive from our home so I'm not sure why this took so long if not to teach us a lesson. Shame cause I really like supporting local businesses when I can but this experience has turned me off to another order due to how cold the pizza arrived.The other 2 pizzas were good, but attention to detail is key especially with dietary restrictions. Maybe in the future we can do business again, but for right now being my first experience it will take me some time to consider your establishment again.Dietary restrictions: They can comply but check your pizza first.

Been ordering here for quite awhile now usually twice a month, placed an order with a young girl over the phone and they should be well versed on specials so that we can get more bang for our bucks being as though take out food is a treat and not required. They should be thankful for the loyal customers and not treat them poorly. I ordered a medium pizza , 20 wings and a large soda and paid more than the special that was on the website. Being as though my order was more expensive that should have been offered. When I called back they said the driver already left which was fine but when I got my pizza it was cold and the wings dried out. I’ll take my business to Pat’s instead

We ordered a special that came with pizza wings and soda. Naturally like every delivery service the soda does not show up. I could probably stock a small store with sodas owed to us from various places that never come. The big difference between this time and ALL previous times the driver apologized and seemed very sorry not just saying it. He then offered to bring one back to us before I even asked for some type of resolution. So I told him to bring it on his next delivery out. If every employee took the initiative to resolve problems like this and take the heat off the owner/manager like they should if it’s their mistake companies will run much more smooth then most do. Our pizza was great, could have used a little more pepperoni but it was acceptable. The wings were great as well. Good job !

This WAS our go-to pizza shop. We USED to compliment the pizza. Very disappointed that the crust is now soggy, too wet. The crust will not become crispy when reheated. Pizza crust should not flop down with sauce cheese and toppings falling off when held. I went back several times with the same result even after overcooking. The pizza is a sloppy mess so we stopping patronizing . Something drastic has changed with the crust.

Food is always good. However we stopped eating here for months because it always take OVER an hour to get our food when we are told about 50mins. Tonight we decided to try it out again. Our order was set to arrive at 7:46, it is now 8:10 and we still do not have our food. I called they said another 20mins….we don’t even live 20 mins from the place. Never again. Unless I pick up.

I used to be a regular & order from here atleast once a week. They have raised the prices on everything but yet the food quality has gone down significantly. Something is ALWAYS messed up & the worst part is they don’t even try to make it up to you. Once they have your money, they don’t care about anything after that. The guy who runs it is blatantly rude. One time I ordered a cheesesteak for delivery, and instead they sent me a barbecue chicken cheese steak. I called back to let them know they sent me the wrong order.. The owner told me that I could bring back the barbecue chicken cheesesteak, and they would make me the cheesesteak.. I already paid a delivery fee, So I told them I could not bring the cheesesteak back that they could deliver it to me.. The owner told me that if I wanted them to bring me The cheesesteak that I would be charged another $5 delivery fee. I told him I didn’t think that was fair, considering I already paid a delivery fee and tip and it was not my fault that they sent me the wrong food Therefore, they should have to bring me out a New cheesesteak at no cost to me.. The owner literally argued with me and refused to send out a new one. I stopped going here for a little while after that.. And then the other day I decided to give them another try, considering it’s the only pizza place that is local.. One of the things that I ordered was 10 Hot wings, I paid extra for mostly flats. When I got home, I realized they only gave me 2 flats & 8 drums. I called them to tell them about it, and I got nothing but attitude and their response was “ You should have checked your food before you left” They refused to refund me the extra money I paid for mostly flats & they refused to remake. One time my friend ordered pizza and she never received it so she called them to tell them. She never got the food and they told her that she was a liar just trying to get free food. She found out the next day that they delivered it to the wrong house a couple doors down (She was never refunded) so just save yourself the trouble, & do not do business with these people !!! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional food establishment. They will mess up your order and then blame you for it. The word refund isn’t even in their vocabulary.

Food is decent been eating here for years. Never any issues until recently I ordered delivery and received wrong items and when I called to have my ordered corrected some girl answered the phone and put me on hold so she could get the manager when I spoke to the manager he acted as though I was lying and like I was trying to get something for free. So I hung up and drove to the store to speak to him in person the manger refused to talk to me for like 15 minute and then he came came out and again proceed to tell me that the order was right h s a short little man named khalid who is obviously suffering from a napoleon complex and kept arguing with me yelling let me pointing at me saying let me tell you something. And not to mention counter personal standing in the side of the building smoking weed and getting high in the middle of there shift do not go here very unprofessional and will never go here again

We’re really torn here because the food is really good but the service is absolutely ridiculous. We literally live less than 1 mile away. We had a horriable situation with them a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to give them one more try. Another mistake on my part. I’m all about supporting local businesses but they make it very difficult. 4:57 pm I ordered one large cheese pizza and a order of wings. 5:34 I got a text message that my pizzas was here…Where “here” was I have no idea because my pizza delivery person was not here. Turns out they were somewhere in Hartley with my pizza and wings which is 6 miles away!!! I called the pizzeria and asked them what was going on they said he’ll be here in a couple minutes, well at 6:10 Pizza and wings were finally delivered everything was cold and I sent it back. I Called them and ask for a full refund. I can’t even imagine how they don’t even try to make things right…. Moving forward, We are waiting for pizza and wings from Papa Johns right now. Very disappointing but they’re opening up a new Taco Bell so we’re gonna hit that place hard!

We have been ordering from here for about 20 years. We had not ordered for a while and today when they said there is a $5.50 charge for delivery and not one cent goes to the driver I decided never to order from there again. We like to give the driver a good tip and to know they don’t get a dime from that is just not right. The food is really good but we will never eat there again if they came treat their employees better. This is something everyone should know.

Usually do take out for the past almost twelve years at least. Clean established small business with great tasting food. I love the stringy cheese when u ask for extra. The owners are wonderful. Even on long hard days. This restaurant location has always seemed to be extremely busy all the time:)

I live 5 minutes on the same road as the store and it took them over 1 hour and 40 minutes to get my food …. I called 3 times and all I got was he should be around the corner…. Finally I drove up to the store and was told he should be pulling up… I sat there for awhile and drove back home when I arrived he had just pulled up with my food …. Pizza cold … fries soggy and bread all wet …. Obviously I called to complain and was brushed to the side like my comments didn’t matter …. When asked for a refund they sent the driver to come pick the food up it only took him 10 minutes

If I could say -3 stars I would. Not only is their pizza a greasy cold mess but they treat their employees like less than GARBAGE. I think I care about the dirt on my shoe more than they care about their employees. Seen it first hand and I’m lighting them up about it. I hope others do the same coz there is also SO much they can be shut down for…should be greatly looked into. Never seen employee treated so badly and this place is basically ran by a 5 year old. Absolutely unacceptable.

Used to be good. Now when you call, some rude kid answers whose tone of voice makes it sound like you are inconveniencing them by placing an order and giving them your business. To top it off, delivery takes an hour if you are lucky. Most of the time, an hour 15. I am all for supporting local businesses but this will be the last time I order from this place.

Disappointed.Normally I get pizza delivered and it is always pretty good. Today I ordered a couple of Italian subs. One with mayo only and one with oil only. They Both showed up with oil and mayo. The oil was so much, it soaked through everything - roll, bag, wrapping paper everything! So much for lunch.

Very rude we ordered and sat down then was told they closing sitting area after we had already had sat down and then asked about refills and they said they never heard that before and they closed off area to the fountain soda area won't ever eat there again and owner when told about it just laughed it off.very rudw wouldn't recommend the cheswold polisenos place

I have no complaints, I’m from Philly and when I moved to Delaware I was in search of good and responsible pizza places here that had flavor and was on it with the food. Therefore stumbled into them and was hooked. Everything I have gotten so far… the pizza, wings, salads, and pasta has been delicious. Only thing I would say negative is the change with not being able to no longer get all flats in wings, but I mean that’s fine I guess. Customer service and food quality is top notch no complaints. If you want a flavorful reasonable meal… come here cause they winning!

Honestly I didn't even want to give them one star. Chicken cheese steaks were gross. french fries were cold rubbery. Cheesecake was frozen tasted like a liquor of some sort. Was told one price on the phone and a different when delivery was made. Definitely will not order ever again. One star too many. 👎👎

I understand that they are busy on a Saturday night, I order at 4:58 and it is now 7:19 and our delivery is still not here. When I called at 6:30, she said it was out for delivery. Honestly i think they forgot about our order. My kids are giving this place a triple thumbs down. Update: food was delivered at 7:48, kids changed there thumbs down to thumbs up because it was very good. And the delivery girl was very apologetic, which I know it was not her fault. Just can not understand a 3 hour wait. So I have to stick with the 1 star.

I’ve been eating at this restaurant since I can remember. It was my dad’s favorite place to get pizza from. Since his passing, we have still continued to get pizza from here to honor him. Today my boyfriend picked up a large pizza and fry from here and brought it to my house. We live down the road, about a 15 minutes drive. We called as soon as we realized we had someone else’s pizza with someone else’s order/ named taped to our bag. We ordered a large cheese pizza and received an extra large cheese pizza with spinach. We called and the girl who answered the phone was a sweetheart. I told her I couldn’t come back because I’m on crutches and can’t leave. She offered to have it driven out to us which was amazing on her part. We called an hour later (5:59pm) to see where the delivery was, and she told us it was on its way. It’s now 6:21 and still no pizza. This is unacceptable. I used to work in a pizza joint and if there was ever a mess up, that would be the first one delivered. Apparently they haven’t figured out that tactic. Only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because of the girl answering the phones.

Typically the food is awesome. Tonight we called and called for over an hour and got continuous busy signal so we finally decided to do their online app. The order went through and said I would receive an email to let me know when the order was ready. I ordered at 6:20pm. Never received and email so at 7:30 we left to go there. GREAT - my order was ready at 6:40pm they said so I got cold pizza and cold french fries. It's not 9:10pm and I still have not received the notification that my pizza is ready.Quite a disappointment this time!!!!!

We used to live upstate and when we moved down to the Smyrna area, we were on a quest to find a new preferred pizza joint. I’ve tried a few of the mom and pop shops down here, but Polisenos has taken the top spot right now. Ordered two mediums (one white, one with two toppings) on a Friday night for pickup. Both were ready on time, and the pizza tastes amazing!
