Bridgeville is horrible! Seaford is much better. Never have any issues. Unfortunately it's easy to get medication for my dog at the vet than from bridgeville walgreens.

Horrible customer service. Employees are rude and put you on hold for extremely long times. Not open on weekends and closes at 6. Hard to pick up anything if you work.

Am a new resident, went inside to give them insurance card info. Very helpful and polite staff. Took care of everything and my scripts from another state. People expect pharmacy to be super fast and efficient, but they’re responsible for being accurate. Maybe lower the speedy expectations so much?

Absolutely horrible customer service! They hung up on me when I called in for an update on my child's medicine since they never updated my information that my sick child's medication was ready for pick up. When I called to ask if they could give me just a could extra minutes the lady rudely told me if I am not in line by 6 then nothing can be done about it. How does a pharmacy only have hours from 9:30-6:00 when working class families are working those hours? All I can say is thank God for the Seaford location tonight.

Prescriptions are pretty much never ready on time. The line to get to the pharmacy is typically extremely long. Today they told my script would be ready in 20 minutes. Came back 2 hours later and they tell me 20 minutes again.

On multiple different occasions I’ve had prescriptions take DAYS to be filled with no given reason as to why, and once was flat out denied a prescription because of their incompetence. The company as a whole seems to be dying because this isn’t even the worst Walgreens in Sussex..

Would give zero stars if allowed. More than once was told a certain medication could be filled one day when that day came around I went to the pharmacy only to be told it couldn't be filled till the next day. Then my doctor called in a couple prescriptions at 9am and they said it would be done by 11am well 1pm came around and I went through the drive thru and they said they wouldn't be done till 3pm I came back at 4pm and still had to wait a few minutes. I don't think it should take 7 hours to fill a prescription and on top of that the techs have attitude problems.

Management doesn't care. I had a bad experience waited in line to check out forever while manager didn't help. Was waiting in line for trading cards. The sign said limit of 2 per item per customer. Ok I understand and get that. Asked for 3 different pokemon theme decks. These decks are 100% 3 different items so my limit is two of each item. Manager came over and said I can't have 3. I try to calmy explain to her that they are different items. She cuts me off and says it doesn't matter cause its all pokemon. I try to explain again and she cuts me off again. It was dumb can you please at least listen to the customer instead of acting like a Karen. Called there customer support line and talked to the actual manager named Shila and she was just as rude and short with me on the phone so I hung up. I have filled out there customer survey and asked to be contacted about my experience sense it was negative. Will change this review if management calls and apologizes for their behavior. I seriously doubt this will happen with the unwarranted attitude I received

Looking for a wheelchair that is a in store purchase only, out of stock at 15 area locations. Mismanaged at the highest level. Thats what happens when there is no competitionSo I will update while I'm waiting in the drive through. Going on 10 minutes and haven't seen any interaction with the car in front of me. Please build a CVS near by. The original post above was over a year ago.So we'll see if I can get my prescription on the 3rd trip hours later

Went to get our Covid tests after traveling back from Brazil, and quarantining for 7 days...it’s been 8 days (5 business days) and we still don’t have our results...making this test pretty irrelevant. Unless you can get results to people QUICKLY, then this is quite useless. Feels like we’ve wasted our time and money now. I’m giving 2 stars because the place was empty and we got our Covid tests done pretty quick and efficiently...but based on what we actually WANTED to accomplish, it should only be 1 star. Still waiting to get results. Completely pointless now.

Can you give no stars? Closed on weekends. Wait HOURS for prescriptions. I could’ve went to Lowes and gathered the materials to build a lab…built it. Got on eBay and bartered with the sellers on lab supplies….waited for the packages to arrive, and made my own prescriptions in the time it took Bridgeville Walgreens to have it ready. ANNOYED

My insurance changed from Walmart to Walgreens in Jan. Always a problem. The computerized check on prescription status is either vague or incorrect. I'd rather deal with walmart.

Just came from this location, the associate Brooke needs retraining. After playing a game of trivial pursuit with her about an address and phone number I had 7 years ago I finally got my meds.Gave her my birth date and ID , could see if it was a controlled substance but it wasn't. Get a grip girl friend everybody's not a junkie. Wish I could give no stars guess I'll be taking the ride to Walmart. Thank you to the red hair girl who stepped in and knew what she was doing.

Went there for drive up Covid testing. Very pleased with how the manager supervised the long line of cars, and the pharmacy tech who performed the test. This made the long wait a little easier.

Very, very, very slow service. Often out of prescribed medicines and the wacky online/text feature is often incorrect. Nice staff, great pharmacists, but if I had another choice I’d take it.
