Do not purchase puppies from this place. My dog has been sick since the day I brought her Home. On December 30, 2023 the puppy is sick. I got 2 calls returned. I called them crying because the dog is sick with pneumonia. I don’t know if my dog is going to make it. And I have Found a couple other people with similar issues with their puppies no you did not return my call from 2 days ago . when I talk to Katie and left her a message for you to return my call .my dog was in the emergency room and is still there with Pneumonia .I’ve sent emails. And now I have more bills .I have all my documentations to showThis is February 9 and the vet bills continue my puppy was just four months old on February 1. She is sick. I wish I could upload a video. I have tons of them where she can’t breathe she was so to me sick do not purchase from the store if anybody else has purchased a sick dog, please contact me I’ve I am trying to get this place shut downYou can look up most of the breeders from this place they buy from Missouri . They do not sell healthy puppies, and I have one that is sick and still sick. Two months later I have proof I have tons of veterinarian records she even came into the house and got my other two dogs sick. What a shame do not trust the store.Alice Bart I’m trying to contact you. The store is bad news. They will eventually be shut down. It is being ran outside in different states. They’re puppy meals you can go on and search it look up your breeder from the dog that you want to purchase their puppy meals, they will eventually be shut down. It is March 4 2024, and my puppy is still sick. I have every medicine that they had to put her on. I’ve spent thousands of dollars because this place ignorance selling sick dogs Routine

The only thing this business cares about is $$$$ and making the sale. The animals and their well-being are NOT one of their priorities.IF you choose to spend the outrageous prices on one of their puppies PLEASE due yourself a favor and make sure you get it checked out by your own trusted vet first. Better yet, do a little research and find a rescue that promotes the breed you are interested in.

I lost my best friend of 10 years, 2 days ago. Went here on a whim, bc I do not do grief well. Found Lily , min I walked in. 9 week lasha apsha ( spelling?) anyway she is awesome. Staff was great. And I can breathe again. Thank you

We got our frenchie from here 7 months ago ! And I am very happy with my choice.He is the best thing ever that happened to us!Also This place takes very good care of their pups! People who work there really do care about the animals ❤️All pups are clean ! The store is also clean. No pressure on purchasing the puppy! They give you space which I love that.

I got banned from Puppies-R-Us for simply being in the store and looking at the puppies, It’s most likely because I used to work here and the management took my leave personal but I don’t see how that comes to me being banned? If that’s how they run this business I feel bad for anyone still working there!Edit:So apparently I got kicked out cause it’s not a “hangout spot” yet they have people in there just to look all the time, it’s a public business so people being in there just to look and see what they have in shouldn’t be a problem. This business is just petty

We just got our little guy Scout this week. He is a 9 week old Toy Yorkie. The experience was wonderful and it’s a fairly quick process if you want to do the financing option. Be aware that these puppies are very expensive. I paid over $4,000 so don’t be shocked when you hear the price. However, the puppies appear very clean and well taken care of. I was grieving from the sudden loss of our cat and stumbled upon Puppies r us. He appears overall healthy and happy. They also provide a free vet visit to their local vet within 7 days. I’m not sure where they get their puppies, and I’m usually not one to endorse pet shops. But this is a little hole in the wall in a small town.

This was our 1st visit, and we will definitely be going back. It has many precious puppies, and it's a good fix for those wanting a puppy! When we visited, we saw that they also do financing (upon approval) if you want a puppy but don't have the full amount of cash. I spoke with an employee that stated they get new puppies every Monday. If you haven't visited, it's worth the trip!

Ed is wonderful !!! I bought a toy Pomeranian from him. I absolutely love her. There were a few issues with my pup after purchasing her but Ed had no problem focusing on making me happy... He reached out on a regular with me an my Pom... I would so recommend anyone coming here for there pets. He is a fair honest guy. I have referred many people to Ed wanting a toy Pom

I recently had lost my 10 1/2 year old Pomeranian and after feeling like I would never get another dog to love again. I entered raffled on my dearly departed Lacey’s birthday and I stated to myself I never win anything so after about a month or so I receive an phone stating that I won the raffle and I could come and pick out my puppy with a little apprehension I gather my family and we went to puppies r us. I was able to look at their variety puppies although they are expensive the puppy fianancing was easy to do right from my phone we were able to obtain. A mini American shepherd and we have named him Mason Dixon. He is definitely an handful and full of energy. I wouldn’t trade him for the world. The staff at puppies r us we’re fantastic in understanding our grievances about Lacey and was very patient with us and we will be forever grateful for allowing us to love again. Very unprofessional, employees aren’t even knowledgeable about the breeds they sell, terrible experience with this place. Was told the manager was not in for the day then received a call and explained my problem and was hung up on in the middle of the conversation. I called back and it was the store phone so looks like the manager was in and I was lied to. It was there mistake and I was told they can’t help me but the contract clearly states “If puppy is reduced for any reason this voids this entire contract” Was told I would be contacted by the general manager and not surprised I haven’t heard back.

My boyfriend and I came in with my son today to check out the puppies, as we are considering getting a hypoallergenic breed since my son is allergic otherwise. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The puppies all seemed clean and well taken care of. I do like that they seem to source the puppies from ethical breeder and not puppy mills. They are able to show lineage and paperwork for the dogs. All are vaccinated and microchipped already. And although they do offer a cash discount or financing options, the prices are still very high. I’d say whatever price a breeder would typically charge for a breed, tack an extra thousand on. Other than that, it seems like a reliable place to buy a dog.

I can’t say enough good about how great puppies r us is, I bought my puppy there in November, the sales was smooth. My boy Tucker is growing like a weed. He is very healthy, and loves seeing his puppies r us family, when he goes back for a grooming. He is very loving, smart and playful. Thank you puppies r us!

I want to say this place is way more then 5stars it should be 100stars.We just got stuck there in the middle of tornado warning lights went out and all myself n 3yr old daughter were terrified there was so much rain, lighting and wind. Mr Eric and his coworker made us feel beyond safe and made our first visit a visit we will never forget. Thank yall from the bottom of our hearts for what yall did for our family today

I purchased a dog from Puppies R Us and the staff was excellent. They made the sales process very easy. I also get all of my dogs grooming needs taken care of there as well. I have no complaints and highly recommend them if anyone is looking to purchase a dog and get grooming.

Good selection of fish, most are in great shape. Owner was amazing to deal with, first time coming to the store I donated some large goldfish and other small fish I needed to rehouse. We drive 40 minutes to just come here instead of elsewhere. Just recently bought a breaded dragon from them that was in great health. Would recommend this store over others.

Based on other reviews they seem to be awesome with fish, and honestly the one guy whom I talked to knew a LOT about the fish. Told me which ones were good for me and my tank.I have since bought 4 other pets from them, ranging from 8 legged creatures to a new pup. They are actually well priced on their pups. One thing I did notice about the pups were they had a salt lick in there with them (it may not have been but it sure did look like one) and not water. When we got our pup to the vet they said he was little dehydrated and we had only had him for one day ourselves.We got a couple of birds from them as well. We were told they were nice birds and loved to be held and were very friendly. That was not true, it took 3 months for the birds to stop being hateful and each time we asked about them they were "I dunno, they were nice when they were here", we do not abuse the animals we have nor do we do anything "wrong" according to online forums and professional books.Overall they seem to tell you whatever is needed to get you to buy a pet or something for your pet. When it's the wrong item or the animal acts differently then what they said they seem to ACT (but not say) like it's something you're doing wrong or your didn't describe what you needed clearly enough. NONE of the animals are returnable by the way.The store itself is quite nice! All but one of the employees are very nice as well, just be careful when buying a pet, they will do whatever it takes to make a sell!

We absolutely love having our dogs groomed here. The groomer is professional and always checks with us before making a decision regarding our dogs.We bought our last dog from here. Very pleasant experience and a very well behaved dog. They answered all of our questions before we made our purchase.
