If I could I'd give this place 0 star's I would. Get this every time I call this place they push my call to end of the line. I could be on the phone anywhere from 10-30 minutes. And do you want to know how I know this is true? I had called on my cell phone waited a bit then called using new house phone number and guess what? The house phone was answered before my cellphone. I don't know what I did to piss this place off either way it's unethical in their line of work. 😡

Little busy but very open I think their adding or fixing the back right area but just stopped in for some cards couldn't find what I was looking for since the ruths hallmark store is closed down now kinda mad about that still says open on google!!! But thanks for the kind a quick service at the checkout... theybalso abide by COVID-19 regulations

Went to go print up passport photos there that I purchased from walgreens before. Told me they have to retake the photos. Felt the manager was just being difficult because she was letting someone cut infront of me and I called her out. Not sure what the point of buying the walgreens usb, getting the digital copies and its policy that I cant get them reprinted. Went to another walgreens and they said thats not company policy and helped me. Love employees that make up their own policy because they just can't be bothered to help.

I have been with this pharmacy since back when it was a Happy Harry's pharmacy, so it has been a really long time. I have kept using them over the years due to the convenience and because I generally had a good experience. It is no longer a good experience to have prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. Due to the change in hours, the pharmacy is only open during times when I am generally at work, and when I am able to break away to make a special trip, there has been a long line of patients waiting to pick up prescriptions, often stretching from one end of the store to the other. I know that the pharmacy staff is doing the best they can, but that does not mean that I have to use them. Changing my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Awful pharmacy. States my prescriptions are available but then suddenly the store is closed. This place needs to be shut down fully with a full apology for anyone who has ever had to deal with this store.

They never answer their phones or update you when your prescriptions are ready, even if you have the Walgreens app. Right now (1/27/22) the pharmacy is completely closed until 1/31/22. I have an inhaler that I need to pickup from them that I cannot get. They are literally putting my life in danger. Switching to Rite-Aid across the street. I suggest everyone else do the same.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've experienced. I changed to this location upon moving and I've have 2 scripts filled here previously so you'd think they'd know by now. I've called three days in a row because to pick up my script it is time sensitive (I only have a certain window of time to obtain it) but not a single person has been able to give me an answer on why I can't come get my script/ why its been delayed (because my derm and I have both done exactly what we need to do on our end) I've been waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes now. Definitely not coming here anymore, for anything.

My mother had a confirmed appointment for a Covid Booster shot on 11/18/2021 at 4:10 p.m at this location after being turned away as a walk in a week prior. She was turned away again because the young lady in the pharmacy didn’t see her name on the list. The email confirmation had her name, appointment time, and this location in which we have proof the appointment made online. No effort was made to accommodate and I’m extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the store, I guess it was for the best.

Picked up a prescription for an acute problem. My doctor had told me what he ordered. Upon returning home, I noticed the drug's name wasn't what my doctor told me. So I Googled it, thinking it might be a generic. WRONG! Totally different drug.I called the Pharmacy and the clerk told me to "bring it back" in a very nonchalant manner, as if it happens frequently. At the store, I asked to speak with the pharmacist. He was very unconcerned and told me the correct prescription was at the counter. I said "you don't seem to understand...had I not Googled the drug I was given, I would have taken a drug that would not have helped my problem and to which I might be allergic." Again, he merely stated "your prescription is at the counter." I looked at the clerk and said "I guess I won't be getting an apology." She turned to the pharmacist and said sarcastically "she wants an apology!" He walked away.

Went in store because Walgreens.com says stores match online prices but, even with showing the cashier where it clearly says that, she said her manager refused to follow policy. They told me if i wanted the online price to place an online order when their online price wasn't even on sale, it was just regularly priced while in-store it was severely overpriced. As a new local resident with kids I'll be visiting one of the other numerous local pharmacies for our needs or use a same day delivery service like Amazon or Target like i did today.

Do NOT get your prescriptions from this pharmacy. It will take at days for them to count pills to 30. They have only hours during the weekdays when most people are working. This is a company that just is pinching pennies since it seems they don't want to hire additional people to help alleviate a known issue.

I understand why this store rated 2.8. I was there to my wife’s medicine. They told me yo wait 20 min. After 20 min., another person told me 30 min. more! Stay away these guys! They don’t know what they are doing! You might even get a wrong medicine! Stay away for your own sake! There is another store right across the street. I will try there for next one!

I visited Walgreens today with my 4 yr old grandchild for health and wellness items next to the prescription line. Where my grandchild touched a bicycle and was yelled at by an older man in line who stated he had permission to bring the bike inside. This was an extreme safety hazard as the bike was not secured at all. An argument ensued with the bike owner who yelled at the top of his lungs! My issue with Walgreens is that I am a customer just like him and the safety of my grandchild and myself were put at risk by Walgreens. No staff or anyone intervened or said one word as this man yelled about his bike while his equipment shrewn in the prescription customers waiting area. The time was approximately 8:30 the store was not crowded and yet no manager or anyone else said one word! If it is your policy to let customers bring in bicycles or any other equipment it should also be your policy to make sure the items are secure where a preschooler is not in jeopardy of being hurt by falling equipment. Most business establishments require bicycles Etc to be secured outside of the store not just laying inside in the middle of the Aisle where anyone could trip, fall or be injured by it. I will also post this complaint on your website and would expect some sort of response from the regional manager and not the store manager who was on duty at the time! Check your cameras / recordings. The fact that no one said anything while this Man scares the life out of a preschooler infuriates me the most!

It's okay... but there is a lady there who behaves as though she owns the store, is a security guard, or just has to watch minorities. For as long as I can remember, sometimes she is helpful and sometimes she is pushy when trying to get you to buy something else in place of what you really want. The other problem I have is when I go there to get vaccinated, it is FILTHY! You would think that if medication of any kind is going to be administered, at the very least, the area would be wiped down, dusted, or cleaned occasionally (by anyone who works there). I have allergies and when I sat down behind the petition, I started sneezing like crazy. The dust and dirt is thick enough that if you move you can see it stirring around. And there are usually discarded bandage papers, and needle caps on the floor and counter. I had to stop going there and travel to a cleaner Walgreens. It was a little out of the way... but I love my Walgreens stores (Lol).

I went to browse their hair products and was disappointed to find that all of their Black hair products have stickers on them that say electronically monitored for theft. Very few of their other hair products have this sticker. I've never seen this type of thing at other walgreens in the area. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

My issue, is how long it takes to get a script filled.The friendly staff, know me by name, and Michelle is the friendliest cashier in the area.If they resolved the pharmacy issue, I would give them * * * * *.

the pharmacy wait time is ridiculous, both in store and on the phone. once i told the lady at pharmacy that my insulin would be in the refrigerator and she refused to listen to me, being in pharmacy it is common sense that insulin would be kept in there, then when she finally took over 15 minutes to get it, where do you think it was yup in the fridge...SMH

Went to get my dogs lifesaving meds and the pharmacy was not open. Now she has to wait two days to get her meds. What pharmacy is not open on a Saturday at any time.

Usually a wait. Getting shingles shot here today. Area where shots are given is not clean. Trash can lid beside me is very dusty. Dusty area in general. It would take very little effort to make this s nicer /cleaner area for vaccines.

Despite calling you 3 times I still have not received my prescription that you were supposed to ship out over a week ago you have not put it on my app so that I can have it shipped so you said that you would send it out to me as soon as I updated my information which I did immediately call back to follow up call back again to follow up and still you have not even billed my credit card which means you have not even attempted to ship it despite telling me that fedex has not picked it up to say that I am disappointed with you would be the understatement of the year you used to be one of my favorite stores and now I do not even want to go in there I am not standing in line with people for covid test in the middle of a pandemic for over an hour I understand there is a shortage of people but but the fact that it takes 7 days to ship a prescription is pretty bad not to mention if you call you have to wait on hold for over half an hour

An easy location to get to. Unfortunately not open 24 hours, and the pharmacy hours seem strange. The pharmacy counter itself is rather small and the line and wait can be quite long if you go at certain times.

I have been on hold for over 25 minutes and I am still waiting for a represemativeThis is not acceptable I am so sick of hearing sorry our staff is answering other calls there is one call ahead of you how long does it take to answer a question I have been a loyal customer since before you took over from Happy Harrys altogether probably 30 or more years This is probably the end for Walgreens there are lots of CVS stores close to me think it's time to changeSTILL WAITING THIS IS REDICULIOUS

Worst pharmacy ever. They don't call and communicate anything with you if there is an issue filling a script. Very rude staff, incompetent people and they have the nerve to close at 6 on weekends.
