The salads are good. But noticed the prices went up and some of the ingredients were changed or are now cut much much smaller than they used to be. Chicken pieces are extremely small so you don't get much protein unless you pay extra $$ you can easily spend $12-$20 on ONE salad. Great option if your on the go or don't feel like making one at home for a fraction of the cost.

I hate to do this because I’m usually happy with the service that I receive from this location, but the salad that I received tonight was unacceptable! I arrived almost 2 hours before closing and you would think that I showed up right as the doors were closing and they were serving the scraps that they had leftover at the end of the day. Everything in my bowl was wilted and slimy! I couldn’t even eat it. I’m so disappointed that I wasted a $5.00 reward and additional out pocket costs on something that I couldn’t even eat!

Have been coming here for quite some time. Friendly and clean environment. Soup and salads are good quality and have a good variety. Would recommend this SaladWorks location for anyone looking for a quick and healthier alternative for lunch.

Great salads. They don't seem to have boosted their prices like everywhere else has. So now they are a better value compared to other places.But they do have those very annoying payment terminals that ask if you want to leave a tip. That has become one of my big pet peeves.

Horrible service. The shift lead (light brown skin w glasses) cleaning the salad bar and another girl (dark skin) was serving a guest. The guest decided he wanted something else so he started another salad while I continue to wait. The shift lead just continues to clean salad bar and never said a word to me. However, when the server gets to me i noticed the shift lead listening in on our interaction. The dark girl give me my price without asking if I want a drink, eating here or to go and wasn’t going to give me a warm roll unless I asked

Rotting salad. They served me rotting salad because they decided to clean up early and didn't want to get me fresh salad. DONT NOT SHOP HERE. night team serves people spoiled food in order to leave earlier than their shift. ALL the lettuce leaves tasted sour.

This place is going down fast!! I wanted to get a chicken ceasar salad. After looking at the lettuce i decided to pass on the salad especially since I also seen a worker had cucumbers in a bucket she dropped the open bucket picked it back up and started taking cucumbers out of it and giving them to customers. I ordered soup the worker asked me did I want some bread I said wheat plz he said they are out so I said ok white is fine. He got some tongs picked out the bread and threw it in the bag that my soup was in. I thought they used to wrap them individually. Yeah customer service has gone down the workers act like they don't want to be there. Find another salad works to go too.

We love Saladworks and this location was great. It was clean and the ingredients were fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and filling! I am on a no/low carb diet at the moment and so I was curious how much sugar was in a particular dressing. My salad designer looked it up in the book but it was not available information there. My only recommendation is to have the nutrition information for all salads and ingredients available for the customers. This will increase the ability for the company to offer healthy alternatives to fast food and save valuable staff time.

This was my first time experiencing a salad works location. My wife and I figured since we are eating healthy this would be a good option. Upon arriving the store looked amazing, there were upbeat employees ready to serve us and the ingredients looked amazingly fresh. I was so happy with my yummy salad I came back the next day with our eight year old daughter and purchased another. I believe the entire team deserves recognition and the management staff deserves promotions. I will be back today!!!!

Everyone loved their salads from the Fox Run location, but I was left hungry because they said they don't make sandwiches or panninis at this location that the office was ordering from. I was looking forward to trying their paninis too! 2 stars for a limited menu and I wouldn't go back here for a lack of sandwiches...but 4 stars for the salads according to everyone else.

Clean and when I walked in, the food smelled great. The line moved quickly and the employees all were using proper mask care. They were nice when asking what I wanted on my salad. Good place to eat with lots of outdoor seating.

I love Saladworks but I'm not thrilled with the new bowls at this location. It's a little bit harder to mix in your own dressing because it's so narrow. The salad itself was great as usual. The ingredients are fresh and the restaurant is clean. Prompt & courteous service.

Have eaten here plenty of times, as it is a great little spot for diverse salads and wraps. The ingredients are fresh, and the staff is courteous. There is often a line during their rush hour, but things move along steadily. Many folks take the salad to go for home. For dining in, my only suggestion for the owner would be to resurface the wooden tables with a nonstick clear epoxy. Otherwise, the atmosphere and pop background music is nice.

A wonderful place to enjoy a freshly made salad. Order from the huge menu or customize your salad. The eating area was clean and well lit. They offer free WiFi and the use of a USB ports and plug outlets for your electrical devices.Parking: Lots of free parking.

Always happy when we come here, I would give a 4.5 if possible. The workers are always friendly and happy to help, the food is always good, and it is usually quick. (I really recommend the thai chicken salad!)The only knock is the price. While 9-10 dollars for a salad isn't unreasonable, it isn't great either (which is why I want to give it 4.5 stars!)I definitely recommend!

This Saladworks is fine. It's arguably the best location in the area, but it still has issues with consistency (as every Saladworks seems to have). Some days the food is great and the service is friendly; others, you're left wondering why you paid $9+ for less-than-fresh food and not even a smile. They seem to follow a just-in-time inventory method, which, while cost-saving to the business, results in toppings frequently out of stock. For a Saladworks, this store is fine; but I want to believe there are better options out there.

Salad works is usually great, but when you're making a wrap you might want to go a little lighter on the lettuce and a little heavier on the meat. I got a chicken ceaser wrap and it was like all lettuce, wasn't really impressed.

First of all, I came in around 7:45 when the location in Bear Delaware doesn’t close until 8. I was rushed and could barely place my food order because they literally were clearing out the containers before they even closed. I got To the counter, I was told they already dumped the soap, and they also already turned off the fountain drink machine so I couldn’t get soap, or a drink. Than when I go to pay, I’m told we don’t accept 100 dollar bills, which isn’t stated OR listed anywhere in the store. I just said forget it and walked out. To add insult to injury, everyone was rude. I will never eat at this DUMP again.

The food is really good, but the service not so much. Hopefully they can train their new people better.EDIT: came back in recently, staff is still rude. Cashier told me to have a nice day and once I said it back, the other two lazy employees behind the counter mockingly said "BYE". PLEASE train your teenage employees to do better.

Ordering through the app or website never works, but you can call your order in ahead of time and still get the points when you pay. They also offer a military discount of 10%EDIT: Thanks for the feedback. I'm looking forward to your new app!

Went there for lunch Thursday and ordered the soup/ salad combo. Cabo fire roasted salad and chicken noodle soup with white roll. Started my salad, it was good.... but roll was stale, exchanged it for another. After finishing most of my salad, I opened my soup and after one bite noticed the really long hair. My hubby took it back to show the manager. She exchanged it with another serving...from the SAME pot! Never going back.

Excellent salads and soups; however, always a problem when ordering via app and curbside. Even when I order on the app, well in advance, the food is never delivered curbside in a timely manner and phone is rarely, if ever, answered. Quite disappointing, particularly when you advertise curbside service. When I asked why it took so long (45 min), I was told, “we had other people in line, I’ll get to you when I have time.” Completely unacceptable when I paid in advance for an order for curbside, and told it would be ready 45 min ago.
