Had a prescription sent in and got a text that it was too soon and would be filled today 1/20, but when I can and finally get a person, I am told that I will be notified when it is filled. I asked if they could give me an ING’s when, they just repeated that I would be notified when it is completed. They are usually better than this. I don’t know what happened out who answered my call, but this is really bad customer service.

I got off the bus to go to Rite Aid to put money on my cash app, but I need to use the bathroom first so I asked the lady if I could use the bathroom she told me they don’t have a bathroom on the premises this wouldn’t have happened in CVS 🙏🏾

Pharmacy Never Picks Up the Phone! My doctor tried to call too and was on hold for 30 minutes, but still no response. Very concerning that nobody picks up all hours of the day/evening. I tried calling Customer Care Center but not sure what they can do to make them pick up phone calls.

The pharmacist manager, Jennifer is absolutely amazing!I’ve been having a very difficult time filling a prescription, and she took the time to explain the reasons for my current issues. I had literally called every pharmacy in the tri-state area and each one was rude and short with me until today.Thank you for your help, Jennifer. Rite Aid is lucky to have you on their team.

The Rite aid in Gov Sq, Rt 40, bear, is the worst....i go in, pickup some stuff, about $38, the cashier scans it, i put my credit card in the reader, it says "chip malfunction". ok, so i swipe it - "card error", i try 3-4x, ask the cashier, an older guy, cant you do it manually from the register? he said, NO! you gotta do it there! quite RUDELY 😡tried again, didnt work. I used same card minutes before at another store, no problem. I told him "Never mind! and walked out. I guess Stupid !#%^! Rite aid doesnt want my money. very annoying. went to Walgreens, bought same things, cheaper too, CARD WORKED FINE. Boycotting Rite Aid, POOR customer service. #RiteAidSucks

The customer service at checkout was really nice! I did not have a good experience at the pharmacy. After two attempts to get shingles shot they were unable acomadate me. The Pharmacist I get RX from regularly spoke to Pharmacist at Rite and gave info, but still to no avail. Finally the Rite Aid on Basin Rd was able to provide the RX, no problem. (?)

Have been a loyal customer here for many years. The staff knows me by name and are always helpful. I am disappointed they no longer have Sunday hours in the pharmacy but understand the need for staff to have a day off.

I shop this store frequently. I was in the other day and the atmosphere has definitely changed. The last time i was in everyone was happy and personal it was a great experience. This time it seemed as if the employees were just trying to make it through their day. The employees were nice but they didn't seem too happy.

I use to come in more frequently but store doesn't have what I need about 90 percent of the time. I brought a check/coupon thing they send in mail to use locally. The cashier said he cant accept it. I've used this at all other locations even Walgreens. I told him u use it as a coupon he said but it's a check and it needed to be run threw the check system which they didnt have. Wish they would train their employees to use this..

Be sure to count your prescription before you leave because they labeled mine per the prescription but only gave me half the count. Inefficient processes and poor customer service. Calling in a prescription does not mean that they will have it ready, so be prepared to wait for them to fill it.

Idk if it’s the pharm tech but someone in pharmacy does not know anything and is very slow!!! Telling me my prescription is being transferred somewhere else.

The pharmacist I gave my scripts to the night before misplaced them and then put them under the wrong name and then didn't even have my proper insurance info like I asked the night before so here I am the next day waiting a half hour to get them and had to call my mother and upset her asking her sick and dizzy to obtain this info and read it to me over the phone
