This pharmacy never answers the phone. You should not have to go to the store to get an update on medication. You can contact them on different days at different times..still no one answers.Very disappointed with the service since the closure of the Rite Aid at 1999 pulaski highway.

Worst Pharmacy ever, they do not pick up their phones. I tried multiple times a day early morning mid day and evenings nobody ever picks up. Guess what rite aid you are not the only pharmacy out their and I will take my business else since you clearly don’t care about your customers.

Shout out to Sandy, Veronica and Marcus. When they are working you know you are gonna have a excellent shopping experience.They are so friendly,nice, and really caring. They go above and beyond for their front end customers. Please make sure you keep them at this store and maybe give them a raise. Thank you

I’ve been meaning to write a review for awhile but kept forgetting, last month I needed my prescription filled but they were out of stock. The girl put me on hold while she called around to other Rite Aids for me to see if any were in stock. They weren’t and so she apologized and hung up. About 10-15 min later my phone rings and irs the pharmacy, the girl was calling to tell me her pharmacist did find some of my medication in stock for me. I have never had a pharmacist or pharmacy tech go so above and beyond for a customer and actually go out of their way to call around and call me back to inform me they could fill my medication. Absolutely excellent customer service and I will be using this pharmacy consistently now. The pharmacy tech from that night deserves recognition and a raise !!

I been going to Rite aid for over 20 years now, this has been the third store that I have changed to. With that being said each store I have expect that i will have to come back twice to get all of my scripts filled because they are always out of one script or could only half fill another. IT'S Rite Aid ! Very rarely is someone happy to wait on you, and I'm not looking for a conversation or to tell my life story, but i also hate the feeling that I'm annoying the person I'm asking my scripts for.. last night i went in to pick up my scripts at 8:15 they have changed their pharmacy hours they closed at 8:00. Did not change it on Google or the front of the store. so I show up the next morning at 8:30. The pharmacy opens at 9:00 no one shows up till 9:06 the pharmacist kindly says we will be with you as soon as we can. They open their registers and windows they starts talking to another employee then waits on her as if no one was waiting for their scripts prior to her. I patiently waited too let them open the registers and not feel like I was rushing them, meanwhile another customer comes and they wait right on them... I promise I will never spend another dime at another Rite aid again or any corporation that they're affiliated with! And life isn't this complicated but when people expect courtesy in the world they should give courtesy back, especially when you're a customer..

Horrible experience with this pharmacy! Doctor sent my prescription several hours before I came to pick up as this is not the first time but several times my prescription is never ready! Being told they're short staff every time is not acceptable. Also being told that I have to wait after the Pharmacist lunch 40min later and asking for the Pharmacist name which she refused to give (Aida) and asking if someone else could provide her name. I was told No. Left a message for the pharmacy manager to call me. Spoke with the store manager who was very understanding.

June 12 2021. Came through the drive through pic up my medication. The gentleman working it had ZERO personality. No welcome to Rite Aid, just may I help you and then 6.83 cents. No thank you no nothing. Absolutely poor customer service from this gentleman.

I love the pharmacist 💖 his name is Bill. He has been very helpful and one of the nicest pharmacist I've ever dealt with. Very kind and understanding. All staff at this Rite aid are incredible! Thank you

I never really give reviews but this shopping experience was horrible. I went into your store around 9:30 to grab a few things before heading home. As I walk through the store i notice I'm being watched and followed by an employee named Rob. He navigates about two aisle from me everywhere I go. As I head to checkout the cashier Bernadette had to fix some pricing your price tags were incorrect. Rob comes to the register not to approve an override but to see if everything i picked up during my trip to your store was actually paid for. I've worked in retail for 5+ years and this was a poor judgement of stereotyping an individual. There were several buying groups that could have needed your assistance but were so concerned about me. Please train your employees to watch ALL customers not just a particular group. I'm an Gold Wellness Status member with you guys. I hope this review does justice because if he were to pull me as shoplifter legal actions would have been taken. Thank you

Very disappointed with front counter employee. Instead of greeting I greeted him. After I paid I said thank you very much and have a nice day. He didn’t even say any single word back to me. What kind of customer service is that ? If you don’t like working go to home man don’t messed up customers days

Poor customer service, pharmacists are beyond rude. Call multiple times to share prescription is ready however not ready when you go to pick up. They also tell you that you’ve sent the prescription to the wrong store (triple check and it’s been sent to the same store, the one accusing you that you’ve sent it elsewhere). They also change your prescription without notifying you. The most awful place and disgusting employees.

They tell you they have to "get your script ready" when literally they just have to pull the box off the shelf.. not like they had to get pills together or nothing.. they just gotta pull the stuff off the shelf.. happens all the time!

I've been going to Rite Aid for MANY years!!!! TRULY FANTASTIC!!!!! GREAT SALES!! FABULOUS STAFF!! I would like to mention 2 of MY ALL TIME FANTASTIC PHARMACISTS DOUGLAS ALBRIGHT at Rite Aid in DELAWARE & BILL at RITE AID BEAR DELAWARE!!! I LOVE THESE PHARMACIES!!!!

Rite aid is a clean store,but on over the counter Healthcare and diet items they are more expensive than other stores.1 item that I buy is $2.50 more if bought at rite aid and buying it at another store $2.50 cheaper same brand and quantity.If your on a budget be prepared for price sticker shock .I also seen another item in rite aid $18.99 elsewhere $14.99 that is a big price hike for the same item.
