I've got a shy 4 month old puppy who is very weary of strangers. Hes been coming for about a month and a half. He is definitely not the type to approach another person, he mostly hides behind his mama....except when he comes to daycare. by the time we're turning into the parking lot, he is literally crawling out of his carseat to get up front and whines. he will literally try to jump out of my hands and he walks in very happily without hesitation. he doesn't act like that anywhere else but home! super thankful for their staff!update: he is 1 now and still loves it 🤣🤣 his favorite place on earth. they have been beyond wonderful. 10/10 recommend

My doberman puppy goes to daycare here 3 times a week. The entire staff is awesome and understands her needs and energy levels. They are very welcoming and accommodating. They are even patient enough while I have her sit before she goes back into the daycare. My home is over half an hour away from the daycare but this is worth the drive. Although there are other dog daycares closer to me I choose to bring my pup here because they handle her with care and respect and treat her very well. They know how to handle dogs of all sizes and energy levels. The dogs get a lot of activity through the day so they are tired when it’s time to go home. We are grateful for Hannah’s House!

Dog kennel is very small for big dog. they do not have outside outlet for dog when they are in Kennel, so they have to take dogs outside for pee and potty.My Dog came back home sick "twice". I have serious concern about there cleanliness outside and specially inside the Kennel.ofcourse we have used other boarding facilities as well, my Dog is house trained, when my dog comes back home from Hannah's House - he is very dirty - his paws has a pee and potty stuck in nails and on the paws - which is not nice, compared to other boarding facility when he comes back home pretty clean. - which proves that Hannah's house is not a clean facilities or they might be ignoring Dog's in the small Kennel for a longer period of the time.We will not return.

I have not boarded here recently mainly because the last time i did, my doggos came home with Kennel Cough. The staff was very pleasant to deal with, but the facility was a bit unkempt.

Have been taking our dog here for the past 2 years! She loves it, all the dogs are friendly and play well together. Staff is friendly, helpful and know her by name! Also the best groomer we have used so far, she always comes home smelling Amazing! She gets to use up all her energy while boarding and we appreciate that so much, comes home happy and ready for a nap!

I have been taking my dog here for the past year and Hannah’s House never disappoints. They always provide top quality service with unique touches that make their grooming services special. They always find time for my pup even if I call last minute, which is not necessary but extremely appreciated. Even though I recently moved, I will absolutely continue to make the drive to Hannah’s!

Hannah's House went out of their way to accommodate my three dogs during a last minute, multi-day trip. They were extremely kind and professional! One of my three is extremely timid and they did a great job making him comfortable despite his anxieties. I had all three groomed during their stay and they did a GREAT job.After a behavioral evaluation, they also allowed all 3 of my pups into their doggy daycare while they were boarded, so I didn't have to worry about the dogs being stuck in kennels all day, every day until I returned like some places tend to do.Despite it being quite far out of the way, I'll definitely be bringing my pups back to Hannah's House next time I need to travel.

Update: 2/22/23Been almost 4 years we have been coming here and our dogs are still getting tired out!!We just moved here from the Midwest and I have been struggling with finding a place like we had back home, until now! I started taking all three of my dogs there ranging in age 2-15. They all love it and are calm when they go in and come out which gives me a sense of peace! The place is clean and the staff friendly!We had our dog groomed here and they did an awesome job. He looks so handsome and I don’t know what she did, but he’s not shedding nearly as much. Hopefully it last awhile!

The owners Hannah & Sean are wonderful along with all of their staff. My dog, Saint, loves going there and he is always treated with loving care. ❤️ I love when they send me a photo, it helps me know he's ok when he boards and to know he's having fun while I'm away.

Hannah's house has been an amazing place for my dog to stay overnight as well as spend the day at doggy day care. My Aussie is a nervous dog and Hannah's House always does an incredible job getting him used to the other dogs. I would recommend Hannah's House to anyone looking for a great doggy day care or overnight stay. Their grooming services are also awesome.

Our dog loves spending time here! They have been wonderful and very easy to work with for both day care and when we need to board her! She has a great time and gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot. I would definitely recommend Hannah's house for doggie daycare and boarding.

Amazing caring staff! We got a puppy and his energy level being to the max, we needed an outlet. The doggie day care has been perfect for him. He is always a tired happy pup when we pick him up...and then he behaves when at home. Their services have changed our home life from a stressful crazy puppy environment to a peaceful one. Well worth the investment! The staff love and care for him and when I’ve needed overnight care they’ve been great!

We've used Hannah's House for a few years for grooming and they've always done a good job with our large dog. There have been places where our dog must have gotten a vibe and wouldn't step a paw in the front door. I trusted her instinct and never went back. However, she has never had a problem a problem at Hannah's House and always leaves wagging her tail.

I took my dogs to Hannah’s house while we went away for the weekend. I had never boarded them before and was so worried my pups would be sad and just lie around. However, they did not!!! They were in daycare and had a blast with all the other dogs. It was home away from home and I was so comfortable having them be there, because I know they were being looked after and were having fun. I will definitely use Hannah’s house again and definitely recommend their services!!!

My dog Jem's 1st time at a kennel. She stayed here for 4 days. The staff were great! She enjoyed herself in daycare and I was able to get an update easily when I called, which made me very comfortable leaving her. Would take her again if needed!

Hannah's was fantastic. My crazy, hyper, American Bulldog seemed to have a good time and didn't want to leave. They also gave her a bath; it was extra but she smelled amazing. Definitely sending her back.

I have been boarding my dog here for awhile, and I love it. The staff follows my instructions and my dog is always fine, and seems to enjoy herself there. The staff is friendly to people, and caring to the dogs. I feel safe leaving my dog here, and the rates are great. If you're looking for a doggie Waldorf-Astoria, perhaps you should look elsewhere, but if you're looking for a safe, comfortable place with nice people to look after your dog, this is a good place.

I took my two minature schnauzers here for the first time over the last weekend. The receptionist was really friendly and reassured me that my dogs would be fine (I always have a lot of anxiety when leaving my dogs with anyone). I picked them up a little bit ago and they have been crashed out since we got home. They must've had a great time playing with all the other dogs in daycare today. We will be back!

My Dog is very happy here. He seems to have a lot of friends and gets excited any time we go there. The most important part of my review is that the staff clearly cares about my dog as an individual pup. They treat him like he is their own.

Do not take your dogs to this place to get groomed or kennels. I had to take my dog to the vet after she developed a severe hot spot the day after she was groomed, not once, but twice! Cost me three times as much as the grooming! I took my other dog to get groomed and she came out with a severely bloody paw because they cut her nail to short. Now I’m headed back to the vet again! I spoke to the owner about both incidents and she showed no remorse whatsoever only poor excuses.

Really happy with my choice to bring my dogs here every day. They have large play areas for the dogs but also offer options that are great for people with older dogs who maybe aren't suited to spend all day in a dog run. If you have multiple dogs the prices are excellent compared to some of the other dog daycares in the area.

Been boarding with Hannah's for close to 7+ years now with no issues. They treat our dogs right and follow both medication and feeding instructions pretty well.Facilities are a little spartan but it is still a dog kennel and not the Four Seasons.

I had boarded my dog at this place for a few days after picking up my dog she was vomiting non stop I had to rush her to the emergency room $1200 later! My dog was not treated nicely. Staff are very unprofessional and rude!! Never was greeted when I walked in. Would never recommend this place.BTW to the owners I still had visits on my account I would of rather left them not used then ever to have to come back to this terrible place.
