Was messy today, items on the floor, the lines were long and hard to find certain items. The cashier I had today was friendly and asked if everything was alright. However I love the prices, everything is one dollar or less! I understand there's times where they switch items to put out the new things. I suggest that it's better to do it at night when there's barely any customers so we can move around easily 😉

If it were possible to give them a zero I would. Managers or so called managers with no customer service skills at all. Openly cursing using the F word loudly while customer's are in the store because they were asked to blow up balloons. Disgraceful! 5/25/2023

Employees were great. Very nice, very helpful. There was a warehouse/stockroom associate who was extremely helpful and went way out of his way to accommodate me.

The dollar store is a great place to buy different things such as a great variety with toiletries, household accessories personal hygiene items discounted medication that to me does the same as the top dollar brands and also you're basic accessories when it comes to grocery. I give them 5 🌟 as for keeping product on their shelves along with shipping up with holiday demand items. However when it comes to their customer service I give them 1 🌟 due to the lack all the employees that are in the store. Every time I come to this location there is only one cashier and at least two people at all times in the office. You can never find any floor help, go to line has at least a minimum 8 to 10 people waiting to check out. Anyone who is Ever work in customer service nose the first responsibility is their customers because without us they would not have a job. I strongly feel that corporate needs to send in some secret shoppers to where they can witness this first-hand and give the employees/management the training that is lacked.

Grading this place as a discount store, it is one of the best. The lines are always moving pretty quickly and the shelves are well stocked. There typical aren't staff on the floor, but cashiers are always willing to direct when they can. Prices are lower than grocers and department stores and this location is stocked well with kitchen essentials and other household items that one could use in a pinch.

My favorite place to buy cheap snacks and things I don't care to spend a lot on, such as cards, gift wrap, stationery and craft items. I rarely leave empty handed. Even if I don't find what I came for, I usually get a snack or something. Clerks are nice and helpful.

The best dollar store in the area. It's clean, usually pretty neat and has a nice selection. Their holiday items are always fun. Christmas boxes and bags are a great buy and decent quality.

Lines are insane every time I go!! Morning afternoon night. Spent 5 minutes to shop and 15min in line!The employees were holding up the other line for about 5 minutes trying to figure out their schedules....really???? People were annoyed standing in line hearing them talk about who does what! Not a good look to be unorganized!!!!The store is nice but those lines are not makes me want to just go down the street to the dollar general!!!

It's hard to go wrong in a Dollar Tree. They have just about everything you can think of for only a dollar! The staff here is always friendly. I'm glad we found this Dollar Tree after the one near us burned down. Somebody didn't like bargains :(

The store says they close at 10:00 PM. I was in there at 8:45 PM and at 9:00 PM the workers rudely told me they are closed now. Even though I had more things to buy, they kept pressuring me to get to the register, pay, and get out. I wouldn't have a problem with them closing at 9:00 if the sign said they closed at 9:00, but to force customers out when the sign says they close at 10:00 is just plain bad business practice.

Customer service lacking. I was obviously looking around for something and an employee stocking bumped into me without so much as an excuse me, forget, a hello how can I help you. The same man went back and thru the line at the 1 open register. Send the employees to Wawa University to learn customer service skills. Like opening another register if there are more than 3 people in line.

Nothing is organized in this store. representatives doesnt have any idea of what items they sell. Manager has to train their employees on how to figure out what items they carry. three star only because i found it myself and it only just 1 dollar.

Love it because you can find many items for one dollar .If you are having a hard economic time ,it will be a very helpful store . You can buy school supplies, personal, household, laundry, kitchen, bathroom and more.

Always find what im looking for here just hate the shopping center alot of trash and sort of looks abandoned lol but most the places are open just had to come for a spray bottle and some treats... n stopped in to marinos for a slice of pizza with the family pictures to come

They are always in stock with what I need from charging cords, headphones, sunglass, candy, and more. I love this dollar store, but no fridge/freezer section.

WOW FOR ONE I PRICED PEANUT BUTTER ON THE INTERNET. WALMART WAS SELLING 6 LBS. FOR $ 19.99. SO GRANTED IT WAS ONE BIG CONTAINER AND IT WAS A BRAND NAME. BUT ... AND I REALLY AM SAYING BUT.... HOLD ON. I AM A LOVER OF PEANUT BUTTER AND I KNOW GOOD PEANUT BUTTER FROM BAD AND JUST OK. I KNOW HOW MUCH IS REAL AND NOT ADDED TO JUST TO FILL THE JAR. AND I AM TELLING ALL THAT READ THIS. GO TO THE DOLLAR TREE JUST PURCHASE ONE JAR THEY SELL. ITS 10 OUNCES.
