I absolutely love the dollar store my family if you were to ask them would say I am the dollar store clean I can never go in and just buy one or two items I always find some neat things things I need things for stocking stuffers things for last little minute gifts the place is awesome I love the dollar store here are just some of the amazing things you can get at the dollar store decorations cups plates little pieces to start your village for a Christmas scene prayer sayings washcloths all kinds of amazing things notebooks papers and pens

I would not recommend this Dollar General to anyone. The store always has carts and boxes blocking aisles. Most of the employees are not friendly. I was over charged by who i believe was the manager who left right after waiting on me ( She nastily stated to her co worker I need to get out of this place right in front of me and other customers and not the first time I've seen her be rude and nasty )and even after explaining exactly what my total should of been to the other woman employee I still did not receive my full amount I was over charged back because she just could not understand what the manager did on my receipt. It was a total of 5 items 3 of them were supposed to be half off in the 3 day extra 50 percent off clearance sale. They were dollar items not hard to figure out half of a dollar is 50 cents is it? And then I went in again the next day to get something I seen marked Clearance while they still had the extra 50% off sale on out of the bins right with the sale sign I go up to register with 3 things with clearance stickers and then tell me its not on clearance .Mind you there are bright orange clearance stickers on each on .She said they are discontinued . I say it says clearance right there . They didn't give me the discount. And after I took pictures of the clearance sign on the front door to make a complaint to corporate, when I walked away one of the cashier ripped the sign down and were inside talking about me like I had no cause to be perturbed by their lack of honoring the sale. Also this store is always closing whenever the feel like. I'm assuming they are short staff and I can see why . Because im sure any new employees are not treated nice here either.

It used to be a decent place to shop, but last week I spent almost $30.00 then the next day I tried to exchange a item and I was told no on a$ 5.00 item the store was looking to save themselves some money, in actually they lost alot of money from me from future sales. Because I will be shopping elsewhere.There are a lot of empty spaces on the shelves because of out of stock items and during the last 4 months there has been a huge price increase of some items to the point it would be worthwhile to go somewhere else for cheaper items.

HORRIBLE! Ever since they so called “remodeled” the store is ALWAYS out of everything! Shelves are ALWAYS empty, they have NOTHING! No cleaning supplies, no laundry or body soap, no toilet paper, not even deodorant! It’s been this way for months now and all the “new staff” continue to say is that the trucks don’t come. Well at this rate this location needs to CLOSE!!!!!! I’m hoping corporate has a better answer

Ignorant cashier, other line was held up, so she takes one person and I ask do you want me to go back over there she says snottily, you're already here, no thank you or nothing like she was doing me a favor, this is the one at Salem Ctr, the one at Sunset station isn't any better. What ever happened to good customer service. I predict before too long they will be out of business just like Family Dollar

Disappointed EBT not accepted. A sign saying that on the front door would be helpful and reduce the unpleasant surprise and potential embarrassment at the checkout . Please consider this as it helps your clientele. My experience was very pleasant.

They are very racist employees. They are also very lazy employees, even the manager. Shelves always empty with boxes to be stocked just pulled up in the isles. If you ask employees any question that involves then having to move... Forget it!; Will never go back!!

Smooth set up.. can find any & everything easily. The staff is cool. They're always available and if they aren't you can find them unboxing merchandise and stocking the shelves.

Close enough for the convenience for me to walk near my neighborhood. This place is crowded with merchandise the store is small. Needs a little bit more organization and fine-tuning

I love the Dollar General Store,The employes and the manager was very polite and helpful.I just moved here from Baltimore and don’t know where stores are but they are right down the street from me.I fixed my new home up with a lot of their stuff they have ,I will continue shopping there.Thank you Dollar General
