Cahiers have great customer service but ever since there was a change in management the place is tore up from the floor up be careful going down the isles 2/8/21 went into dollar general tonight place was a mess got hurt and no one came my nephew had to help me because I was traped with my cart the freezer and a dolly with items on it I don't understand a you can have a ace look like this and no one there to do anything lines are long with one one cashier and no one in the isles to help you my advice is stay out of it unless you want to get hurt by something falling on you

Never have items in stock. No employees. Everyday they close their doors for 2 hours at least in the afternoon. Store is always a mess. The parking lot looks like a city dump yard. Its awful. Go to a different location.

Store doesn’t open when it says it’s supposed open. Carts are always in the aisles. Good luck finding anything you need. You don’t know if they’re really out of stock or if it’s on the cart. Cashiers are always nice but i go there to shop. This store could be a lot better

I went in today, 2 people and I waiting in line for 5 minutes, cashier or manager don’t know who she, said “Sorry we can’t take cash” and walk outside. Eve time I go there, an employee I don’t know her occupation is. But she is always outside smoking a cigarette, instead of attending to the customers.

The store (all DG stores actually) is under staffed and there is always racks, carts and even bigger carts sitting around full of merchandise that needs to be put on the shelves and it's always a mess and unorganized in there. There's only two cash registers one of which doesn't even have a credit card machine so you can only pay cash and when the lines backed up like 15 people it takes like 45 minutes to get out of there I know it's not the employees fault Dollar General just needs to do a better job at making sure their stores are organized and staffed enough to do so. This one is one of the cleaner stores though.

I've worked in retail for ages and I know how important customer services is, especially now with Covid and so many places closing ...This store doesn't even deserve one star! I understand, for the most part, the loaded hand trucks at the end of nearly every aisle, but there were SO many IN the aisles that you could hardly push a cart thru them. Add to that the incredibly RUDE cashier that checked me out...too much for me! There are so many other Dollar Stores in the area to go to that I do not feel the need to return to this one!

They simply don't restock the shielfs fast enough and there is always clutter in the way because they don't stock the shielfs and leave carts in the way.. takes them weeks at times to restock even simple stuff like breakfast cereal...out of milk 80% of the time I've been there...just bad management.

The shelves always seem to be empty anymore. Every time I go there to shop , I leave with at least one item that is not on the shelf. This was my favorite Dollar General and I hope you get back to the way it was run before.

I love dollar general and shop there often as they always have amazing deals and savingss. Was disappointed my last tripp though because this partiicular DG wouldnt accept my newport coupons, cashier said theynshould be able to take them soon though, so i was happy to know that. Staff was very polite and helpful.

I love this dollar general!!It's like my 2nd home. I AM THERE 24/7The employees are the best! They are fun to speak to and greet you as you enter the store. THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME MY FACE WASH THAT I NEEDED AND BEEN WAITING FOR ,FOR WEEKS!! THATS LOVE RIGHT THERE!!!!!THANK YOU!!! DEZ, SHERRY, SHARON, AND THE REST😘

This one is near my mom's house in Bear. This one is like most, had empty selves. Boxes in the isles. Ppl with mask on. Keeping their distance as best in a small space.Not that clean. Friendly cashier when I was there.

Red Lion rd. Never has what I want. All carts still in isles and nothing on the shelves. I ask the associate if they had tylenol. She gave me excuses why shelves where empty. Ask if she could look for me and that was not what she wanted to hear. She did go in back and said that they had no tylenol

I have at least four dollar general stores close to me and this one by far is the nicest. Shelves are always stocked . Well kept. Pass this on to the others in area that are a total wreck.

Its close to my mother-in-laws. So its very convenient for us to go there after visiting her on the weekends. They are fast at the check out lines too.

Wow... Desi was cheerful and very pleasant!!! Not what I'm use to for a Dollar General store. Found my new bargaining store 😊Glad I just swung in to check the place out!

This Dollar General is always a mess and so unorganized. There's never enough people working and there's always a slow line. I will do everything in my power NOT to enter this store again!

It's like a one stop shop. You can find almost all of your needs in one place. The prices are very reasonable . Some things are cheaper to buy there rather than the grocery store.

The Dollar General by Red Lion Inn is the best around. Go there almost every day on my way home from work. Very friendly staff, and very clean store.

The store like all Dollar Generals have all kinds of fire code violations like blocked isles but the people are nice.

Employees follow you around. On both recent trips to the dollar general in red Lion employees followed me around the whole time. I have never stolen anything and never would and was highly offended. I had them ring up my purchase and then made them refund everything back.
