The pharmacy staff is genuinely helpful, kind and caring. They take the time to listen and assist you in getting the best price for your prescription. I have insurance but sometimes non insurance companies offer a better price.I travel about 8 miles to shop at the Savon pharmacy. I have a local well know pharmacy within 1/2 mile, but refuse to go there due to their poor customer service.Thank you Savon pharmacy staff for the best customer service.

I used Acme Markets Pharmacy in Philadelphia., was always thrilled with their service. So when we moved here a few Months ago I was glad to find an Acme nearby. I am just as thrilled as before. This pharmacy is the best.

I'm appalled at the service I received when picking up a prescription for my wife. The HEAD PHARMACIST did NOT do his job. My wife has asthma, was prescribed a new inhaler neither of us had ever seen before. She has almost died twice due to her asthma. I tried to figure out how to put the inhaler together, I couldn't figure it out. I drove back to the acme savon pharmacy, with the inhaler and directions in tears. I was panicked because I didn't ask questions when I had first picked them up. The head pharmacist Jake G. Who I picked the script up from the first time was there, I put the script on the counter, with the directions, told him I could NOT figure out what to do with the contraption. He put the inhaler together and handed it back to me and said "you just didn't put the medicine in deep enough, now just read the directions and you got it." So I figured he fixed it, all I had to do was to have my wife open and inhale the medication. I get out to the car to give my wife the dose, only to realize the button that you push to dispense said medication wasn't popped out to be able to push and receive the medication. As the HEAD PHARMACIST if someone comes in and tells you they don't know how to use the contraption, you are supposed to fully EXPLAIN how to use said contraption. I was panicked at this point, ended up figuring out the inhaler just in time. So I called the pharmacy to find out who and when the head pharmacist would be in...only to find out who "helped" me, WAS THE HEAD PHARMACIST. That man, not doing his job as he was trained to do his job, could have cost me my wife's life over his lack of competence with his "profession". That is UNACCEPTABLE and I want that man reprimanded. When I spoke to Mr Jake whomever his last name is and found out he was the head pharmacist, I lost my mind, screamed, yelled, and cussed him out. Tomorrow morning I will be going IN PERSON to see the store manager Bucky to also complain about the incompetent pharmacist he has employed. This Jake guy could have very well have cost me my wife's life. She could have died! I want that man fired. I will be contacting any and EVERYONE I need to, to make that happen. I will also contact local and national media if need be. This negligence is unacceptable and life threatening, and needs to be handled immediately!

I have been a patient who uses Savon for over a decade. Trust me when I say, you’ll find no one better. They go the extra mile every single time. They get to know you as a person versus other places that treat you like a phone number!They’re phenomenal people from the top & straight through the rank & file.

Very hard to get to talk to a real person over the.phone. I have my perscriptions mailed every month so I have to tell someone. It would make more sense to just mail it unless the perscription changes.I hate taking them away from their duties every month An auto answering.where.you can leave a message would be nice. Not web or portal because.some people do not have that
